Insomniac produces 10,000 concerts, club nights and festivals for seven million attendees annually across the globe. Since its inception, Insomniac's events have taken place in 13 countries across five continents. The company's premiere annual event, Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas, is the world's largest dance music festival and attracts more than 525,000 fans over three days. The company was founded by Pasquale Rotella and has been based in Los Angeles since it was formed in 1993.

THE ROLE

Insomniac Events is currently seeking candidates for a Human Resources Intern. This position will provide direct support to the Human Resources team. This is a paid internship and is not a remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gain knowledge of corporate special event management and activity coordination, working alongside internal staff

  • Gain knowledge of corporate lunch and activity coordination

  • Research event venue locations for corporate sponsored events

  • Maintain annual social event budget and forecast with provided agendas when applicable

  • Constant exercise of project management skills with following corporate events

  • Brainstorm employee engagement opportunities

  • Shadow professional development and training opportunities related to time keeping & payroll, HRIS, recruiting & onboarding, employment law, employee relations, production HR, training & development, benefits

  • Brainstorm company-wide announcements and templates

  • Other tasks and projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be 18 years of age and currently enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school

  • Must be able to work out of Calabasas, CA office at least three days a week

  • Typical commitment is 18-24 hours per week

  • Must be motivated with an -Everything is possible- attitude

  • Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small

  • Knowledge of dance music and Insomniac's brands

THE ROLE

Vibee is seeking an enthusiastic and detail oriented Communications Coordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operational execution of our communication strategies. This role involves building and maintaining website content, assisting with copy creation, managing customer service communications, and handling various marketing and transactional communications. The Communications Coordinator will ensure timely and accurate delivery of messages across multiple platforms. This is not a remote position and is hybrid work schedule, based in our Las Vegas, NV office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Management

  • Website Copy:

  • Build and update content on event micro-sites

  • Ensure all website copy is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the company's brand voice

  • Focus on the construction, launch, and maintenance of Vibee micro-sites and Vibee.com platform

  • Copy Decks:

  • Assist in the creation and editing of copy decks

  • Collaborate with the Communications Manager to refine content as needed

  • Customer Service Communications Support:

  • Adjust and maintain customer service communications databases using Airtable

  • Ensure all customer service templates are current and consistent with brand guidelines

Email and SMS Communications

  • E-Newsletters and Marketing Emails:

  • Send e-newsletters and other marketing communications through platforms like SendGrid and Hive

  • Draft, format, and schedule email campaigns to ensure timely delivery

  • Transactional Communications:

  • Handle the distribution of transactional communications (e.g., purchase confirmations, event reminders) through relevant platforms

  • Ensure transactional messages are clear, accurate, and on-brand

  • SMS Communications:

  • Send out marketing and transactional SMS communications through platforms such as Attentive

  • Segment recipient groups to target the correct audience effectively

Segmentation and Targeting

  • Recipient Segmentation:

  • Process and segment recipient groups based on criteria such as demographics, behavior, and engagement

  • Ensure targeted communications reach the intended audience to maximize impact

Operational Execution

  • Deadline Management:

  • Ensure all communications are executed and delivered on time

  • Coordinate with team members to meet project timelines and deadlines

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Communications Manager to implement communication strategies. Assist in gathering content and feedback from various departments to enhance communication efforts

Quality Assurance

  • Proofreading and QA:

  • Review all communications for accuracy, clarity, and consistency

  • Perform quality checks to ensure that all messages are free of errors and align with brand standards

Continuous Improvement

  • Feedback and Optimization:

  • Gather feedback on communication performance and suggest improvements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a communications role, preferably in the entertainment industry

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, as well as communication platforms and tools

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to navigate the internet as a communication and research tool

  • Professional level of verbal and written communication skills

  • Possess a strong work ethic with a high sense of responsibility in an ever-changing environment

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position will be hands-on experience in an exciting, fast-paced, friendly and inspired setting. This position reports to the Director & Insomniac Music Group Promo Manager. THE JOB

THE ROLE

Insomniac Events is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Insomniac Legal Intern to join the legal team in Calabasas, CA. This position will focus on drafting various documents and performing research and analysis. This position reports to Senior Counsel. This is a paid internship and is not a remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

THE ROLE

Insomniac is seeking a motivated and well-organized individual to fulfill the role of R2 Database Administrator at our warehouse located in Las Vegas. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, tracking inventory movement, and ensuring the efficient flow of products within the organization. This role involves data management, inventory analysis, and collaboration with various departments to optimize inventory processes. This position will assist with the process of design and merchandising. This position reports to Director, Merchandising. This is a paid internship.

  • Assist in the concepting and design of the apparel & accessories lines for multiple Insomniac festivals and brands.

THE JOB

The Director, Brand Growth - Food will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of Live Nation's owned food and beverage brands. The Role:

  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

THE JOB

We are currently looking for a Regional Marketing Director, Las Vegas Residencies. This person, under guidance of the Regional Marketing Management Team, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Live Nation's marketing efforts including the development and presentation of marketing plans to artist representatives, direction and implementation of local marketing promotions and partnerships, and management of multiple event advertising budgets for Las Vegas residency shows.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Act as the key internal contact with various stakeholders to prepare, present and execute marketing and promotional campaigns for multiple Live Nation events primarily in the residency category.

  • Serve as the primary local contact for artist marketing representatives regarding venue and show marketing plans

  • Partner with the local talent buying team to manage the success of local events across multiple venues

  • Create impactful promotions for Live Nation events using multiple regional media partners

  • Compile and share extensive audience and artist demographic information to shape development of marketing plans

  • Identify and activate new strategic marketing partners to enhance artist and venue exposure in the community

  • Partner with the Venue Marketing team to maximize show awareness on socials, in emails, on websites and in venue

  • Ensure all necessary show marketing information is input into Live Nation proprietary marketing tools

  • Coordinate multiple teams of experts to successfully execute marketing campaigns inclusive of, but not limited to, advertising, media events & PR and content creation.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to provide post show marketing analytics recaps to artists

  • Coordinate street team and grassroots marketing efforts with local market contacts

  • Day of show event coverage as necessary

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Minimum of 8+ years prior experience in event marketing within an entertainment, sports or public assembly facility setting preferred

  • Minimum of 8+ years prior experience managing local media relationships preferred

  • Minimum of 8+ years working with artist marketing representatives preferred

  • Vast knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex marketing landscape.

  • Ability to work day, evening and weekend hours, based on the needs of daily business operations

  • Ability to work in a very busy, high-pressure, team setting

Job Summary: Responsible for the coordination and execution of all events contracted by the Sales Department.

Essential Functions of the position include:

I. Essential Functions

  • Coordinate all aspects of operational set-up and break down of events (equipment needs, rental needs, and station set-up)

  • Assists with Production department all aspects needed for an event

  • Liaison between client and House of Blues Team Members throughout Event.

  • Executes admission tickets and retail requests for Special Events

  • Verbally communicate in a calm, positive demeanor, during the course of the function with the kitchen, service, beverage, as well as the guest host to ensure timely execution of events, quality of service and adherence to all applicable federal, state and local safety & health regulations and HOB standards.

  • Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance (specific HOB standard)

  • Conduct Event Pre-Shift with Operations Managers and communicate event specifics at Team Member Pre-Shift

  • Assures seamless transition for Client from Sales Department to Operations Manager during Event

  • Handle all aspects of the Special Event once the special event order (SEO) has been distributed

  • Maintain files in proper order after the special event order has been distributed.

  • Client interaction; conducts site inspections and walk through with clients as requested by SM / DOS

  • Assist Sales Manager(s) as requested with special needs by the client

  • Conduct meetings such as the SEO Meeting and Production Meeting

  • Due to the nature of the hospitality industry; you may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the venue.

II. Accounting Functions

  • Verify Deposit / Payments tracking schedules with Sales Manager

  • Proper execution and completion of all post event paperwork: Party Recap Sheet, Captain's Report and Receipts

  • Responsible for proper settlement or payment on night of event with client and entering billing information into Micros system to generate a final guest check

  • Manage staff hours to ensure we are not exceeding our budget

III. Staff Functions

  • Train all staff with regards to the proper techniques and etiquette for service

  • Assist the staff and captains with the execution of events according to the event order and HOB standards

  • Produce weekly banquet summary for all events - includes number of team members and their time to be scheduled and verify staffing was handled by Operations Managers.

  • Oversee attendance according to schedules, adjust and reassign server stations, as necessary, in order to provide quality service during functions.

IV. Inventory Functions

  • Maintain and order all Linen inventory & cleaning

  • Order equipment, maintain inventory / par levels & report deficiencies to DOS

  • Order all specialty items as sold by Sales Manager and upsell to client as opportunity arises

  • Ensures equipment rentals for SE are ordered and returned to vendors

  • Obtain permits as needed

    V. Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability

  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette

  • Knowledge of all appropriate table settings and etiquette

  • Working knowledge of fine dining, strong food and wine knowledge and sequence of service (specific to Foundation Rooms).

THE JOB

Shoreline Amphitheater is seeking a Dispatcher & CCTV Operator who will be responsible for acting as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls during concerts. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision. The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.

  • Work in conjunction with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

  • Work directly with venue management regarding issues that require the attention of medical, security, or police

  • Logging incident reports via OnTrack system to document any and all incidents with detailed and concise information

  • Log all two-way radio communication regarding security, medical, and police

  • Monitor venue CCTV during all phases of event to ensure safety of all parties on site

  • Maintain a log of all incidents that occur during each event

  • Investigates and resolves complaints via venue CCTV.

  • Monitors venue activity and informs department heads of potential deployment changes needed

  • Observe visitors, patrons, and employees via CCTV to preserve order and protect property.

  • Ability to work with a diverse group of co-workers and develop strong working relationships across all departments.

  • Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information

  • Address problems and requests by transmitting information to the proper departments

  • Prioritize radio calls according to urgency and importance

  • Use radio communication to send crews to appropriate locations

THE JOB

The Senior Brand Manager leads day-to-day relationship and activities of Live Nation's strategic marketing partnership with our top corporate brands within our team's portfolio of management. They will be directly involved in maximizing the value of the client relationship and performance of client's entertainment marketing programs with a focus on:

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Manage a portfolio of clients across multiple categories

  • Continuously strengthen day-to-day client relationships through exceptional client service, detailed knowledge of client's industry and business, impeccable program delivery and client

  • Establish and grow relationships with key client contacts outside of the day-to-day relationships

  • Develop and grow relationships with key Live Nation teams (i.e., Digital and social media, Promotions, Talent, Content Production, Legal, Finance, Research, etc.) to ensure the desired program delivery and results for clients

  • Support VP, Brand Director, Sales lead, Creative Solutions, and Integrated Marketing team, with developing strategic roadmap, creative programs, and business development/growth opportunities for key client relationships

  • When required, review and edit relevant deal points and contracts for potential client programs and actively work with Sales and Legal to complete contract process

  • Ensure delivery of contractual agreements including planning, execution, measurement, and reporting and proactively resolve any challenges with asset delivery

  • Serve as key point of contact for all client specific financials including overall profitability, projections, and program budgets, including tracking expenses and identifying savings

  • Lead key client meetings throughout the year, in-person and over phone - i.e., mid-campaign reviews, end of year recap/renewal discussions, etc., including development of presentations for meetings

  • Oversee for all on-site activities for venues, festivals/venue, custom events, artist experiences and hospitality programs including coordination with venue staff, festival production leads, and/or third-party activation agencies

  • Fully understand the Live Nation Digital ecosystem, and work directly with LN Digital Planning team to ensure all digital media programs are fully executed and optimized

  • Development and delivery of program recaps in a timely manner, with analytical business results and key insights to improve and grow the business

  • Assist clients in achieving ROI goals that will ensure maximum renewal opportunity

  • Explore marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to add value to sponsorship programs

  • Support department wide development initiatives

  • Additional responsibilities as requested from Manager and/or Senior Management as requested

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 4+ years direct experience in brand management, client service, media or entertainment, and/or marketing consulting, advertising or activation agencies

  • Must have agency AND event experience, music industry experience a plus

  • Record of success building, selling, and delivering innovative marketing programs with measurable results

  • Experience with marketing programs that blend physical and digital components preferred

  • Work with recognizable global brands preferred

  • Success working with cross-functional teams

  • Knowledge of consumer and market research with ability to implement into decision-making and management

  • Track record for developing and growing client relationships

  • Passion for excellence and executing high-profile marketing programs

  • Superior project management and organizational skills including managing multiple projects simultaneously

New York City Pay Range*: $70,000 - $75,000
