THE JOB
The Senior Brand Manager leads day-to-day relationship and activities of Live Nation's strategic marketing partnership with our top corporate brands within our team's portfolio of management. They will be directly involved in maximizing the value of the client relationship and performance of client's entertainment marketing programs with a focus on:

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Manage a portfolio of clients across multiple categories
Continuously strengthen day-to-day client relationships through exceptional client service, detailed knowledge of client's industry and business, impeccable program delivery and client
Establish and grow relationships with key client contacts outside of the day-to-day relationships
Develop and grow relationships with key Live Nation teams (i.e., Digital and social media, Promotions, Talent, Content Production, Legal, Finance, Research, etc.) to ensure the desired program delivery and results for clients
Support VP, Brand Director, Sales lead, Creative Solutions, and Integrated Marketing team, with developing strategic roadmap, creative programs, and business development/growth opportunities for key client relationships
When required, review and edit relevant deal points and contracts for potential client programs and actively work with Sales and Legal to complete contract process
Ensure delivery of contractual agreements including planning, execution, measurement, and reporting and proactively resolve any challenges with asset delivery
Serve as key point of contact for all client specific financials including overall profitability, projections, and program budgets, including tracking expenses and identifying savings
Lead key client meetings throughout the year, in-person and over phone - i.e., mid-campaign reviews, end of year recap/renewal discussions, etc., including development of presentations for meetings
Oversee for all on-site activities for venues, festivals/venue, custom events, artist experiences and hospitality programs including coordination with venue staff, festival production leads, and/or third-party activation agencies
Fully understand the Live Nation Digital ecosystem, and work directly with LN Digital Planning team to ensure all digital media programs are fully executed and optimized
Development and delivery of program recaps in a timely manner, with analytical business results and key insights to improve and grow the business
Assist clients in achieving ROI goals that will ensure maximum renewal opportunity
Explore marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to add value to sponsorship programs
Support department wide development initiatives
Additional responsibilities as requested from Manager and/or Senior Management as requested
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
4+ years direct experience in brand management, client service, media or entertainment, and/or marketing consulting, advertising or activation agencies
Must have agency AND event experience, music industry experience a plus
Record of success building, selling, and delivering innovative marketing programs with measurable results
Experience with marketing programs that blend physical and digital components preferred
Work with recognizable global brands preferred
Success working with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of consumer and market research with ability to implement into decision-making and management
Track record for developing and growing client relationships
Passion for excellence and executing high-profile marketing programs
Superior project management and organizational skills including managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
Ability to proactively identify potential problems and utilize sound decision making to implement the best solutions, relying on managers to provide input and solutions only when necessary

Ability to travel 30% of time or more in season, often nights and weekends and occasionally without significant advanced notice

THE JOB
Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Influencer Affiliate Marketing Coordinator for up to a 6-month contract position. This role will support the Influencer Affiliate Marketing Director in developing and leading the launch of our influencer affiliate marketplace. This role will focus on working with both internal and external parties to optimize programming appropriately and ultimately drive ticket & partner product sales through this unique format of influencer partnerships.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer affiliate marketing campaigns. Coordinate with influencers to ensure smooth execution and adherence to campaign guidelines.
Influencer Management: Support the recruitment and relationship management of influencers. Maintain clear and effective communication (newsletter generation at TBD cadence etc.) with influencers to facilitate successful partnerships.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as traffic, conversions, and revenue. Utilize core tech partner technology to track influencer performance and gather insights for optimization.
Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Prepare regular reports to update the Influencer Affiliate Marketing Director on campaign progress and results.
Technology Utilization: Stay informed about new features and best practices to maximize the effectiveness of our core tech partner(s).
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Influencer Affiliate Marketing Director, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing documentation related to influencer campaigns.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in influencer and/or affiliate marketing.
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and digital marketing trends. Passion for the live entertainment industry is a plus.
Skills: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and SaaS technology, specifically Captiv8 and/or CreatorIQ, is preferred.

Band Set changes

The JOB
We are currently looking for a Regional Marketing Manager. This person, under guidance of the Regional Marketing Management Team, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Live Nation's marketing efforts including the development and presentation of marketing plans to artist representatives, direction and implementation of local marketing promotions and management, and management of multiple event advertising budgets for club & theatre shows. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Act as the key internal contact with various stakeholders to prepare, present and execute marketing and promotional campaigns for multiple Live Nation events primarily at the club and theatre level
Serve as the primary local contact for artist marketing representatives regarding venue and show marketing plans
Partner with the local talent buying team to manage the success of events across multiple venues
Develop impactful promotions for Live Nation events using multiple regional media partners
Compile and share extensive audience and artist demographic information to shape development of marketing plans
Identify and activate new strategic marketing partners to enhance artist and venue exposure in the community
Ensure all necessary show marketing information is input into Live Nation proprietary marketing tools

THE JOB

General Summary:
The Beverage Program Manager is responsible for managing the beverage concessionaires for the C3 portfolio of festivals with the goal of maximizing profitability from this revenue stream. This role will be responsible for ensuring concessionaires meet the event standards required, adhere to applicable permit and licensing requirements, fulfill their financial goals and integrating existing Sponsorship partners in coordination with the concessionaire. The Beverage Program Manager will use a data-driven approach to track buying trends, recommend new product offerings and technologies, and act as an internal consultant for festival producers in implementing best beverage sales practices.
Responsibilities:
Legal & Accounting
Oversee bidding process and handle negotiations with concessionaires
Manage process with legal department for creating and executing contracts
Map critical milestones for securing licenses and permits and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Job Summary:
The Associate Festival Marketing Manager supports the C3 Festival Marketing Department's overall marketing and administrative tasks. Their main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, management of invoices and expenses, contest winner communication and prize fulfillment, social support, digital support (focusing on website, e-mail & SMS marketing) for major milestones & announcements, coordinating with our in-house creative team on content production and supporting on-site at our festivals with social media and production set up.
This Associate Festival Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the designated Festival Marketing Manager to support all major announcements and drive towards our main goal of selling out their specific festivals, including Lollapalooza, Gov Ball, Two Step Inn and more. They will contribute to the overall goal to keep the team organized and efficient, while also providing support for the designated Festival Marketing Manager.
This role requires someone who is focused, highly organized, and able to continually prioritize while balancing multiple projects. Experience with overall marketing strategy and budget management is important, along with an attention, eye for detail, and creative thinking.

THE JOB
The Magnolia is seeking a Supervisor - Usher. The Usher Supervisor is a working supervisor who is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the Ushers within the venue. Duties may also include management functions.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Direct and supervise Ushers and other employees performing similar services as directed. Provide customer services by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
On an ongoing basis leads and train staff to include assisting in staffing positions to ensure that all staff members are well-informed on event specific details.
Coordinate team rest periods in accordance with state and local law and help to find coverage.
Assist management to ensure compliance with all venue policies and procedures to include all safety regulations.
Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
Partner with fellow team members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
Oversee productivity and work assignments of the Ushers and communicate with management (or designated Manager) any challenges and status of all assignments prior to the conclusion of the shift.

THE JOB
US Concerts is seeking an overnight Housekeeper to keep our venues show-ready and create an incredible fan experience. Hours will take place from 11:00PM to 4:00AM. This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including but not limited to clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed. This will take place both during shows, and afterwards.
- Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.

The Role:

Responsibilities:
Support full process oversight of Marketing, Communications, PR team

Manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize workload within the group to ensure that project timelines are met
Serve as primary point of contact for both internal and external projects, as well as, the main liaison between internal departments and external clients/partners

Work with the team to identify and develop opportunities into key strategic initiatives that will advance the success of projects & brands
Generate and continuously maintain reporting data for respective projects, reporting to upper management, as necessary

Must be willing and able to travel to oversee the projects at the various stages
Schedule and coordinate meetings, provide notes and recaps post meetings

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
1-3 years of experience in creative operations, project management, and/or related roles, preferably working in the music, sports or entertainment industry
Familiarity with design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere), Keynote, and Canva
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Analytically minded with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
Very strong verbal and written communication skills; exceptional presentation skills (visual design oversight & oral presentation); is clear and concise
Adaptable; can roll with the punches and tweak approach to project when necessary
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties

Ensure guest safety through proactive personal interaction and removing hazards in the area of responsibility
Prevent and resolve altercations among guests
Lead guests and other employees in emergency evacuation procedures and provide assistance

Monitor and manage payroll every week, accurately submit all hours worked for team members into the payroll system for timely processing
Oversee the issuing of all venue credentials, business card orders, invoices, etc.
Ensure record keeping and proper filling of; Pre-Event Inspection Reports, Event-Related Incident Reports, Workman Comp/General Liability Claims
Assists in the yearly permitting process for the venue
Oversee the ordering, fulfillment, and delivery of all venue gear and uniforms
In conjunction with all management and other personnel works to provide a safe and enjoyable facility for guests and employees including all Service Culture training; manages any guest resolution necessary
Ensure optimum operating condition of all amphitheater equipment
Implementation and execution of all Live Nation policies, procedures, and programs
Reviews advances in technology about crowd and traffic control techniques and devices and makes recommendations to management
Develop and implement a recruiting program for seasonal event staff and other seasonal positions
Development and maintenance of municipality relationships including police, fire, rescue, traffic, and other departments
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and third-party vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and successful events
Coordinate with Regional Facilities Manager to develop long-term preventive maintenance programs, capital expenditure programs, and other asset protection and improvement programs

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Candidate is a proven leader with strong management and communications skills
Extensive knowledge of venue operations and facility management is required
Minimum two years experience as House/Operations Manager or a comparable role
Experience dealing with police and public officials
Along with venue, the General Manager represents the company and facility in all political and community matters and acts as a liaison with local municipalities
Must have demonstrated experience managing multiple departments with a large number of staff- ideally experience managing Security, Ticket Takers and Ushers
Previous experience with labor union contracts and management required
Computers skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
Experience using Workday or timekeeping systems is a plus

Job Summary:
Coastal Credit Union Music Park is seeking Facilities Personnel to assist in making sure guests have a clean and safe concert experience. Responsible for maintaining venue standards in all areas before, during, and after shows.
THE JOB
As a member of the Facilities Team, you will be responsible for servicing any and all needs of the touring artist as they arise in preparation for the performance and general maintenance of the venue. Developing your discretion and anticipating the needs of the guests will be crucial as you learn on the job.
Maintain the working order of all facilities at the venue
Set up and remove all tour requirements
Moving and setting up chairs and tables, setting up a security perimeter, painting touchups, building repair, facilitating large lines of guests, filling in for ushers or security when needed, interacting with the other departments around the venue, interfacing with the guests and ensuring the best possible evening, and more
Prep the exterior of the building for show days
Assist in the clean up at the end of the event and returning the venue to its default state
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Works directly with the Ops Manager and Facilities Supervisor to perform day of show duties, as well as, day to day operations
Follow up with Security and Guest Services teams to ensure that service standards are met
Perform opening/running/closing duties
Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting any issues encountered

Required:
Working knowledge of high-volume operations and guest relations
Skills in guest relations/staff relations- Assessing and anticipating special needs of guests
Prioritization of duties and effective communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks/issues at one time effectively, with an upbeat attitude

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Work broadly with the GR team to engage internal and external stakeholders, for the purpose of building relationships which help shape policy and legislation on behalf of the company, and the live entertainment industry as a whole.
Plan and execute strategic engagements collaborating closely with LNE colleagues and elected officials.
Represent the company at political and third-party policy organization meetings (NCSL, AGA, etc.)
Lead on the composition, consolidation, editing of complex written materials (e.g., briefing docs, letters, talking points, etc.).
Develop cross-functional partnerships and relationships with executives' teams to create meaningful agendas for engagements and ensure the appropriate internal participants are included.
Partner and support externally facing strategic outreach efforts (e.g., campaigns, in-region executive visits, roadshows, etc.). Contribute to development of outreach strategies.
Provide administrative support including scheduling, meeting coordination, and event planning for the GR team.
Assist with state government relations, as necessary.
Update and track projects and key metrics. Submit compliance documentation.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
3-5 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or a related field, with a demonstrated understanding of legislative and regulatory processes.
Experience in project management and working on Capitol Hill or State Legislature is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and skilled in technical troubleshooting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, adapt to feedback, and manage multiple tasks effectively, sometimes under time pressure.
