Utilize banking systems to investigate and research all transactional information to ensure that Financial Crimes requirements are met.
Conduct client research.

Utilize internal and external applications to assist in the investigation and research of all applicable alerts.
Efficiently and effectively resolve cases or alerts with awareness of all timelines as directed by relative to Financial Crimes function.
Support effective communication with internal and external partners or clients.
Participate in BSA/AML/OFAC and/or Fraud related training that may include webinars, periodicals and self -study in order to stay abreast of any related changing laws and regulations.

Leads a small team that monitors and analyzes operational processes to resolve known and potential problems and recommend change, as appropriate.

Reporting to the Category Director, the Category Manager is responsible for managing all demand management and supply management activities for one or more categories of spend, with the goal of optimizing the total cost of ownership, managing supplier risk, ensuring suppliers adhere to needed timelines, and meeting all business stakeholders' needs. Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mass affluent clients. Sell, deliver and provide ongoing service for a broad range of fee income and retail banking products and services appropriate to mass affluent clients. Establish and periodically update understanding of client financial needs and conditions based upon sound profiling and personal financial planning analysis.
