Serco has a great opportunity for you to take a role as part of the Global Logistics Augmentation and Staff Support (GLASS) team in supporting the Army Sustainment Command in Hawaii. Join an integrated government-industry team insupport of multiple program functions. Specific tasks include the following: Operations and Plans, Desk Officer, ORSA, Training and Exercise, Automation/Database Management and Cost Management Support Services. You will provide a wide range of customer requirements in the Army supply systems and operations.Use your expertise and collaborative skills to positively impact our national defense and make a difference in the world's greatest Army.
This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer a Secret clearance.
This position is contingent upon customer requirements and/or their approval.
In this role, you will:
Provide advice and recommendations of high level officials regarding operational plans and concepts.
Design data collection requirements to support operational planning.
Research and respond to inquiries, assisting with the management of regional and worldwide plans, collaborating with the Customer.
Have in-depth research and analysis of policy, regulation, directives or industrial issues.
Assist in preparing briefings and special studies, updating and maintaining operational and plans files within a Share Point site.
Track changing requirements; review and perform gap analysis for Operational Plans.
Participate in training and exercise events.
Assist in the development and management of Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) injects, assisting in the developing and updating exercise event scheduling requirements, assisting in conduction training courses for Government personnel and monitor and track changing requirements.
Be familiar with the development and documentation of training and exercise scenarios and how command post exercises are conducted.
In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $81,153.39 to $131,873.27; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of directly related military experience in development of war plans, contingency operations plan to support real world contingencies and military training exercises and military mission analysis.
In lieu of a Bachelors degree, 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for a total of 14 years.
Demonstrated practical experience in the areas of expertise required in the Task Order, Performance Work Statement.
Expert knowledge of logistics doctrine and interface regarding multiple logistics functions including interrelationships of supply, maintenance and transportation management within a Division-Corps Theater level of operation.
Experience Developing operational plans and concepts.
Extensive knowledge of Military decision-making process (MDMP) IOT develop and write appropriate directives, exercise WARNORDS and associated annexes.
U.S. Citizenship
An Active Secret Clearance
The ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

You will be part of the 9th Air Force (9AF) United States Air Force Central Command (AFCENT), which is the Air Force Service Component of United States Central Command (USCENTCOM), a joint Department of Defense combatant command responsible for U.S. security interests in 27 nations that stretch from the Horn of Africa through the Persian Gulf region, into Central Asia. This position supports the Operations Directorate (A3).
The GFM Operations Plans Strategic Support position supports AFCENT/A3 by assisting with the management of the staffing process for HAF, ACC, Joint Staff and USCENTCOM GFM related tasking. This position provides administrative review of AFCENT Request for Forces (RFF) and REDEPORDs prior to submission to the Combined Force Component Commander and assists deployed units in crafting GFM products. Interfaces with USAF Commands, Higher Headquarters Air Force, and USCENTCOM to ensure USAFCENT equities are implemented into the Global Force Management Allocation Plan (GFMAP).
In this role you will:
Support all aspects of GFM operations planning for USAFCENT to include forecasting USAFCENT requirements and provides inputs to joint and combined manning requests.
Assist in coordinating development of CJCS-directed deliberate plans during steady-state operations.
Assist in effective deployment of response forces to meet emergent contingencies.
Provide guidance to the USAFCENT Functional Area Managers (FAM)and provides assistance to define requirements in the USAF deployment system.
Provide operational knowledge and use of Force Requirements Enhanced Database (FRED) and Joint Capabilities Requirements Manager (JCRM) GFM tools sets.
Assist USAFCENT's rated FAM and assists USAFCENT deployed staffs.
Be responsible for QC and submission of USAFCENT database Change Requests (CRs).
Assist the set up and management of USAFCENT led GFM management meetings and provides inputs to HHQ GFM related conferences.
Train and provides continuity to newly assigned action officers to the Current Operations Division and provides GFM overview briefings to deployers.
Review current and future AF instructions and joint publications and makes recommendations for improvement as well as incorporation into FAM training programs.

As a Senior Acquisition Logistics Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will belong to and/or manage collaborative teams providing multi-disciplinary support to government and industry. - Provide inputs for high level strategic planning, policy/process/procedures development, business process improvements, and review of compliance and development of overall performance standards
- Provide briefing, review, and facilitation support for customer meetings and workshops
- Support customer workshops and decision support sessions
- Provide subject matter expertise during proposal development
- Provide insights to readiness requirements and reporting procedures
Qualifications
Required:
Active Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Ten (10) years of related acquisition logistics experience, at least
Two (2) years in a leadership position
Functional expertise in life cycle logistics
Experience with weapon system sustainment planning and execution, product support management, sustaining engineering and depot maintenance planning
Knowledge of Supply Chain Management at the wholesale level and/or retail level
Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and required sustainment planning during each phase
Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Ability to lead a collaborative team in completing complex projects
Excellent communication skills, both writing and verbal
Advanced Microsoft Office skills for Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Ability to travel up to 10%

In this role, you will:
Perform cataloging services and responsibilities to enable the Army to account for property in, Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Automated Personal Property Management System (APPMS), Standard Army Ammunition System (SAAS), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS-Army), and future accountability systems as ASC's mission/focus dictates.
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the AESIP Non-Standard Material process, to include electronic transaction and change updates to the AEMM via AESIP Non-Standard Material portal, maintain a functional helpdesk for AESIP Enterprise Material Discrepancy and Challenge System (EMDCS) and Enterprise Recoverable Item Management (ERIM), monitor the AESIP Non-Standard Material System and related Help Desk issues, and maintain a technical report study of all Change Request (CR) ,Trouble Requests (TR), and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) relative to catalog management and EMDCS/ERIM support.
Review, verify, and reconcile in-depth analyses and comparisons of DODAAC and RIC data elements for tactical and non-tactical units in trading partner systems. Data elements include Unit Identification Code (UIC), Break Bulk Point (BBP), Fiscal Station Number (FSN), Aerial Port of Debarkation (APOD), Water Port of Debarkation (WPOD), State and Country Code (SC), Direct Support System/Air Line of Communication (DSS/ALOC), Requisitioning Authenticity Code (RAC), and Type Address Code (TAC) fields. Research comparisons require Structured Query Language (SQL) queries against Oracle databases and comparisons against other trading partner systems.
Retrieve, evaluate, and process the daily Active Army, Army Reserve, and National Guard DODAAC/RIC workload from the Customer Vendor Solution (CVS) in AESIP.
Evaluate, maintain, and update daily Active Army, Army Reserve, and National Guard DODAAC/RIC transactions and computer system/files via AESIP to ensure business process requirements are incorporated and data is standardized. Ensure DODAAC/RIC assignments conform to Unit Identification Code (UIC) force structure requirements in AR/PAM 220-1.
Assist in reconciliations with Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) regarding RIC/LMP Plant Code Assignments.
Perform data quality, cleansing, integrity, and analysis of data and provide a monthly statistics summary metrics report to ascertain progress in processing by received, completed, and pending within the mission objective.
Review, analyze, and provide recommendations for functional requirements and functional design specification packages in the development of reporting requirements to be integrated into the AESIP environment for all ERP data; actively participant in the execution of test plans, procedures, and reports for AESIP application; unit, integration, and software acceptance testing by coordinating with the functional lead to meet requirements.
Provide Logistic Support of Automated Information Systems (AIS) that include, but not limited to:
Analyze impacts on proposed business process improvement/reengineering.
Generate and analyze logistics automated initiatives and any impact on AMC Standard AIS.
Evaluate AIS design and articulation of functional requirements to ensure business process requirements are incorporated.
Review, analyze, and prioritizes recommendations for business process change requirements.
Evaluate data element requirements in proposed functional process plans and recommend common definitions in support of data standardization.
Provide advice and recommendations to functional work groups in support of business process improvements/reengineering.
Develop and present reports and briefing on recommended automation initiative and business process reengineering.
Perform in-depth research and analysis of supply system emerging policies, regulations, directives, orinternal and external Standard Operating Procedures
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
8 years of experience as a Logistics Management Specialist (LMS) Subject Master Expert (SME) with a wide range of customer requirements in the Army Enterprise Automated Information Systems (AIS) and operations.
An active Secret clearance.
HS diploma/GED
The ability to travel up to 10%

Qualifications
Requirements to join the team:

An FAA Second Class Medical Certificate

In this role, you will:
Oversee accurate development of monthly GFI impact statements and resolve issues identified by the GFI analyst
Oversee and participate in quarterly implementation directive audit of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Schedules A-E as well GFI for the Turnkey, Combat Systems, and Hull, Mechanical & Electrical (HM&E) systems.
Attend regular participating acquisition and resource manager (PARM) reviews for potential configuration impact to the DDG 51 design.
Oversee the C4I Turnkey Phased GFI Deliverable approach to ensure adherence to the DDG 51 Programs' Turnkey Management Plan;
Maintain both the DDG 51 Turnkey Management and GFI Plans in support of government customer.
Oversee the tracking of baseline design budget (DBET) changes and engineering change proposals (ECPs) for DDG 51 multi-year procurements (MYPs).
Review baseline requests for clarification, identification and assistance (RCIAs) and post baseline pre-initial change proposals (PICP) and initial change proposals (ICPs) for Schedules and GFI impact to accomplish proactive issue identification.
Accomplish adhoc trainings, presentations, and government briefs combining knowledge from both the baseline and post baseline change processes. Coordinate conference room, distribution lists, etc.
Attend weekly, monthly, quarterly meetings in support of customer, provide notes and recommendations if issues are identified.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DOD Secret Clearance
US Citizenship
A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
A High School Diploma/GED and 4 additional years of Configuration Management experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
A minimum of 8 years of Configuration Management experience or related similar experience
Experience with performing configuration management with Navy platforms.
Experience in conducting research on specific topics to resolve problems for colleagues and government customers.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint in developing concise yet comprehensive briefs.

As the Deployment Manager, you will join and support the IMCOM/CYS Army Contract. You will manage the IMCOM/CYS deployment of CCTV and IT systems at DoD facilities Worldwide. This position works with both internal teams and the customer to ensure that timely completion of installation of equipment per contract schedule. IMCOM/CYS CCTV and IT systems is critical in ensuring the safety of children and employees.
As the Deployment Manager, you will lead a team who is performing work on CCTV and IT system at DoD facilities Worldwide.
In this role, you will:
Manage deployment schedules and ensuring timely completion of installation of equipment per contract schedule.
Develop an integrated Master Schedule to deconfliction of resources.
Provide detailed tracking of requirements of satisfaction for reporting to Government customers (i.e., customer acceptance, user acceptance, and quality control)
Oversee administrative tasks, communicate with key stakeholders, and ensure resource availability for the project planning.
Coordinate with project stakeholder both external and internal teams for support delivery of equipment, site survey, system decommissions, hardware and software installation, and training efforts.
Create and maintain deployment documentation to include deployment process.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with deployments.
Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and develop solutions.
Collaborate with Deployment team and CSD to troubleshoot and debug system issues.
Ensure systems engineering best practices and processes are being followed.
Contribute / coordinate to the documentation of systems designs and solutions.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance, an active Secret DoD Level Clearance is preferred.
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or Master's degree with 3 years of professional experience.
Must be able to successfully undergo a pre-employment background check investigation and a drug screening.
This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Serco to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.

As theWaterfront Production Analyst - Electrical, youwill be on a dynamic team, providing electrical installation expertise and planning support to one of the newest shipbuilding programs in the Navy. Serco supports the US Navy as a prime contractor, providing engineering support services to a major Navy shipbuilding acquisition program, the USS Constellation Class Guided-Missile Frigate (FFG 62 Class).
You will be part of a 75 member team that works closely with the Navy and other Serco teams to deliver quality systems integration, engineering, and acquisition support to an exciting and dynamic major acquisition program. This team has been recognized as a vital link in bringing important resources and success to the Frigate program office.
In this role, you will:
Conduct multiple (at least twice a day) walk-throughs of all FFG production areas to observe and report the progress, quality, methods, sequencing of ongoing cableway, cable pulls, connections (hookups), point to point testing and final operational tests of installed electrical and electrical related systems by the shipyard.
Progress and observe the installations of MCTs (multi-cable transits, Stuffing tubes (also known as kick pipes), cable hangers, cable trays, cable tags, cable banding and neatness of cable runs.
Possibly be required to observe point to point light testing of fiber-optic cabling.
Observe and report any installation issues where cable ways or other electrical equipment appears to either be causing an interference or inversely other adjacent machinery or mechanical equipment is installed too closely to cables where maintenance access or actual cable damage could occur in service. With these types of issues, shock excursion violations may also be reported as needed.
Observe and report instances where electrical equipment label plates, cable and circuit numbers and other markings are found either damaged, missing, or incorrect to the drawings. This would also relate to damage control labels showing information or details for casualty power, electrical panels, transformers, switchboards, emergency lighting and switches.
Continue with daily surveillance of already installed systems to ensure that damage is not occurring due to other industrial activities and traffic.
Observe, progress, and track electronic equipment/combat systems installations. The Analyst may be required to work closely with the Aegis Test Team.
Identify non-compliant conditions found and report locally to the Serco lead and to cognizant SUPSHIP representatives. Examples of non-compliant conditions may include crimped or damaged cable, paint overspray, improper bonding and grounding, exposed bare conductors, improperly packed cable penetrations and questionable related electrical deficiencies.
Compose and submit a weekly report of activities and tasking completed (not every item-just 3 or 4 highlights).
Compose and submit inputs for a monthly report that Serco is required to present and submit to the Navy.
Support Emergent issues and associated tasking (special surveys or data calls) as they occur.
Conduct independent assessments and review alternate options and make specific recommendations to the Navy.
Support (participate in) local meetings with Serco, Shipyard and SUPSHIP personnel and also support online (Teams meetings including Serco, Shipyard, SUPSHIP and PMS 515).
Provide solutions or alternatives to the noncompliant condition for significant issues identified and reported
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:

5 years of experience with shipyards and shipbuilding.

Position Description
JOIN OUR TEAM to assist and prepare over 200,000 Servicemen and women who separate annually from the United States Military begin a new life chapter as a civilian. Many of those who separate from the military have transition plans, while others find becoming a civilian a daunting task. The Department of Labor (DOL) Veterans' Employment and Training Service (VETS) program requires contractor services to support these transitioning Servicemen and women through its highly successful Transition Assistance Program (TAP) that is offered world-wide to conduct job assistance workshops, employment counseling, apprenticeship program placements and employer outreach.
In this full-time Senior Facilitator role, you will:
Guide the transitioning Military Servicemembers in identifying goals, while also assisting them with recognizing any employment or education gaps.
Conduct large group instruction and provide individual counseling on the job search process.
Mentor and assist in the training of part-time Employment Facilitators new to the program to include a 90 day post-hire review.
Provide transitioning Servicemembers (Active, Reserve, National Guard), family members, and Veterans a comprehensive understanding of preparing for civilian employment, job searching, job application processes, networking, technical training opportunities, credentialing, and assistance in preparing for civilian employment and participation in technical programs and schools; and who can conduct large group instruction and provide counseling on the job search process.
Facilitate job search and process workshops with curriculum and activities created specifically for Spouses, Veterans, and Wounded Warriors.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
An Associate degree and 5 years of TAP training experience.
ORa Bachelor's degree, any discipline from an accredited college or university and at least 3 years of TAPtraining experience.
Experience which demonstrates understanding of private and public sector employment processes.
Must have excellent time management skills and able to work independently.
Proficient in MS Windows and Office.
The ability to communicate effectively with Military clients, be comfortable instructing and speaking in front of a group, be observant of others, possess the ability to engage an audience, and respond to inquiries independently.
The ability to travel up to 50%.

In this role, you will:
Monitor installation of assigned combat systems and C4I equipment and ensure readiness to test.
Develop, review and update test procedures for assigned systems to ensure they meet latest Navy guidance, drawings, and contract specification requirements.
Provide input to the total ship test management services to include preparation of technical briefs on key concerns.
Conduct Combat Systems related trial card recording, tracking, coding, and engineering analysis to include identifying discrepancies and developing technical requirements needed for closure.
Execute testing of systems from stage 2 through 7 for assigned systems.
Provide input for required reporting for system and compartment readiness to test, CDRL reviews, and test reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

5 years of relevant experience (Experience with electronic systems installation and testing preferably with US Navy Combat Systems highly preferred)

Position Description
Serco has a great opportunity for a Financial Analyst who is looking to provide support services to the U.S. Navy delivering the Navy's Constellation (FFG-62) Class Frigate Program in the Washington D.C. area.
Serco supports the US Navy as a prime for their Guided Missile Frigate (FFG(X)) contract which provides support services in the areas of engineering, logistics, acquisition, test and evaluation, and cybersecurity support associated with the planning, design, and construction of ships under the cognizance of PMS 515.
As the Financial Analyst, you will be part of a 11-member team that collaborates closely with the customer and other Serco teams to provide management oversight in Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) efforts across PMS515.
In this role, you will:
Provide Business and Financial Management Support to the FFG-62 Constellation Program to include:
Draft financial spreadsheets and reports, budget exhibits (NAVCOMPT, OSD, Presidents Budget).
Draft Task Planning Sheets and Reallocation Notices.
Draft funding documents to provide funding to other government activities and contractors.
Prepare ledger reports.
Collect, monitor, and analyze obligation and expenditure data from various contractor and government sources and provide reports to PMS 515M.
Resolve problem disbursements.
Provide subject matter technical expertise for meetings, presentations, inquiries, and action item resolution.
Track funding requirements, and funding documents sent to performing activities and track remaining funding.
Prepare funding requests based on requirements review and customer interface. Monitors funding requests until funding is received. Monitors expenditures to identify potential benchmark shortfalls.
Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Database.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
