Position Description

The hourly pay rate for this position is $17.03, plus an additional $4.23/hr for Health and Welfare (H&W).
In this role, you will:
Use manual or mechanized equipment to move, stack, box, and position materials and equipment through a warehouse facility.
Use Navy computers and commercial carrier's computers to update information in inventory database, process customer's requests, generate shipping labels, shipping reports, etc.
Log incoming and outgoing shipments.
Assemble material for issue.
Use manual or mechanized equipment to move, stack, box, and position materials and equipment through a warehouse facility.
Organize, arrange, and inventory material in storage areas to prevent damage, deterioration, and loss.
Clean rooms or work areas.
Move material using forklifts, pallet jack and hand truck.
Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products.
Maintain material handling equipment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this roll, you will have:
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
A High School Diploma or GED.
Three (3) years of experience related to Experience Warehouse Support and Office Management.
Ability to obtain a forklift operator's license and a motor vehicle license.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
High proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office 2010 suite of software applications to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft SharePoint Workspace.
10% travel required.

Serco is excited to begin support to the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JPO). This contract provides program management support in support of the full acquisition lifecycle of the F-35 program, to include development, production, and sustainment.

Our Configuration Management (CM) Analyst will have the opportunity to provide most of the support from a Hybrid/Telework schedule and will only have to commute to Crystal City, Arlington, VA 2 days a week. This position supports the F-35 Directorate of Acquisition and Integration (DA&I) in its role managing JPO functions as they relate to business operations, foreign compliance, process improvement, cost, requirements, and acquisition.
In this role, you will:
Design and establish configuration management documentation.
Authorize the release of drawings, and software configuration changes specified by the JPO and other cross functional groups.
Provide advice and guidance on methods, procedures, and requirements to individuals responsible for the creation of documentation.
Plan and implement methods to improve response times and effectiveness.
Participate in special studies.
May provide leadership for lower-level employees and other colleagues at the JPO and in industry.
Provide direction to subordinate CM analysts, or directly perform data management tasks as required by the JPO.
Support DA&I in the management and approval of configuration management/data management by the JPO Change Review Board (JCRB), and JPO Configuration Control Board (JCCB).
Assist the International Directorate in supporting National Deputies and their assistants in representing each of the F-35 Partner nations resident in the program.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:

A minimum of 3 years of program experience in aircraft systems or similar configuration management.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline.
Previous experience in configuration identification, control, audit, and status accounting; DOD configuration management policies, procedures, review cycles, instructions, and standards; engineering change proposal evaluations.
Previous experience with development, production, ancillary equipment, ground support equipment, test & evaluation, and fleet operations of a DoD and international acquisition aircraft program.
Previous experience evaluating Major Variance Requests, Specification Change Notices, Engineering Change Requests/Proposals, Manufacturing Build Records, Sustainment as Maintained Records and other documents.
Previous experience in providing guidance and assistance in configuration management and change control and ensuring that all Class I (Major) changes and variances are properly processed and dispositioned.
Previous experience in collecting and maintaining process metrics and reporting techniques to ensure compliance with DOD level Data Management Program policies and procedures.
Additional desired experience and skills:

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Active Secret Clearance.
US Citizen.
Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, Management, Business, or other sciences related to facility/infrastructure projects.
Five to eight (5-8) years Government Property regulatory experience/knowledge.
Three to five (3-5 years' experience supporting facility/infrastructure projects, proposal, and proposal assessment development.
One to three (1-3) years' experience using Adobe Acrobat (Full version) and AF approved versions of AutoCAD.
Valid Passport.
Ability to travel 25% as required.

Serco supports our US Naval Ships with successful and safe work by providing cabling, equipment, and C5ISR system installations for our Military. You will join an amazing team to fabricate, and assemble various electromechanical and electronic assemblies by applying appropriate safety techniques.
You will also play a critical role in ensuring that successful and safe work is performed on-board U.S. Naval Ships and our Military installations, which is vital to our Mission to protect and serve our Military.
In the Advanced Marine Welder role, you will:
Assemble pieces of metal together or repair damage in metal components using heavy machinery that emits high heat, melting the metal into shape
Review blueprints
Cut metal into the appropriate shape
Smooth metal to remove creases
Climb shipyard dry dock stairs/ladders, work in kneeling position for layout of cable runs under false decking, lift 50 pounds with 80% of work requiring carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 40 pounds for majority of shift while being in a standing, crouching, or walking position.
May train personnel on machinery tools and test equipment
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
The ability to obtainand maintaina DoD Secret clearance after hire.
5 - 7 years of experience.
The ability to obtain gain access to shipyards (NAVSTA & DBIDS), undergo a background investigation and pass a drug screening.
High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.

In this role, you will:
Coordinate and facilitate configuration management (CM) meetings and Configuration Review/Control Boards, record meeting minutes, develop presentations, track action items/milestones.
Manage NAVSEA formal change proposals in support of Configuration Control Board (CCB).
Disseminate information, answer requests for information to CCB stakeholders for adjudication of change requests.
Follow through on CCB results for change implementation across Program systems and logistics chain (tech manuals, supply chain documentation, e.g.).
Coordinate with various submarine In-Service Engineering Agents (ISEA), operational and logistic stakeholders to understand full scope of change proposals.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will:

Position Description
Serco is excited to begin support to the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office. This contract provides program management support in support of the full acquisition life-cycle of the F-35 program, to include development, production, and sustainment.
Our Partner Program Analyst/Deputy, located in Crystal City, Arlington, VA, supports the F-35 International Directorate (ID) in its role as the focal point for all F-35 Fleet Users, to include U.S. Services, International Partners, and Foreign Military Sales programs to ensure ID integration throughout the F-35 enterprise and to ensure the delivery of 5th Generation combat capability to Warfighters in support of coalition operations. The Contractor shall provide support to the National Deputies who are the F-35 Program's senior national representative for their Participant country within the JSF Program Office and are responsible for providing day-to-day representation of the cognizant Partner nation on all matters related to the F-35 Program. The Contractor shall provide support to the U.S. Service Deputies who are assigned to the JPO to ensure immediate/critical U.S. Service insight to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The Contractor shall provide support to the Foreign Military Sales USG Program Managers who represent the Foreign Military Sales Foreign Liaison Officers for country within the JSF Program Office and are responsible for providing day-to-day representation of the cognizant Foreign Military Sales nation on all matters related to the F-35 Program.
Our Partner Program Analyst/Deputy applies knowledge and experience in acquisition program management to F-35 Program throughout its life cycle. Demonstrates complete competency in all aspects of acquisition management and is capable of evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. Identifies problems and recommends solutions with little or no supervision and devises new approaches to encountered problems. Develops the management of acquisition strategy for assigned projects as directed by the Directorate. Evaluates program and mission requirements to establish detailed objectives and integrate these activities with other program and functional elements within the joint program office and outside organizations. Implements plans by preparing and reviewing program documents such as detailed acquisition plans, development and production schedules, engineering change proposals, design studies, etc. Defends the program position at program reviews, conferences, and other functions, providing higher level management with status and decision information on assigned program(s).
In this role, you will:
International Integration and support - assist ID in facilitating the programs of two types of countries associated with the F-35 program: -Partners- (also referred to as -Participant-), -who are signatories to the JSF Production, Sustainment and Follow-on Development Memorandum of Understanding (JSF PSFD MOU), and -FMS Customers,- which have a signed Letters of Requests (LORs) and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) for purchasing aircraft, related material, and services
International Programs - Assist ID in supporting National Deputies and their assistants in representing each of the F-35 Partner nations resident in ID.
International Agreements - Assist ID in the development, management, negotiation, and implementation of International Agreements, to include MOUs (such as JSF SDD MOUs [2001] and JSF PSFD MOU and in implementing arrangements, and LOAs.
Coordinated Capabilities - Assist ID in serving as a cross-PMO coordination focal point for ID country requirements, PMR action items and ongoing, non-U.S. development, sustainment, and production challenges.
External Interfaces - assist ID in coordinating with U.S. agencies on any programmatic or policy matter pertaining to the USG's F-35 cooperative and FMS programs established with ID countries.
International Communication - Assist ID in maintaining open lines of communication and maximum transparency between the F-35 program and external stakeholders (i.e., industry and international Ministries of Defense) with and through Partner National Deputies and FMS Foreign Liaison Officers (FLOs).

The SEA07Q office is responsible and accountable for the Submarine Safety (SUBSAFE), Fly-By-Wire Ship Control Systems (FBW SCS), and Deep Submergence Systems (DSS) Certification programs. Its director advises the Deputy Commander (SEA07) and acts as the Program Manager for SUBSAFE and Quality Assurance programs. SEA07Q provides quality assurance and independent oversight for all of the SUBSAFE/FBW SCS/DSS certification responsible activities across the globe.
In this role, you will perform the following tasks:
Provide administrative support for the DSS certification branch in SEA07Q. Areas of responsibility include support for advanced undersea systems, to include USS JIMMY CARTER (SSN 23), Deep Submergence Vehicle (DSV) ALVIN, Payload Handling System (PHS), Dry-Deck shelters, Special Operations Forces (SOF) host submarine systems, and related systems for submarine rescue.
Manage pre-audit correspondence, audit team reference materials, and audit team logistics.
Provide on-site audit support including entry and editing deficiencies and preparation of the audit report.
Provide post-audit support including organization and management of audit records and distribution of reports.
Facilitate working group meetings. Take meeting minutes and track corrective action responses.
Develop and update technical documents, manuals, and Navy directives.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Ability to establish positive working relationships with highly technical subject matter experts to obtain data required for technical documentation development, as well as innovative research and problem solving abilities to research sources and identify and extract relevant data from a wide variety of organizations and data repositories.

Use your expertise in identifying uninsurable and insurable risks working with Operations, Legal, and Finance staff to accomplish the day-to-day administration of the insurance program, advise Business Development and Contracts staff on insurance issues relating to projects, and work with key internal and external stakeholders on insurance strategy, developing insurance processes to ensure excellence in the delivery of the insurance program to the business.

The role will provide oversight and, at times, authority on large Workers Comp, General Liability and Auto Liability claims, especially those in litigation with assistance from the Legal team.
The Insurance Manager will apply a strategic mindset when making decisions about the structure of the Serco NA's insurance needs in consultation with the appropriate senior leaders and Serco Group's insurance team.
The position will improve risk and insurance knowledge across the organization by educating groups on Serco's risk philosophy and means of transferring risk, specifically through insurance coverages. The role will participate in ad hoc projects including the periodic review of levels of coverage versus exposures in various lines.
The role will engage with contracts by visiting contract sites to develop key relationships and insights.
In this role, you will:
Ensure that Serco UK requests for information and annual renewal information requests are provided in a timely manner.
Communicate insurance issues to Serco Group Director of Insurance, the North America General Counsel, the North America CFO, the Director of HSE & Risk, and other stakeholders as required.
Liaise with Serco Group Director of Insurance, the North America General Counsel, the North America CFO, the Director of HSE & Risk to ensure that all insurances are placed and renewed as required to meet business needs and the align with the Serco Group and North America insurance strategy.
Ensure Certificates of Insurance are requested and issued.
Manage the work of insurance brokers and third-party administrators, including preparation of insurance submissions for insurance policies and risk programs.
Performs all functions related to the management, placement, servicing, and administration of all aspects of Serco NA's domestic and international insurance programs for all lines of coverage including Workers' Compensation, Automobile Liability, General Liability, Excess Liability, Property, Defense Base Act Workers Comp, Pollution Liability, Marine & Ship Repairer's Liability, Aviation, Crime, Cyber Liability, Professional Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Medical Malpractice, and Trustee/Fiduciary 401(k) Liability.
Review proposed contracts and provide advice to stakeholders on necessary provisions to align contract terms with insurance obligations and restrictions and on insurance risk exposures not reflected in a contract's Insurance Requirements.
Review insurance provisions of company contracts to determine compliance and provide advice to stakeholders on actions.
Review and advise stakeholders on necessary insurance requirements on new bids and obtain quotes for the cost of such insurances, as needed, in a timely manner.
Establish processes and document procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Approve invoices and payments of insurance premiums and broker fees, submit to Finance, and allocate insurance premiums where necessary.
Participate in global insurance underwriting meetings to represent North American exposures.
Participate in North American insurance underwriting meetings to discuss exposures, claims, and loss control.
Communicate to Finance early budget projections of the North American insurance costs and the North American portion of global coverages - and the reasons behind year-on-year increases or decreases.
Engage in Merger/Acquisition Due Diligence process - including timely analysis of exposures, insurance coverages, and any gaps.
Perform special projects and other duties as necessary.
Assist with the implementation and development of risk management policies and practices in North America and more broadly with the Group.
Ensure all policy certificates and wordings are negotiated to ensure that they align with business needs and required risk coverage.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor's degree
United States Citizenship
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in commercial insurance management either within an insurance broker, insurer, or an in-house environment (or combination)
In-depth experience structuring and managing insurance programs covering mid-large asset pools
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Driven to deliver quality results on time, with a high degree of integrity and in a highly ethical and professional manner
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization, with individuals and groups from different Business Units/Contracts, and insurance brokers and underwriters

In this role, you willpossess the following capabilities:
Visionary and strategic; you will be closely working with government technical directors to drive network innovation and efficiencies throughout a project
Provide technical design and architectural leadership, including documenting and diagramming the logical, physical, and process views. Define network strategy with respect to technology domain standards and design goals. Develop and maintain network roadmaps, which include product selection, versions, upgrades, projects and milestones;
Conduct research focused on identifying emerging technology solutions that reduce costs, increase efficiencies, provide more value, provide more capabilities, reduce risks, and increase security;
Lead efforts for network technology evaluations, which involves identifying a weighted feature matrix for a specific need and evaluating and scoring products against the desired features;
Research activities include readings, proof-of-concept (POCs), and lab testing. Communicate leading practices by giving presentations, working with program/project teams, and authoring content aimed at educating others about standards, strategies, and otherwise defined leading practices;
Work individually and collaboratively with team members to ensure breadth and granularity of strategies, standards, and reference architectures for consistency and integration qualifications;
Confidence and professionalism with the ability to present both technical and business concepts to professionals of any level. Eight years of experience in Network Architecture, Design and Engineering, managing and supporting large scale projects and network automation, preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment;
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing network reference architecture, from business/mission requirements gathering to technology rollout oversight, including capacity management, definition of scoring methodologies for technology selection, integration of multiple tools and technical documentation;
Subject Matter Expert (SME) on interior and exterior dynamic routing protocols and how vendor and open source routing daemons implement standards;
Ability to program with one or more -scripting- languages including Python, Ruby, TCL, Perl, PHP, YAML;
Experience with automation and orchestration tools, Salt, Chef, Puppet, and Ansible;
Experience with Network Function Virtualization;
Strong verbal/written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority;
Familiarity with Software Defined Networking (SDN) Network Disaggregation technologies and methodologies along with open source solutions;
Must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work;
Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
Ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans.

Master or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
10-12 years of demonstrated experience

Design data sampling schemes to optimize the information/resource balance and to control testing uncertainties
Select, coordinate, and calibrate Instrumentation, collection and data management tools, targets, & facilities
Ensure test readiness including training of test event participants re conduct of the event; equipment readiness, and security, legal, and privacy compliance arrangements
Participate in T&E WIPT and/or Integrated Test Team for coordination of data collection plans
Execute Testing and Data Collection per plan
Produce associated Test Plans, Procedures, and Reports/Briefings, Data Management Plan
Define and provide technical direction and guidance for the Level 1 tasks to the Level 0 and Level 1 TEs assigned to the task
Recommend draft plans and reports from the Level 1 tasks for approval by the task leader
Work directly with the Government sponsor to coordinate task implementation
Maintain knowledge of current and evolving agency, national, and international standards applicable to the system development of interest
Provide overall leadership of the T&E task and serve as primary liaison to the government for supporting contract coordination and task execution
Communicate issues and solutions to the broader government and contract management structure as requested by Leadership
Ensure the appropriate level of independence of the team from the solution provider to support government management of objectivity risk
Manage T&E resources and tasks; ensure quality assurance of test processes and products
Coordinate and integrate Evaluation and Testing tasks and products
Participate in T&E WIPT and/or Integrated Test Team as needed to ensure proper coordination of T&E activities
Drive innovation and responsiveness to program changes and evolving T&E status to help manage program risk: develop alternative courses of action, work-arounds, and fall-back positions with a recommended course of action for each risk, and monitor and re-evaluate risks at appropriate milestones

You will be part of a team tasked with design and development of new software as well as integration and modification of existing software to system components. You will be responsible for performing characterization and performance tuning of various software stacks throughout the system including managing the software and system test development, performance, and benchmarking for each HPC node type throughout the System of Systems. Additional tasking includes design and development of new software as well as integration and modification of existing software to system components. You will be responsible for performing characterization and performance tuning of various software stacks throughout the system including managing the software and system test development, performance, and benchmarking for each HPC node type throughout the System of Systems.
In this role, you will:
Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
Debug existing software and correct defects.
Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features.
Write or review software and system documentation.
Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments.
Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories
Have experience using languages such as C, C++, Python, Java, Perl, JavaScript, etc.
Have experience with agile development processes.
Have experience with source code control systems, such as Git.
Have experience using collaboration and software development tools (ie. Atlassian).
Develop and execute test procedures for software components.
Have experience with software development using continuous integration practices.
Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards and conferring with users or system engineers; analyzing systems flow, data usage and work processes; and investigating problem areas.
Perform Unix shell scripting.
Have experience developing software for HPC systems using parallel development languages/paradigms such as SHMEM, MPI, UPC, Chapel, or P-Threads.
Have experience developing software targeted to take advantage of a specific architecture's unique features, whether those features are in the processor, memory, network, storage, or other area of an HPC system.
Modify existing software to adapt to new hardware or to improve its performance.
Design, develop, and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design decisions.
Develop assemblers, compilers, simulators, drivers, board support packages, health & status monitoring packages, and other low-level software.
Develop event driven, or data driven analytics.
Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards.
Develop or modify software to optimally map algorithms to a particular hardware architecture.
Have experience with container technologies, such as Docker.
Recommend and implement suggestions for improving documentation and software development process standards.
Oversee one or more software development teams and ensure the work is completed in accordance with the constraints of the software development process being used on any particular project.
Confer with system engineers and hardware engineers to derive software requirements and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces.
Coordinate software installation on a system and monitor performance to ensure operational specifications are met.
Demonstrate experience improving software performance through analysis and optimization of software algorithms or by devising a novel software approach to take advantage of new or unique hardware features.
Recommend new technologies, techniques, and processes for complex software projects.
Serve as the technical lead of multiple software development teams.
Ensure quality control of all developed and modified software.
Delegate programming and testing responsibilities to one or more teams and monitor their performance.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
U.S. Citizenship
A Master's degree in Math, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of experience as an HSE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
OR A Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus seven (7) years of experience as an HSE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
OR Nine (9) years of experience as an HSE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Our team provides sound engineering expertise and advice in the High Performance Computing arena on exciting projects. You will be part of a team that works closely with the customer to deliver engineering and technical expertise with an emphasis on high performance computing architecture, technical configuration management, and overarching hardware/software requirements. Our managers on this team are seasoned Serco personnel who are available and responsive to ensure your success!
In this role, you will have high end network expertise using Juniper. You should have the following capabilities:
HPC Architecture: Requirements work, system design, and architecture; Architecture documentation, to-be plan planning, transition planning
Technical Configuration Management: Technology Roadmap planning
Overarching H/W Requirements: Technical CONOPS, use cases, and pilot plan development
Familiarity with IC Cloud Computing to include:
Familiarity with the mission platform, the broad range of Capabilities products and services, and the functionality of the IC Cloud.
Experience with researching, developing and documenting best practices related to migration and transformation of existing products to new IT hosting technologies.
Experience with guiding and managing the risks associated with these migrations.
Experience with researching and provide guidance related to the NSA IT security requirements.
Experience developing briefings on technical topics relating to the migration process.
Experience with DoD 500 Phase A activities (requirements gathering, analysis of alternatives, DoDAF, cost estimation, scheduling, etc).
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
