You will work with customers to electrically/mechanically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial food equipment to include cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking and refrigeration.
You will typically leave from home each morning and work with minimal direct supervision at customer sites.
You will meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
What you'll bring to the table:
An accredited High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years of mechanical and electrical experience.
You must have a valid Driver's License and ability to drive multiple hours daily
You should be able to work Overtime and On-Call as required

Position Objective:
Perform electrical/mechanical repairs, installation, or preventive maintenance on presses and other production equipment to achieve maximum efficiency.
Essential Functions :
Perform electrical/mechanical repairs for equipment on presses or as established by schedule, priority, or the Maintenance Supervisor.
Repair and replace electrical safety devices on all production equipment.
Trouble-shoot system failures on all assigned equipment.
Assist in the installation of production auxiliary equipment.
Demonstrate the ability to do repairs on presses and other equipment.
Design, repair, and replace brackets, guards, and other safety devices on all production equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance such as filter checks, gearbox lubrication, and belt checks.
Resolve problems through disassembly and reassembly, paying close attention to detail.
Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
Perform other duties as directed or assigned
Qualifications:
Mandatory
. 2 years experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machine controls
. Understand relay logic and electrical schematics
. Familiarity with press mechanics and auxiliary equipment
. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and lubrications
. Knowledge of electrical codes
Preferred
. Substantial electrician experience and knowledge.
. Experience with PLC's and sensors
. Turn in electrical schematics for update
. Working knowledge of servo motors and controls

As a QAD Systems Analyst you will be able to leverage your QAD skills to make a difference for users of our existing systems, while also playing a critical role in the planned migration to QAD Cloud. Education / Experience:
. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain or related field.
. 3+ years experience with QAD ERP in a manufacturing environment
. 3+ years experience working with complex ERP implementation projects
. Experience working with EDI
. Working knowledge of ERP/MRP best practices
. Experience in Progress 4GL and QAD data migration tools and processes.
. Automotive / OEM manufacturing experience preferred
. Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Word, and Excel

Ensure that ITW's quality requirement are understood and maintained by ITW's suppliers while leading a focus on continual improvement of supplier quality performance and reduction of nonconformance's.
Primary supplier-facing representative responsible for effective partnerships with external suppliers of goods and services ensuring performance to ITW requirements and objectives.
Provide clear and regular communication to suppliers while interacting with all levels of personnel at supplier locations.
Interface with applicable internal stakeholders to ensure communication surrounding supplier activities and performance.
Convey and ensure compliance with ITW's Supplier Quality Manual.
Provide supplier education and coaching on quality requirements, continual improvement tools, company initiatives, and champion supplier process improvement activities.
Lead and collaborate to resolve supplier-related problems as they occur including disposition of suspect and nonconforming material by working with suppliers and appropriate ITW personnel.
Ensure formal problem solving is executed by suppliers with root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions completed, documented and submitted to ITW without undue delay; verify effectiveness of actions taken.
Request and approve Supplier PPAPs and Master Samples ensuring compliance with internal and customer timing and requirements.
Support Customer Quality Engineers with customer and internal issues related to suppliers.
Maintain supplier records in accordance with ITW's Quality Management System and Record Retention requirements.
Compile and analyze data to make decisions to drive supplier quality improvements as well as evaluate supplier performance.
Maintain Supplier Quality metrics that include:
Nonconformance Tracking (MRB)
Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR)
Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
Support ITW Purchasing / Sourcing in the evaluation and selection of best-in-class suppliers.
Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.
Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or related discipline
5 + years of automotive manufacturing experience with emphasis on quality and ISO 9001 / IATF 16969 Quality System requirements
Experience with quality standards for suppliers to the automotive industry, preferred
Able to effectively utilize Lean Six Sigma tools (FEMA, Fishbone, 5 Why, 8D, Value Stream Map, Process Flow, A3, etc.)
Proficient in root cause analysis and permanent corrective action
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to occasionally lift no more than 50 pounds
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel locally, occasionally domestically

Job Description
*2nd shift hours are 2:00pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday. *
The primary responsibility of this position is to set up and operate equipment to mix and grind materials to produce quality dispersions, inks and intermediates according to work instructions and quality specifications. Operators also perform quality testing and approve ink for production.
Qualifications

Under close direction of a District Manager you have the opportunity to allocate and distribute parts and materials for service repairs and customer orders, handle parts orders, perform other assigned Parts Department functions, including inventory control of parts and materials in stock and on order. You would be in frequent contact with District employees and constant contact with customers and other outside staff, giving you the opportunity to build and maintain good customer relations.
General Duties:
Maintain inventory control system, including updating computer and assist with audits conducted by Company auditors.
Requisition parts from Troy, OH, including following up on purchase orders and correspondence involving back orders. Regularly update files.
May be requested to assist in the training or cross train other individuals in the office.
Receive parts from warehouse, including verifying with packing slips, matching parts invoices with purchase orders and packing slips.
Process Return Apparatus Tags (RAT) involving warranty claims and verify Warranty and Maintenance automatic scale/wrapper credits.
Assist with replenishment of truck inventories and handle parts transfers to other Hobart Branches.
Handle over-the-counter parts sales to walk-in customers and stocking and pulling parts and assist with various job functions involved in tracking consignment.
Assist in preparing reports on order status, parts & material shortages.
Keep abreast of new products and related parts required for various modifications and keep bulletins updated.
Process parts mail orders from customers. Handle telephone orders from customers for parts, including writing up orders and quoting prices,
Follow up with customers and service personnel for availability of parts, upon request.
Write up credits for returned merchandise and handle telephone requests from technicians for parts.
Follow up on all pending credits, Cycle counts/inventories
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Position is eligible for a $4,000.00 signing bonus*
Primary Objective: Perform machining operations in accordance with MTS Machine Shop procedures and work instructions. Utilize documentation and skills to provide parts and assemblies to internal and external customers that meet quality and schedule requirements.
Major Areas of Accountability:
-Accept responsibility for completing required operations in an efficient manner.
-Take initiative and make decisions to meet the customers' expectations.
-Perform set-ups in a timely and efficient manner.
-Perform normal preventative maintenance as required or apparent.
-Maintain a clean and well-organized work area; work in conjunction with both shifts to do so.
-MTS machining prints and meet print requirements.
-Machine Shop routing system.
-Inspect and verify dimensions to required accuracy.
-Provide constructive feedback to area supervisor on quality issues, trends and workload. Exhibit willingness to help resolve issues regarding schedules and priorities.
-Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work overtime and to meet demands of other work stations.
-Interact and communicate effectively with all colleagues, including supervisors. Display ability to work as a part of team.
-Operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner. Identify safety hazards and involve appropriate parties to resolve.

Qualifications:

Eight years experience in a machine shop environment OR
Two year certification from college or trade school and four years applicable experience in a machine shop environment

Primary Objective:
Assembler performs assembly of low complexity mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.
Major Areas of Accountability:
-Assembles and configures mechanical or electro-mechanical assemblies according to engineering and manufacturing documentation, meets standards for quality, efficiency and schedule and interprets engineering documents to determine results and processes.
-Completes special assignments as directed by the supervisor and/or lead tech.

The Mold Technician ensures the efficient operation of robotics, injection molding machines, automatic assembly equipment, and auxiliary equipment. Follows all business and safety guidelines. Assists as needed in other areas of manufacturing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Typical duties include mold set-up and adjustment on molding and assembly repairs, equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs, preventive maintenance, quality checks, material handling including filling and emptying machine hoppers, housekeeping and operator instructions.
Maintain equipment's proper operation to include verifying set-up parameters of process as well as condition of machine; periodically checking machine cycle time and yields are met, quality of parts and overall consistency of process.
Perform other production functions such as machine operation, press assignments, operator relief, training of new and current employees in basic machine operations, shipping (including labeling and computer interface) etc. as directed.
Assist in monitoring material, ensure inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
Has authority and responsibility to stop molding process due to quality concerns.
Maintain set up sheets and production records for shift; completes necessary paperwork timely and accurately.
Ensure good housekeeping.
Follow all safety guidelines.
Recommend cost saving improvements, labor and ergonomic improvements.
Ensure comprehensive and complete communication with oncoming shift as it relates to production status, labor, quality, shipping, and maintenance.
Handles immediate building, production, and employee related issues appropriately as instructed.
Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 and Safety Policies/Standards.
Crane, hand tools, hand and lift truck(s), scales and drying equipment.
Firm understanding of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment operations and repair.
Basic knowledge of vision system and automation troubleshooting.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of robotics, hydraulics and/or electric systems for both relay and solid state machinery, with understanding of PLC programming

Audit and monitor quality requirements in accordance with company quality assurance policies, documents and customer specifications. Conduct inspections at First Article, In-Process, Incoming and completes Final Inspections and Dock Audits per inspection plans.
Identify nonconforming material and initiate nonconforming reports per established procedures.
Communicate effectively with management, operators, process technicians and other inspectors about quality related concerns required.

The Inside Sales Specialist is a key position responsible for driving sales in a target market - R&D labs, universities, and research institutions. This position reports to the R&D Sales Manager and is responsible for proactive business development in the territory - lead follow-up, customer management, project management, lead generation campaigns, cold calling, and collaboration with the field sales team. The Welder is responsible for operating welding equipment to assemble components. The job can involve operating robotic welding equipment, requiring the associate to load and unload parts from an alignment fixture. The associate will be cross trained and will rotate with others in the department on a regular basis to ensure coverage for vacation or other leave. The associate must be willing to work in other areas of the Weld and Metal Fabrication department when necessary to meet production demands.
The job requires a good understanding of how to set up and operate robotic and manual welding equipment, and to inspect parts for dimensional accuracy using measuring tools. Orders of large quantities are generally processed at the robotic welding workstations, where the associate will load and unload parts from a fixture. Orders of smaller quantities or more complex assemblies are assembled using manual welding methods, requiring the associate to follow drawings for layout and assembly. The Welder will operate pneumatic grinding hand tools to smooth and polish the surface after welding.
This position will learn all tasks of the Welding area including, but not limited to, setup & operation of robotic welders, setup for manual welding, dimensional inspection, hand grinding, and disposition of materials. The associate must be a team player, self-starter, safety conscious, have good communication skills. The individual must be quality conscious and concerned with customer's needs and on time delivery. A Welding associate may be required to work overtime and work in other areas of the business unit as dictated by their workload.
Qualified associate must have a minimum of 1-2 years welding experience
Associate must have a strong background in reading blueprints, measurement and inspection tools, and capable of completing their own setups.
Required to pass welding certification for manual and robotic operation prior to assignment of production responsibilities (within 90 days).
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Good communication skills
Must be able to stand for a shift length of 8 to 12 hours, while bending and lifting weights up to 50 pounds
Team oriented and self starter
Must possess basic computer skills
Safety and quality minded
Overtime will be required
