You will work with customers to electrically/mechanically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial food equipment to include cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking and refrigeration.
You will typically leave from home each morning and work with minimal direct supervision at customer sites.
You will meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
What you'll bring to the table:
An accredited High School Diploma or GED and 0-2 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience
You must have a valid Driver's License and ability to drive multiple hours daily
You should be able to work Overtime and On-Call as required

The Help Desk Analyst position provides consultation with Alpine customers and internal users using the Alpine Suite of CAD-related Software programs to ensure users have an understanding of the use of the software, to troubleshoot specific application issues and make recommendations to optimize the benefits of the software.
Evaluate, prioritize, and solve all incoming telephone, voicemail, e-mail, web inquiries, or in-person requests for assistance from users/customers having difficulty with hardware, CAD software, network operations, printing, and other computer/software related problems
Document identified problems/defects in the software in the appropriate database to provide specific data to assist in efficient resolution of the problem.
Assist users in identifying appropriate software operating systems, printers, network servers, etc. and make recommendations that will work in their environment and with the ITWBCG Software programs
Troubleshoot network issues and identify resolutions. Consult on network set-up for users, as needed
Test beta/proto-type software programs and make recommendations based on testing outcomes for programming team
Log all contacts in the problem resolution software so usage patterns/statistics can be accumulated, and historical trends can be evaluated
Develop expert proficiency in the variety of software products and supporting systems to ensure
Two or four year college degree (A.S. or B.S.) in architectural technology or CAD-related field preferred
Two years previous experience in Help Desk Environment
Prefer two years working experience in a truss plant using truss design software.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Excellent ability to listen is essential.
Ability to define problems, gathers data in a logical manner, stabile facts, and draw valid conclusion.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in a mathematical of diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and a variety of other production machines and equipment including their safety devices by performing the following duties.
Eligible for $3,000 Sign on Bonus. Paid $1000 after the first 30 days of employment, $1000 after 60 days, and another $1000 after the first 90 days of employment. * Training will be conducted on 1st of 2nd shift* Hours are from: 10:30PM-7:00AM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Analyze work orders, blueprints and schematics to determine work to be performed.
Troubleshoot equipment problems by observing mechanical devices in operation to locate causes of trouble and examining defective machinery to determine cause of malfunction and performs machine repairs.
Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts, then inspects parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
Repairs, rebuilds or replaces defective parts. Installs special functional and structural parts in devices. Lubricates and cleans parts.
Analyses and adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments. Ability to utilize computers and ladder logic to determine PLC and SLC problems a plus, but not required.
Sets up and starts devices and machines to test their performance.
Initiates purchase order for parts and machines.
Performs preventative maintenance.
Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
May set up and operate lathe, drill press, grinder, and other tools to make and repair parts and machines

Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Journeyman status preferable.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Position Summary:
The Facility Maintenance position installs, maintains, diagnoses, and repairs building/facilities machinery, equipment, physical structures, and utilities systems at the Lakeville Location.

. Conducts regular inspections of nitrogen, water, gas, diesel fuel consumption etc. as well as monitoring water levels in recirculation tanks and disposal tanks.
. Conducts regular inspections of the operation of the electrical system including transformers and disconnect switches.
. Installs and/or modifies equipment in cooperation with the Assembly Supervisor to improve the reliability, simplify the operations, improve operational safety, etc.
. Completes all paperwork on a timely basis, including monthly reports as required.
. Follow company rules, regulations and policies regarding work and safety practices.
. Contact suppliers as needed for quotations on maintenance issues that require outside sources.
. Maintains a neat and orderly work area including general housekeeping of the work area upon completion of a repair.
. Must be available for service calls with limited notice. Must be able to work overtime with limited notice.
. Performs other duties as assigned
Education/Experience Required:
. High School diploma or GED required
. HVAC and facilities maintenance knowledge desired

Job Summary

The Product Manager II will set strategy, drive innovation, and manage profitability across their product categories. The Product Manager will interact with all functional groups throughout the division as the owner of the overall product lifecycle. The person in this role will perform a variety of duties associated with the dispatching functions in order to provide prompt and efficient service to our customers. General Duties:
Answer all incoming telephone service requests and log customer service calls with all pertinent information in system.
Schedule service calls to techs and supply information needed by Service Tech, and determine priorities to be assigned to service calls.
Maintain follow up system for parts ordered by Service Techs to ensure complete customer satisfaction per company policies and guidelines.
Maintain Inspection List, Automatic Scale. Wrapper and General Line.
Maintain File of Equipment.This could include calling customers concerning estimates for overhauls, prices for new equipment, and completion of services.
Perform clerical functions, as necessary, such as assisting with tracking of consignment, assisting walk-in customers, shipping/receiving, handling phone calls for supervisor, etc.
Train or cross train other employees as requested.
Follow up on completed service calls to verify customer satisfaction and promote service contracts.
Print out and mail invoices
Do 3rd party billing
Schedule PM's
Prepare quotes for repairs.

The Cold Heading Operator reports to the Production Supervisor and is responsible for set up and operation of the cold header machines and auxiliary equipment to produce high quality fasteners while meeting on-time delivery, productivity, safety, quality, and housekeeping metrics.
Job Requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
Set up cold header machines and auxiliary equipment (including wire drawers, wire welders, and grinders) per drawings and specifications.
Operate cold header machines and auxiliary equipment.
Perform daily maintenance on cold header machines and auxiliary equipment.
Perform quality checks and document (where applicable), using simple gages, precision measuring devices and visual inspection.
Perform safety checks to ensure safety devices are on and in working order (guarding and all safety equipment). Use proper Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
Manually handle parts from work-in-process containers to shipping containers. Move containers as required using pallet jacks and/or fork trucks.
Prepare and maintain accurate records (route sheets and count sheets).
Clean equipment and keep work area neat and orderly.
Participate as a Trainer when necessary.
Work in any other area of the plant by the request of your supervisor and/or plant manager.
All other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor/Plant Manager.

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for continuous improvement in all aspects of manufacturing, including identifying and resolving quality problems. Implements various components of a quality assurance/CI program comprised of data analysis, systems evaluation, product/process assessment, and quality/manufacturing technology. Develops, maintains, and audits process parameters and process control procedures. Responsible for raw material, in-process, and finished goods quality control. Investigates and identifies product or process defects, recommends modifications in products or standards, and prepares necessary documentation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Actively manage inspection/quality practices to eliminate escapes and minimize customer returns.
Review and track all internal and customer quality concerns (NCRs). Work with customers, engineering, operations, and vendors and other company functions to determine appropriate corrective actions and facilitate the effective closure of these actions.
Team member for the APQP process for new product development and launch; including, but not limited to PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow, Design for Manufacturability, etc. Interface with design and production team in coordinating release of new products.
Manage various projects such as review of new equipment installations, installation support for projects, and safety upgrades.
Assist in contract review and develop/maintain inspection/approval criteria, part routings, and process sheets as needed for all phases of product realization.
Report on the performance of the QMS, metrics, and all related issues during Management Reviews or as appropriate. Recommend appropriate improvements.
Maintain all Quality Assurance records.
Manage the MRB process and facilitate and champion the corrective action process.
Responsible for development and continuous improvement of the company's Quality Management System.
Manage internal and supplier audits, as required by customers and the company's Quality Management System. Serve as the organizations Management Representative for audits from outside sources.
Drive cost improvement, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
Conduct cost studies for new processes or equipment; develop improvements for current manufacturing methods & processes; conduct process optimization; determine/improve time standards; perform audits in assigned area to resolve any open issues; make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.

Proactively visits 80s suppliers to develop the partnership, provide feedback and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Day to day execution and continuous improvements related with: cost savings/inflation, target inventory (MRD driven), inventory grading reduction, inventory accuracy, materials phase in/out, and financial impact analysis processes.
Responsible to continuously monitor and inform any financial impact due to business decisions: risk buys, Engineering Changes, last time buys, end of life purchases, risk mitigation purchases, expedite costs, premiums, etc.
Executes in daily bases and as needed: issuing, pulling in and pushing out POs in a timely manner, expedite past due POs, and follow through with vendors to assure POs due within two weeks arrive on time.
Use ERP and standardized tools to quickly conduct a detailed analysis of average monthly consumption, inventory on hand, lead times, minimum and multiple order quantities, standard packaging, cost implications, vendor/supplier performance to determine the optimum quantity to be ordered to achieve OTD to customers, MOH and Inventory grading expectations.
After completion of the due diligence, proactively and timely escalate supply and quality issues which create a risk to stop production, impact shipments to customers or generate a significant financial impact.
Continuously runs and analyzes the reports and metrics needed to manage the purchasing process.
Identifies and executes company-wide cost savings opportunities which involves managing competitive bids and negotiating with suppliers. Manage total cost of ownership. Benchmark and seek cost reductions and working capital improvements.
Supports the Sr. Sourcing Analyst, Purchasing Manager and Corporate Sourcing Team Members on sourcing and cost savings projects, contracts negotiations, supplier agreements, etc.

The Quality Tester is responsible for safely testing and related activities on the Hobart Warewash commercial dishwasher to meet exacting operational performance. The work varies from day to day and requires a flexible approach.
Have an understanding of electricity, especially high voltage
Perform test functions including digital controls
Utilize measuring devices such as hi-pot tester, continuity tester, and power analyzers

.Cross-cultural experience; able to manage and influence in multiple countries/regions
This is an ideal role for someone who has shown success as a Sr. HR Manager or HR Director.
Travel is approximately 25-30%.

This position will be located in Troy, Ohio. Selected individuals will progress through a rotational development program that includes both broad company/industry acclimation as well as focused assignments in different business units of the ITW Food Equipment Group. Emphasis will be placed on Marketing, Project Management, Business Development, General Management, and Sales, through a variety of projects spanning approximately 24 months. The candidate will benefit from valuable introductions to and networking with ITW stakeholders at many levels in several business units. The program is based in Troy, Ohio with travel likely. Temporary (months) relocation is possible, based on the availability of business unit assignments and program candidate's interests. Upon completion of the program, the candidate will be eligible to apply for sales and/or marketing positions in one of several FEG business units.
Program Candidate Responsibilities:
Under direction and guidance of leadership and/or mentors, selected candidate will learn about ITW's business segments, business model, and enterprise strategy. Heavy emphasis will be placed on the Food Equipment Group and the foodservice / food retail industries. The expectation is that the individual will grow and contribute at an appropriate pace.
Individual will participate in and successfully complete all assigned training modules, classes, workshops, etc. The expectation is that the individual will be able to understand and communicate features, benefits, value proposition, and cost of ownership for ITW food equipment.
Individual will be assigned projects during each rotation that will enhance product knowledge, go to market strategies, an understanding of our business structure and philosophy.
Conduct all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or another relatable field
Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
Presentation skills that leverage strong public speaking, organization of thoughts, and ability to influence
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Training program requires 50% + travel to experience and support trade shows, sales meetings, manufacturing facility visits, etc.
Must be relocatable at the conclusion of the training program to any location in the United States

Based position under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor. This individual will be responsible for assisting with all administrative functions as needed including 3rd party billing, answering incoming calls, maintaining scorecards, credits/rebills, emails, accounts payable, accounts receivable/collections, and anything else required as needed, etc. The candidate must be tech savvy, learn quickly, and have strong communication skills. The individual must be able to display professionalism and use tact on the telephone when talking to customers and other employees. Individual must be cross trained in all office administration functions. The candidate will perform various other clerical functions as necessary.
