This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain your active Secret Level clearance.

In this role, you will:

• Installs and maintains complex networks that typically link numerous computing platforms, operating systems, and network topologies.

• Evaluates hardware and software suitable for large, complex networks. Tests and implements interface programs. Develops security procedures.

• Manages network performance.

• Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems to ensure minimal disruption of mission-critical applications. Maintains software inventory and network licensing information, performing updates when necessary.

• Keeps current with all software patches and security alerts, applying solutions as necessary.

• Maintains fault tolerant systems and manages systems backups. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Modifies network account profiles.

• Responsible for local network administration, including domain controllers, file servers, proxies, backups and local network connectivity.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field and a minimum of 4 years of network engineering and experience.

• Navy IT installation and maintenance experience.

• SECRET security clearance is required.

• Travel may be required up to 10%.

In this role, you will:

• Provides integrated logistics support (ILS) to NSWC DD DNA in support of Integrated Training Systems Installation and Sustainment (ITSIS).

• Support the rapid transition from the current logistics data systems for configuration management, provisioning, readiness modeling, and technical data management to modernized logistics information technology systems.

• Provides support for maintenance, inspection, test, training, repair actions, and inventory management. This includes but is not limited to storage requests, receipts, issues of inventory in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), including DD1149 creation and access to ERP-based Weapons System Files; inventory control; packaging and shipping of repair parts, and disposal of excess equipment associated with training systems utilizing the Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Service.

• Generates and revise logistics forecasts and management plans to conform to significant program events or milestones from program initiation through life cycle support including Milestone Decisions.

• The Contractor shall be proficient with Integrated Product Data Management (iPDM) web application to maintain the shore-site configurations, document repository, spares, obsolescence tracking, part failures, and other areas associated with shore-site maintenance.

• Monitors fielding plans for scheduled and future installations to ensure all Installation Checkout (INCO) kits are completed and meet the scheduled delivery date, review Field Change Instructions to support retrofit requirements, maintain the Training Systems Alteration Record (TSAR), and respond to fleet requests for material or technical assistance.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in logistics or business management discipline.

• SECRET security clearance is required.

• Proficiency in logistics analysis is required.

• Must possess familiarity with MS-Office software to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Power Point.

• Travel may be required up to 10%.

• Assists with installing hardware and software systems and repairing wiring, fixtures, and equipment for all services aboard ship and in laboratory facilities, following blueprints and diagrams under direction of supervisor.

• Provides support to test, evaluation, verification, and validation events, test documentation preparation, test planning, requirements traceability analysis, data management, analysis plan preparation, and test scenario development.

• Perform modifications as required including, but not limited to space modifications, the installation and sustainment of infrastructures such as hardware, foundations, cabling (copper and fiber optic), connector installation, false decking and overhead, deck covering, IT Systems, electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electronic cooling water piping.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 2 years experience in the maritime industry.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent and 2-4 years of relevant experience. In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 6 years of relevant work experience.

In this role, you will:

All discrepancies and changes will be discussed with the ISEA and applicable stakeholders.

• Support the coordination of shipboard and shore-site installations and engineering change scheduling for training systems to include, but not limited to AN/USQ-T46 (V) BFTT System, AN/USQ-T52 Training Interface Unit, Part Task Trainers, Virtual Maintenance Trainers, and Virtual Operations Trainers. This includes ship checks, conducting Pre-Installation Checkouts (PICO), leading installation efforts, obsolete equipment rip-outs, overhauls, hardware and software upgrades, fabrication of necessary components and assemblies, and technical assistance on assemblies, units, equipment, systems, engineering changes, and alterations.

• Perform post-installation checkouts, including interoperability and operational testing. Resolve any installation and safety-related issues and concerns and will report all findings to the Government.

• Provide support to test, evaluation, verification, and validation events, test documentation preparation, test planning, requirements traceability analysis, data management, analysis plan preparation, and test scenario development.

• Perform modifications as required including, but not limited to space modifications, the installation and sustainment of infrastructures such as hardware, foundations, cabling (copper and fiber optic), connector installation, false decking and overhead, deck covering, IT Systems, electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electronic cooling water piping.

Qualifications

• Associates degree electronic, electrical, or mechanical specialization and 10 years of experience is desired.

• Experience leading teams of installers in cable installation, welding, paint, and lagging installation and repair on US Navy Ships in shipyard industrial environments

• Demonstrated experience as a Shipboard Alteration Installation Team (AIT) Leader leading the installation of major systems aboard US Navy ships.

• Demonstrated experience leading all aspects of coordinating system installations including attending daily planning meetings, providing status reports, correcting installation drawings, conducting RMMCO Check-in and Check-out and maintaining Quality Assurance (QA) Workbooks.

• Demonstrated experience leading AIT personnel including day-to-day workflow of production, safety, accountability, and training.

• Specialized experience performing work on Navy Systems to include AEGIS, SSDS, and BFTT/ATD.

In this role, you will:

• Provide knowledge, skills, and abilities to effectively conduct a range of complex shipboard and shore-site training system fleet support efforts and troubleshooting and repairs to minimize system downtime and resolve CASREPs. Fleet support and technical assistance efforts may be conducted through various methods including, distance support, onsite support in all fleet concentration areas and underway as required.

• Participate in shipboard and shore-site installation meetings and support the development of hardware and software installation plans, parts lists, installation instructions, checkout plans, test procedures, and drawings as required to complete shipboard and shore-site installations.

• Review and comment on installation standards and practices; examine installation design and physical layout for reliability, ease of maintenance, and suitability to perform equipment and system operational performance requirements; and develop corrective modifications and alterations.

• Update engineering documents as required including Ship Installation Drawing (SID) packages, technical manuals, Technical Discrepancy Reports (TDR), Technical Data Packages (TDP), Liaison Action Record (LAR), and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP). All discrepancies and changes will be discussed with the ISEA and applicable stakeholders.

• Support the coordination of shipboard and shore-site installations and engineering change scheduling for training systems to include, but not limited to AN/USQ-T46 (V) BFTT System, AN/USQ-T52 Training Interface Unit, Part Task Trainers, Virtual Maintenance Trainers, and Virtual Operations Trainers. This includes ship checks, conducting Pre-Installation Checkouts (PICO), leading installation efforts, obsolete equipment rip-outs, overhauls, hardware and software upgrades, fabrication of necessary components and assemblies, and technical assistance on assemblies, units, equipment, systems, engineering changes, and alterations.

• Perform post-installation checkouts, including interoperability and operational testing. Resolve any installation and safety-related issues and concerns and will report all findings to the Government.

• Provide support to test, evaluation, verification, and validation events, test documentation preparation, test planning, requirements traceability analysis, data management, analysis plan preparation, and test scenario development.

• Perform modifications as required including, but not limited to space modifications, the installation and sustainment of infrastructures such as hardware, foundations, cabling (copper and fiber optic), connector installation, false decking and overhead, deck covering, IT Systems, electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electronic cooling water piping.

Qualifications

Serco-NA is seeking a motivated engineer to provide engineering and programmatic support to one of our customers with the U.S. Navy in the Washington, DC area.

The Engineering Support role is responsible for design, development, and testing of all facets of the support process with a focus on machines, software, part design and analysis, and support techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be an active contributor within a team of engineers who perform the design, development, and testing of all facets of the support process using powder-bed and powder-fed approaches.

• Generate optimized build files to produce high quality parts in minimum time with maximum consistency.

• Work with other engineers to help refine the design of existing parts and optimize new parts to leverage support technology.

• Work with Materials Engineers to investigate properties, geometric accuracy, and surface finish results to develop optimal print parameters, heat treatments, and design allowables for existing and new alloys.

• Work interdisciplinary trades on processes that result in optimal support part production.

• After hardware is produced, communicate results and feedback to Responsible Engineers to continuously develop and improve hardware production.

• Produce reports, procedures, and manuals to document results to mature development processes for production.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• A current or active DoD Secret clearance, or the ability to obtain an active DoD Secret clearance.

• A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or other engineering discipline.

• Five to seven years of experience in propulsion component design.

• MS Microsoft skills are essential, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• You must have the ability to work both in a team environment and independently, and often under short, multiple deadlines.

• 10% travel required.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Master's degree in aeronautical, astronautical, or mechanical engineering.

• Work experience in the Navy and specifically within Team Submarine or on-board submarines is a plus.

• Experience with operating support machines, including parameter development and process control.

• Experience with support simulation software.

• Experience with topology optimization software.

• Knowledge of various support and subtractive manufacturing and joining techniques for metals.

• Solid understanding of optics and lasers

• Familiarity with common engineering materials properties (strength, life, thermal, fluid compatibility etc.) and processing attributes particularly for titanium or nickel-based alloys.

• Experience with detailed design and operation of propulsion fluid components (e.g., valves).

• Experience with setting up and running multifactorial design of experiments (DOE's).

• Ability to perform trade studies using first principles and engineering fundamentals.

• Proficient in basic principles of compressible and incompressible flow, thermodynamics, thermochemistry, mechanics, materials, and electrical circuits.

• Experience with Finite Element Modeling and Postprocessing (FEMAP), Analysis System (ANSYS), and similar structural analysis software tools.

• Hands-on experience with aerospace component or fluid system testing, including pressure, hot-fire, and environmental testing.

Our Program Analyst, located in Crystal City, Arlington, VA, provides program management support to the International Directorate (ID) (which includes F-35 Partner Nations and Foreign Military Sales) to ensure ID integration throughout the F-35 enterprise and to ensure the delivery of 5th Generation combat capability to the Warfighters in support of coalition operations.

You will be part of a dynamic team of F-35 JPO Program Analysts and Program/Project Managers who works closely with the customer and other key F-35 National Security and Allied stakeholders to deliver quality F-35 systems.

In this role, you will:

• Assist ID in facilitating the programs of two types of countries associated with the F-35 program: -Partners- (also referred to as -Participant-), -who are signatories to the JSF Production, Sustainment and Follow-on Development Memorandum of Understanding (JSF PSFD MOU), and -FMS Customers,- which have a signed Letters of Requests (LORs) and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) for purchasing aircraft, related material, and services.

• Assist ID in supporting National Deputies and their assistants in representing each of the F-35 Partner nations resident in P&F.

• Assist ID in supporting Service Deputies and their assistants in representing each of the F-35 US Services resident in P&F.

• Assist the USG Program Manager (PM) in representing each FMS customer and managing the F-35 LOA that is the foundation of each FMS country's F-35 program.

• Assist FMS PMs, Service Deputies and USG Partner country managers in leading USG activities and Program Management Reviews (PMRs) for each country in the F-35 Program to ensure each program remains on track.

• Assist the New Business team within ID, in conjunction with industry and other USG security cooperation entities, in providing and coordinating F-35 information to countries considering acquiring the F-35, and in assisting in the USG effort to build a LOA for aircraft acquisition.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and visitors

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance

• A High School Diploma or GED

• Three (3) years of experience in office management or clerical support

• High proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office 2010 suite of software applications to include; Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft SharePoint Workspace

You will participate in the planning, tracking, analysis and reporting of performance on projects of varying contract type, size, complexity and level of risk. In this role you will:

• Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis support to Program Managers including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and development of time-phased budgets and schedules.

• Lead project set up in compliance with contractual terms, conditions and requirements.

• Prepare program financial Estimates at Complete (EAC) and meet deadlines for submission requirements.

• Identify project risks and opportunities and provide analytical contribution in working resolution with PM, Contracts, Procurement and Finance/Accounting.

• Review and assess all contract modifications.

• Advise the program management team of impacts as necessary.

• Monitor costs and manpower on a weekly basis ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct job number.

• Process cost transfers as required.

• Perform analytical review and arithmetic checks of cost reporting documentation.

• Prepare accurate and complete variance analysis and reporting.

• Prepare/Support Internal Program Review (IPR) presentations for management.

Qualifications

This hybrid role will support the Tactical Networks (TACNET) Capabilities Based In Service Engineering Agent (CB-ISEA). TACNET CB-ISEA supports the sustainment and modernization of Automated Digital Network System (ADNS), Consolidated Afloat Network and Enterprise Services (CANES), Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIXS), Integration Shipboard Networking System (ISNS), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Networks as well as integration and support of additional Program of Record and Non-Program or Record systems.

Finance plays an important role in the overall success of the TACNET assisting with project management functions.

In this role, you will:

• Act as a member of the Financial Analyst team analyzing financial data and providing forecasting support.

• Task order processing and management, including GovWin and Gate submissions.

• Prepare reports and projections based off financial data.

• Monitor project financial execution to achieve maximum effectiveness for the TACNET.

• Demonstrate proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, Power Point, Project, Word) with basic programming abilities preferred.

• This is a non-supervisory position.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other program management / financial disciplines.

• 5 years of relevant experience with general accounting and other financial disciplines.

• Experience with monitoring variances, identification of trends and development of recommendations for financial management decisions.

• Strong interpersonal skills - able to interact with key stakeholders and leadership.

• Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications with significant weight and preference given to candidates with the ability to build and automate workflows in Visual Basic or .NET experience.

Additional desired skills and experience:

• Preferred candidates with ability to conduct intermediate analysis and create reports utilizing computer program tools and languages such as MATLAB, R, Python or C/C++.

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance is preferred.
