Responsible for developing the technical IT / cyber security Identity Access Management (IAM) capabilities necessary for safeguarding the firm's information systems and applications for Microsoft Azure/M365/AWS. This candidate must have significate expertise deploying privileges and permissions in Microsoft Azure/M365/AWS. Primary focus will include Azure/M365/AWS identity related deployments at the Cloud platform layer and also including the application layer for applications such as Slack leveraging federated identity.

This is a Cloud Security IAM Engineering professional role within Cybersecurity IAM Cloud Engineering that applies in-depth knowledge within the IAM discipline and an expert understanding of concepts and principles of Active Directory and how it relates to the cloud space.
This candidate will apply knowledge of best practices derived from engineering experience to solve a range of complex technical and cybersecurity IAM resolutions.

Technical lead of designs and solutions, ensuring robust security and compliance with IAM across all AWS environments
Develop and enforce security configurations (policies) for AWS IAM including access controls, identity federation, and role-based access management, secrets management. Demonstrated understanding of OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SAML
Implement automation for IAM processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Ability to document processes for turnover to the IAM Cloud Operations team
Transitioning business as usual tasks to the corporate cloud team's CI/CD pipeline to automate security of rehydrated or scaled / changed environment.
Implementation of role-based monitoring and reporting solution as well as determining (and executing) remediation plans
Designing and implementing solutions to risk / security findings that balance risk burndown and user experience.
Develop and maintain procedure and process documentation.
Collaborating with teams and ability to implement IAM, KMS, CloudTrail, etc products to manage IAM risk in AWS.
AWS Roles and Policies deployment using terraform.
Manage or understand federation using external IDP into AWS
AWS Organizations experience to manage and understand Service Control Policies
Manage cloud native tools such as AWS IAM Access Analyzer to analyze and mitigate risks.
Manage AWS Single Sign On (SSO) for multiple accounts using AWS Identity Center
Experience identifying workflows to enable automation deployment for complex systems.
Proficient in Python, Shell script and Terraform.
Implementation of Security Framework solutions (NIST, FedRAMP, etc.) using CSPM tools like Cloud guard
Serverless/API Integration Experience a Plus

Lead program management role providing oversight for key corporate strategic initiatives; as well as corporate real estate and workplace (CREW) partners to ensure delivery of a quality result within budget and schedule; frequently interacts with external providers (e.g. project managers, architects, GC's, design vendors).
Oversee assigned major, strategic real estate projects at a high programmatic level from conception to completion to ensure achievement of business needs, and provide accurate documentation and costs for project modeling.
Lead (SME) retail execution team in providing oversight for outsourced project management.
Lead highly complex and visible projects with notable risk and complexity.
Make leadership decisions within established policies, procedures, and established objectives.
Solve routine and unique problems of high complexity by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents.
Focus on enhancing knowledge of Truist's processes, culture and clients. Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
Identify and resolve technical, operational, risk management, business, and organizational challenges.
Represent Truist in Real Estate professional organizations and associations

Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related project or program management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Solid understanding of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the real estate operations discipline.
Ability to manage complex competing priorities using analytic and interpersonal skills. Experience presenting to and collaborating with Executive and Senior Leadership.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills, and the ability to manage in a dynamic environment with a high performing team.
Ability to solve problems in straightforward situations by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree, JD, or MBA and 12 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Banking or financial services experience.
PMP certification
Relevant real estate professional certifications.

Manage the overall credit quality, risk mitigation, workout process and operational/regulatory compliance associated with Truist's AFG business. Analyze, structure financial covenants and underwrite corporate credit risks for certain clients that utilize AFG securitization loan facilities. Work with Truist clients, AFG Originations and Coverage Bankers to underwrite corporate credit risk and to perform ongoing portfolio monitoring and management. Actively work with other functional groups to ensure AFG attains its revenue, PPNR, credit quality and other financial objectives. Total portfolio is $14B in Commitments; approximately 350 relationships including left leads, participations and sole bank transactions.

Manage/mitigate credit risk of portfolio transactions.
Complete on-time, accurate, well-articulated annual reviews, amendment memos, trend cards, and CLAR's; maintains MRA quarterly spreads/PRISM grade reviews; maintains credit files, other compliance requirements such as monthly tickler attestations, quarterly/annual credit file reviews and attestations, manage collateral, review field exams and appraisals.
Attract, retain and develop a team of top credit professionals.
Understand and adhere to various Truist and ABL policies, processes, procedures and regulatory requirements; ensures policies and controls are executed; timely completion of all required Corporate and Business unit training/testing
Restructures or resolves troubled (workout) credits with input from risk partners.
Manage ABL credit, operational and market risk within pre-approved risk tolerance levels.
Work with originations, structuring, legal, compliance and risk partners to align strategic objectives, share market knowledge, and facilitate seamless execution.

11-15 years of related work experience
Solid subject matter expertise including knowledge of industry drivers, product positioning, structuring and risk mitigation.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional areas to resolve complex issues
Strong interpersonal skills which foster teamwork, trust, creativity/innovation and accountability
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and insightfully

MBA degree, with a Finance focus
Diversified product structuring/underwriting/portfolio management experience
