Job Title: Business Manager

Summary

The Finance and Contract Analyst works as a full-time employee of Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. (Zeiders) in the corporate Home Office in Woodbridge, Virginia. The position is responsible for supporting the Program Director in the contract and business financial management functions and working in close coordination and integration with other corporate functions, such as the Accounting Department. The Business Manager's two primary responsibilities are Contract Administration and Contract Financial Management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contract Administration

  • Issue and maintain consultant task orders

  • Manage subcontractor invoicing in collaboration w/Contract Manager, assist w/sub-contract management

  • Receive and process contract modifications

  • Maintain contract documentation (Contract Notebooks) in accordance with company policies and practices

  • Make recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies

  • Assist or complete contract management reports for client or internal company-use as assigned (i.e. Personnel Roster; Mgmt. of Positions Report, etc.) Contract Financial Management

  • Interface with Controller/Accounting Department regarding cost reporting issues, deliverables and other reporting requirements; prepare contract invoices.

  • Assist in the preparation and management of contract budgets; monitor budget expenditures authorized; oversee budget for conformance to funding; track monthly financial execution and analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance; identify budget and execution trends and recommend improvements accordingly.

  • Evaluate operating records and financial statements; prepare studies, reports and analyses in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, governmental requirements, statistical reports, cash flow projection and business forecasts.

  • Develop spreadsheets and databases of pertinent information for use in analyzing future Division plans and forecasts.

  • Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize and prepare recommendations regarding contract and financial plans, trended future requirements, Government requirements and operating forecasts.

  • Assist the Controller/Accounting Department in the development of the budget, planning and other corporate financial requirements.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise other employees.

  • The position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these activities.

  • Supervisory responsibilities are executed in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

  • Reset passwords for web-based employee applications, educate users on self-service features.

  • Assist in administering and supporting company-wide cell phone equipment and other property accounts.

  • Provide ad hoc support to Home Office users for Microsoft Office applications, telephone voice mail, a/v equipment, and copier problems.

Job Title: Customer Service/Administrative Support

Summary

Customer Service/Administrative Support personnel are normally the first point of contact for a client. They are responsible for providing basic information, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support functions.

  • Receive, screen, and direct callers and walk-in customers to the appropriate FFSP staff

  • Provide general, basic information and referral of customers to military and community resources, utilizing other FFSP staff for more in-depth, complicated requests for information.

Summary

The HR Generalist works as a full-time employee of Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. (Zeiders) at the corporate office in Woodbridge, VA. Required Qualifications:
