THE JOB

US Concerts is seeking is seeking a Supervisor - Cleaning/Maintenance Services. The Cleaning/Maintenance Services Supervisor is a working supervisor who is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the cleaning staff within the venue. Duties may also include management functions.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Direct and supervise cleaning staff and other employees performing similar services as directed. Provide customer services by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints

  • On an ongoing basis leads and train staff to include assisting in staffing positions to ensure that all staff members are well-informed on event specific details. Assist with managing breaks

  • Assist management to ensure compliance with all venue policies and procedures to include all safety regulations

  • Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.

  • Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.

  • Oversee productivity and work assignments of the cleaning staff and communicate with management (or designated Manager) any challenges and status of all assignments prior to the conclusion of the shift

  • Other tasks as assigned by the Cleaning Services Manager

  • Assign and schedule team members to specific duties

  • Enforce safety, health, and security duties.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Attention to detail, quality and accuracy

  • Strong relationship building and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting

The Marketing Manager will work alongside the Marketing Team in planning and executing bespoke marketing campaigns across the roster clients. The role will work closely with the wider digital, marketing, and creative teams and report to the VP of Marketing. We are looking for an experienced, creative manager that is passionate about storytelling, R&B/ hip hop music & pop culture and can analyze data to achieve agreed upon KPIs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Work closely with artists, internal project managers, and partner labels to define marketing objectives and oversee campaign execution.

  • Manage & oversee campaign deliverables and marketing timelines across multiple projects.

  • Work with artist label team including marketing, press and digital teams to coordinate a holistic approach to

    marketing.

  • Be a creative visionary, driving progressive marketing campaigns and inspiring innovation across the team.

  • Develop innovative campaigns that engage fans utilizing pre-existing social platforms and new technologies.

  • Oversee and work across all digital marketing campaigns with the artists and the labels, building social roll

    out plans, influencer strategies, digital advertising, and more.

  • Understand and have thorough knowledge of Hip-Hop/R&B music sector with experience of promoter circuit,

    digital and social media platforms, and grassroots marketing.

  • Account for project and campaign marketing budgets relating to marketing activity.

  • Consistently identify artist needs and ensure approaches and ensure solutions are linked to artist objectives.

  • Communicate and document project status, including progress in each function.

  • Collect and analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations for enhancing future

    strategies.

  • Identify and solve problems in an effective and timely manner.

  • Monitor progress and provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy,

    adjustment and progress.

  • Attending shows and events when required outside of normal working hours.

QUALIFICATION:

  • 6 + years of experience in music marketing

  • Must have Hip-Hop/R&B music genre knowledge

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and operating effectively in a high-pressured environment

  • Strong knowledge of the digital marketplace for music consumption

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, CRM, audience engagement and analytics

  • Advertising / media planning experience

  • Proven ability to build and manage marketing partnerships

  • Excellent presentation and analytical skills

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • Needs to be a creative but strategic marketer who is driven by innovation

THE JOB

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to work with the Venue Management team in Atlanta, GA. This position exercises overall responsibility for facility operations and physical plant, partnering with the leadership team in the market. This is an exempt role reporting to the General Manager.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations and maintenance, including but not limited to, front of house operations, preventive maintenance, third party contracting, limited governmental relationships, staffing, and ongoing venue set-up and tear-down

  • Must ensure that all outstanding tasks are handled either personally or through delegation to other staff members when appropriate

  • Recruits, hires, trains and supervises part-time staff/supervisors of multiple departments including but not limited to: Security, Maintenance, Cleaning and Usher/Ticket Taker

  • Develops and oversees overhead expense budgets for repairs and maintenance and venue supply expenses

  • Works with General Manager, to assist in the preparation of annual operations budget

  • Maintains and monitors records of all incident reports and investigates/manages all pending cases, including interviewing staff or other witnesses and attending arbitration hearings when necessary

  • Ensure optimum operating condition of all facility equipment, such as traffic control and crowd control devices

  • Investigates and resolves guest related complaints

  • Implementation and execution of all Live Nation policies, procedures and programs and ensuring that company standards are maintained

  • Creates and implements effective recruiting programs for seasonal event staff

  • Manages event staff new hire onboarding and training for in-sourced positions as well as ensuring proper onboarding

  • Manages any and all training programs and ongoing development of event staff

  • Commit to providing a safe and enjoyable facility for guests and employees

  • Development and maintenance of municipality relationships including police, fire, rescue, traffic and other departments

  • Coordinate and manage approved subcontractors and third-party vendors to ensure safe, efficient and successful events

  • Effectively manages and approves all payroll for in-house departments

  • Responsible for all required governmental reports and files

  • This position oversees and ensures the execution of all operating department compliance policies and procedures

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Candidate is a proven leader with strong management and communications skills

  • Extensive knowledge of venue operations and facility management is required

  • Minimum two years' experience as House/Operations Manager or a comparable role

  • Experience dealing with police and public officials

  • Along with venue General Manager represent the company and facility in all political and community matters and acts as a liaison with local municipalities

  • Must have demonstrated experience managing multiple departments with a large number of staff- ideally experience managing Security, Ticket Takers and Ushers

  • Computers skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential

  • Experience using Workday or time keeping systems is a plus

THE TEAM

The Field Operations team builds and maintains relationships with various clients to understand the essentials of their business practice, ensure their business objectives are met and clients are able to utilize the various Ticketmaster products/platforms.

THE JOB

This position delivers services to support the client's day-to-day needs related to the use of ticketing systems and products. The CSS will be responsible for maintaining agreed upon service levels. They will follow-up as needed with national teams to ensure we are providing timely problem resolution. Responsibilities will also include training, sharing of best practices, and general operational support including installs and upgrades.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

CLIENT SERVICE

  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships

  • Meet and exceed client service level agreements

  • Advise and assist with reporting

  • Coordinate upgrades and hardware replacements at client sites

  • Advise/educate clients within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions

  • Maintain customer contacts to enable accurate tracking and reporting

  • Provide high level marketing support on Ticketmaster no-cost solutions

  • Provide onsite event support and afterhours office support

Ticketmaster ONE, Host System & Access Control Support

  • Working knowledge of Ticketmaster ONE web portal

  • Remain current with new software/product releases for Host, TM1 Entry, Archtics/Account Manager and all technology products

  • Create/modify reports, including Autypes, Repgens, Mopreps, and other advanced reporting

  • Support season ticketing, access control support customization (rules, exceptions, etc.)

  • Assist with client onboarding and ongoing maintenance

  • Act as the expert in all facets of access control products

  • Basic knowledge of event programming as it relates to sales channels and consumer experience

  • Knowledge of the Event Base product suite

  • Identifies and assist in resolving event programming related errors

Product Support

  • Communicate product updates, new features and functionality to client base; TM products such as Archtics, HOST, TM.com, Scaling, Analytics, TM1 Maps, Pricemaster, TM1 Events and TM1 Engagement

  • Provide support and best practices to the client for all TM products including archiving data, loading events, setting rules, adding hardware, and communication to other TM servers

  • Assist with new manifest creation

  • Establish any special client MOP types

  • Install Archtics on workstations and ticket printers

  • Initial and ongoing training of new features and functionality

  • Perform database tasks as needed by client

Problem Resolution

  • Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify the root cause of issues

  • Research client/customer complaints about service levels

  • Work with National/Central support groups to expedite problem resolution

  • Troubleshooting software and hardware issues - Archtics/Host/AM/TM1 Entry/Inventory Control/Pricemaster

  • Provide coordination of a networking issues between client and TM IT

  • Balance Audits/Settlement issues

  • Resolve issues with Customer Service for events with problems and/or special circumstances

  • Restart database server, credit card server, and DIGIT server

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES)

  • H.S. diploma or equivalent. BA/BS degree is preferred

  • 1+ years of experience with the Ticketmaster System and/or various ticketing system

  • Overall awareness of the entertainment and sports business is important

  • Box Office experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of how TM departments impact on one another, and on outside clients is a plus

  • Knowledge of Presence, AccessManager, REPGEN, and the Event Base product suite is preferred

  • Archtics experience is preferred

  • Strong Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills

  • Service oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Able to successfully handle multiple priorities

  • Certain degree of creativity, latitude, and problem solving is required

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Supervision of the Department

  • Organize/Manage daily & nightly Box Office operations (Will Call, Guest List, Ticket Sales, Ticket Scanning, etc.)

  • Assist and support box office staff in any of their job functions, as needed

  • Ensure positive and creative team environment within the department

  • Facilitate open communication with the Box Office Manager, staff and all other venue departments

  • Exhibit proper inter-departmental communications and organization

  • Ensure complete and satisfactory on-going staff training

  • Assist manager with staff evaluations (training, 90-day, annual)

  • Provide a positive team environment within the department

  • Assist in ensuring appropriate staffing levels.

  • Help set staff development and performance goals & monitor progress

  • Recruitment and hiring staff, ensure that hiring / disciplinary / termination standards follow all Clubs & Theaters guidelines

  • Promote and provide superior customer service in all guest interactions

  • Participate in all on-site venue meetings as needed

II. Financial / Cash Handling

  • Ensure that venue staff follows cash handling policies & procedures

  • Balance and reconciliation of all seller cash drawers

  • Assist Manager on reconciliation & accounting of all ticket sales for each ticketed event and daily Box Office Sales.

  • Assist Manager on housing, distributing and depositing venue cash on a weekly basis.

  • Responsible for pricing initiatives such as: Progressive, Platinum, Dynamic, Flex Pricing as well as Value Channels & Special Ticket Offers when applicable.

  • Assist Manager in scheduling all employee's payroll prior to deadlines

  • Conduct band settlement on shows with split point deals, or when deemed necessary by talent department

  • Complete and distribute accurate daily ticket counts for agents and artists

III. Other Responsibilities

  • Create, modify and maintain inventory for all ticketed events in a secure ticketing environment

  • Follow standards and processes for ticket types, ancillary events and qualifiers

  • Monitor and maintain functionality of all ticketing computers, software and hardware

  • Secondary representative in all venue interactions with Ticketmaster or TicketWeb

  • Ensure an accurate and timely flow of event and general venue information both intra-departmentally, and to the general public

  • Modify, maintain and update all customer database files

  • Develop and maintain call center phone system, and keep current all phone menus and calendars of events

  • Interact with artist, record label, management and band tour accountant. Provide reports as necessary.

  • Work with Premium Seat Sales/VIP team on Upsells, inventory management and any other tasks as they arise

  • Work with Operations/Guest Services on ADA tickets, relocation or troubleshooting needs as they arise.

  • Position may require 3rd Party venue coverage offsite which will include night of show management, staffing and providing equipment needs.

  • Ensure that venue is compliant with ADA ticket laws

Clean, stock, and supply designated facility locations

THE JOB

Live Nation is seeking a Premium Operations Team Lead at USANA Amphitheatre. The Premium Operations Team Lead assists the Premium Club Operations Supervisor with day of show responsibilities to maintain the integrity of the Premium Sales program while driving exemplary guest service.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Supports team in maintaining open lines of communication between Premium Operations and PSS team

  • Aid all crew members as necessary and communicating effectively with others to enhance the overall guest experience while serving as a resource of information for all guests regarding their experience. Be knowledgeable of venue policies, event details, etc

  • Fields questions from Premium greeters, ushers, club team, etc. to be sure all have the tools and resources to drive the premium hospitality experience (scanners, wristbands, etc.)

  • Monitor all Premium Seating areas to ensure only properly ticketed/ credentialed guests are permitted

  • Partner with fellow crew members before and after show to be sure that all premium seating/club areas are ready for the guest arrival and prepare for the following show. This includes but not limited to: removing all seating covers, collecting and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, recycling, etc.

  • Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.

USANA Amphitheatre is seeking a Premium Operations Supervisor for the 2022 Concert Season! This position will directly report to the venue General Manger. In partnership with the Premium Seat Sales (PSS) team, the Premium Operations Supervisor will assist in all aspects of the Premium Seat Services experience - including but not limited to the Club, Premium Seat inventory, and parking.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Responsible for hiring and training of all non-Food & Beverage night of show premium positions to service the Premium Club and Premium Seat locations- i.e. Hosts, Greeters, Ticket Takers, Security, etc.

  • Maintains integrity of PSS program and ensures Premium team maintains open lines of communication to identify and rectify problems in real time

  • Lead and manage group of 20+ to execute premium hospitality

  • Main liaison between PSS and operations team

  • Participates in pre-shift premium operations meeting with PSS team, Club Operations Supervisor & Regional Premium F&B Manager

  • Conducts all pre-shift meetings and assignments (boxes, club seats, Premium club, entrance gates, etc.)

  • Monitors all Premium locations throughout the evening

Required:

  • 3-5 years high volume and fast paced experience in kitchen operations

THE JOB

USANA Amphitheatre is seeking Supervisors - Ushers/Ticket Takers for the 2022 Concert Season! The Usher/Ticket Taker Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the Ushers/Ticket Takers within the venue to ensure guest needs are met before, during and after shows.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Direct and supervise Ushers and other employees performing similar services as directed. Provide customer services by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

  • On an ongoing basis leads and train staff to include assisting in staffing positions to ensure that all staff members are well-informed on event specific details.

  • Coordinate team rest periods in accordance with state and local law and help to find coverage.

  • Assist management to ensure compliance with all venue policies and procedures to include all safety regulations.

  • Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.

Maintain HR Procedures and Practices

  • Provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding personnel practices, policy, and employment laws

The Cleaning Services Manager is responsible for the overall management of all cleaning functions in the venue to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly experience for the guest.

THE JOB

  • Interviews, selects, trains, supervises, counsels and disciplines cleaning service staff to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

  • Organizes and conducts meetings and communicates pertinent information to the staff.

  • Schedules and directs staff in their work assignments

  • Conducts pre-event inspections of all venue areas, prior to opening to ensure cleanliness of areas

  • Ensures and makes arrangements to repair and/or replacement of used damaged equipment.

  • Purchases, re-orders and maintains adequate supplies and inventory of cleaning products

  • Any other task as assigned by the Operations Manager

  • Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.

  • Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.

  • Work with scheduling payroll administrator to ensure that all staffing needs are met

  • Budget appropriately for each show's needs while working to reach the overall operating per/head goal

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Must have experience as a cleaning supervisor or higher in a hospitality related business

  • Excellent written and oral communication

  • Must have two or more years' experience in cleaning

  • Sense of urgency

  • Time management

  • Sanitation standards

  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills

  • Able to work independently

  • Live music venue or event experience preferred

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 2+ years direct experience in brand management, client service, media, or entertainment, and/or marketing consulting, advertising or activation agencies

  • Continuously strengthen day-to-day client relationships through exceptional client service, detailed knowledge of client's industry and business, impeccable program delivery and client

  • Serve as key point of contact for all client specific financials including overall profitability, projections, and program budgets, including tracking expenses and identifying savings

  • Lead key client meetings throughout the year, in-person and over phone - i.e., mid-campaign reviews, end of year recap/renewal discussions, etc., including development of presentations for meetings

  • Oversee for all on-site activities for venues, festivals/venue, custom events, artist experiences and hospitality programs including coordination with venue staff, festival production leads, and/or third-party activation agencies

  • Fully understand the Live Nation Digital ecosystem, and work directly with Live Nation Digital Planning team to ensure all digital media programs are fully executed and optimized

  • Development and delivery of program recaps in a timely manner, with analytical business results and key insights to improve and grow the business

  • Assist clients in achieving ROI goals that will ensure maximum renewal opportunity

  • Explore marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to add value to sponsorship programs

  • Support department wide development initiatives

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 4+ years direct experience in brand management, client service, media or entertainment, and/or marketing consulting, advertising or activation agencies

  • Record of success building, selling, and/or delivering innovative marketing programs with measurable results

  • Experience with marketing programs that blend physical and digital components preferred

  • Work with recognizable global brands preferred

  • Knowledge of consumer and market research with ability to implement into decision-making and management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Experience with project management programs such as Asana, Trello, Jira is a plus

  • Ability to travel 30% of time or more in season, often nights and weekends

THE JOB

The Brand Manager leads day-to-day relationship and activities of Live Nation's strategic marketing partnership with our top corporate brands within our team's portfolio of management.   • Coordinate the planning and execution of key client activations across venues, festivals, promotions, media, hospitality, and content programs

  • Manage tracking of consumer-oriented promotions using assets like Live Nation Concert Cash including program review, clearance and redemption reporting

  • Develop basic understanding of LN Digital, Mobile and Social Media assets and work with Planning team to ensure proper execution of sponsorship-based media plans

  • Gather, analyze, and package key metrics, learnings and development opportunities into program recaps that are delivered in a timely manner

  • Manage program financials including budget tracking, billing, invoicing, and other relevant financial activities

  • Explore marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to add value to sponsorship programs

  • Support department wide development initiatives

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 2+ years direct experience in brand management, client service, media, or entertainment, and/or marketing consulting, advertising or activation agencies

  • Work with recognizable global brands preferred

  • Record of success delivering innovative marketing programs with measurable results

  • Experience with marketing programs that blend physical and digital components preferred

  • Knowledge of consumer and market research with ability to implement into decision-making and management

  • Deep curiosity about emerging marketing trends and ability to integrate into client programs

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Be present at every show to upsell available VIP inventory to concert patrons.

  • Serve as a resource of information for VIP clients/guests regarding their experience within the venue.

  • Provide assistance for VIP clients/guests regarding the timing of their arrival and concert times.

  • Give proper recognition to Live Nation Executives and VIP clients to instill appreciation for their membership and patronage.

  • Coordinate operations on night of shows with Operations Manager, FOH and security.

  • Build strong relationships with VIP clients and have the ability to anticipate their needs.

  • Give constant observation of Boxes and reserved seats to ensure guests are receiving highly personal service at all times.

  • Maintain articulate vocabulary with the ability to adapt and socialize with current

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Previous experience selling to VIP customers

  • Previous Customer Service/Host experience

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently

  • Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, guest relations, problem solving

  • Skill in diplomacy, handling multiple tasks, verbal skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork
