Job Summary:

The Role

Event Services staff will work alongside all departments as a flexible position to assist in the Guest Experience at the venue.

Job Functions

  • Assist with ingress of guests, and controlling access to non-public areas

  • Assist with checking personal items as guests enter the venue

  • Greet guests as they enter and leave the event.

  • Check tickets and credentials to control access to designated areas.

  • Look for ways to proactively assist guests to ensure they have an enjoyable experience by answering questions, resolving complaints, giving directions, etc.

  • Help enforce venue policies and procedures.

  • Secure assigned post locations.

  • Partner with fellow employees at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.

    Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in customer service

  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy

  • A strong-sense of teamwork

  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Position requires constant walking and standing

THE JOB

We are looking for a highly organized, experienced, motivated individual with dynamic interpersonal skills. This individual will assist and liaise between departments in day-to-day tasks, concert booking procedures, venue calendar bookings and managing relationships in the live event industry.

POSITION LOCATION

Washington, D.C. USA

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Proactively support day-to-day operations for the Regional President

  • Oversee the office's administration items (staff parking, keyfobs, ordering supplies, invoice payments)

  • Schedule/ coordinate meetings, conference calls and appointments

  • Help coordinate team outings/ events as needed

  • Make travel arrangements and handle expense report processing for Regional President

  • Assist in processing of venue contracts, artist contracts and co-promote agreements for events

  • Compiling and maintaining all event show folders with contracts, Certificates of Insurance, and general event correspondences - including final artist and venue settlement information

  • Assist in handling financial arrangements (show deposits, settlements, tracking expenditures and budgets) for events in various venues

  • Manage ticket counts and report on-sale ticket counts and final show settlement figures

  • Gathering and distributing show information to staff, venues, and artist teams

  • Interface directly with top concert industry professionals and gain a full understanding of what is involved in producing live events

  • Live event coverage as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University

  • 1 - 2 years of previous administrative work

  • Strong attention to detail

  • General music and industry knowledge

  • Eagerness to support others (in venues and office)

  • Fast learner

  • Well versed in Excel and database programs and ability to work with accounting and financial departments

  • Ability to multi-task in a fluid and busy environment

  • Willingness to work overtime on events outside normal office hours when appropriate

  • Experience with contracts-a plus

  • COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Must Ensure positive and creative environment for the Production department and Venue

  • Complete and distribute a daily show flash (P&L) of every event

  • Have a detailed understanding of deal structure and the settlement process

  • Maintain department manuals and training materials for all production positions

  • Train /Assist and support production department personnel with job functions as needed

  • Responsible for adhering to the budget and tracking the financial aspects of department

  • Create and maintain inventory and maintenance log

  • Ensure all procedures are cost effective

  • Creates daily/weekly show schedule to present weekly at staff meeting Ensuring information is distributed to Operations Managers in a timely basis

  • Work with the Production Manager scheduling appropriate number of staff while maintaining labor costs within the assigned budgetary guidelines

  • Maintain regular communications with Production Manager and the GM

  • Facilitate proper interdepartmental communication and organization

  • Help to manage stage, sound, and lighting crews

  • Coordinate operational feedback with Talent Buyer

  • Advance technical and Hospitality details for shows/events along with the Production Manager

  • Oversee maintenance of audio, lighting, backline, video systems advising on repairs when needed

  • Provide coverage as production lead on event Production Manager is not on site

  • Responsible for safe and consistent operation of all equipment

  • Attends production and operations meeting as outlined by the GM

  • Maintain a detailed and thorough filing system of all -past show- files on the shared drive

  • Maintain accurate vendor records, following Purchase Ordering Systems

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Required:

  • Calm / Professional and customer service oriented

  • Prior production experience in an entertainment venue

  • Tour and Stage Production experience

  • Understanding of stage lighting, pro audio systems and video systems

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to make clear concise decisions, sometimes with limited information

  • Computer literate in Windows applications (Excel and Word a must)

  • Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills

Required:

  • 3-5 years high volume and fast paced experience in kitchen operations

THE POSITION

Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. After finishing this program, you will have gained broad experience in various aspects live entertainment business. You can also expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a part-time position, up to 25 hours per week.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Assist project managers and tour promoters with creating business plans and ticket scalings

  • Assist in creation and issuance of artist contracts and addendums

  • Create and maintain artist show files and guest lists

  • Assist in contract and deposit tracking

  • Interns are responsible for researching new artists for tour support

  • Assist in obtaining box office reports and signed artist settlements

  • Complete various tasks for the project managers and tour promoters

  • Create and implement an ongoing project that ties in both the booking internship and school curriculum with support from Live Nation talent team

    LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • Develop an understanding of the booking and financial side of the live music industry

  • Create and maintain relationship with agents, venue personnel, and managers

  • Learn how to efficiently work in a high pace environment in the music industry

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for

The Schedule / Payroll Administrator is responsible for ensuring schedules are completed and departments are appropriately staffed for events. In addition, they are responsible for processing and maintaining payroll records in accordance with Live Nation payroll policies.

. Ensure all departments are adequately staffed for every event (adequately for each individual staffing level).

. Monitor and manage payroll.

Qualifications:

. 1 years' plus of administrative experience.

. 2-3 years' plus of work experience in a comparable role.

. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Sell VIP boxes, reserved seats, and other premium items during events at the Coca Cola Roxy and other Live Nation owned and operated venues in the Atlanta, GA market

THE JOB

The Pavilion at Star Lake is seeking is seeking a Stagehand who will be responsible for ensuring the success of show and event productions by performing the technical aspects related to the show(s) production

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Performs the Load-in & out of band equipment and rental equipment

  • Responsible for securing required passes and tickets and prepares guest lists under the direction of the stage Manager

  • Cabling; assist audio & lighting crew as directed

  • Band Set changes

  • Ensure that members of the Band(s) have required items needed to perform the show(s).

  • Responsible for communicating the details of the evening's event to production crew

  • Responsible for hanging show banners, updating marquees and other signage in the venue

  • Responsible for coordinating the food trays for the band back of house

  • Assist lighting & Audio crew as directed by Stage Manager or PM; Spotlight operation if required

  • Maintenance and Repair of Sound, Light and Stage Equipment

  • May assist the Stage Manager with show passes

  • Maintain and secure House Backline, and supplies

  • Maintain curtains, drapes, risers and other staging items

  • Assist audio crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc.

  • Assist lighting crew with fixtures, lambs, gels, cabling, etc.

  • Operate and care for stage areas in a safe, clean manner

  • Assist with any Special Events operations

  • Ensure stage trash is taken out; stage swept or set up for next show when possible

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience.

  • Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with all Microsoft applications

  • Must be able to move up to 75lbs using proper lifting techniques

  • Must be able to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise level

  • Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills

  • Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.

  • Other tasks as assigned by the Guest Services Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • At least 2 years in Customer Service and communications

  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy

  • A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Performs the Load-in & out of band equipment and rental equipment

  • Responsible for securing required passes and tickets and prepares guest lists under the direction of the stage Manager

  • Cabling; assist audio & lighting crew as directed

  • Band Set changes

  • Ensure that members of the Band(s) have required items needed to perform the show(s)

  • Responsible for communicating the details of the evening's event to production crew

  • Responsible for hanging show banners, updating marquees and other signage in the venue

  • Responsible for coordinating the food trays for the band in the Music Hall

  • Assist lighting & Audio crew as directed by Stage Manager or PM; Spotlight operation if required

  • Maintenance and Repair of Sound, Light and Stage Equipment

  • May assist the Stage Manager with show passes

  • Maintain and secure House Backline, and supplies

  • Maintain curtains, drapes, risers and other staging items

Required:

  • 3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience

  • Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems

THE JOB

We are currently seeking an accomplished Executive Administrative / Marketing Coordinator professional with solid experience supporting senior executives. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, great organizational skills, the ability to meet critical deadlines, and to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside the company is essential. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Executive Assistant Responsiblities

  • Day to Day management of calendar, create presentations for & assist as needed during meetings / calls

  • Organize meetings, conferences and other offsite events

  • Manage travel and submission of expense reports

  • Collaborate with legal team to manage all legal documents for marketing team

  • Partner with finance to manage invoice payment and approvals

  • Organize marketing team operations with email distros, calendars and events

  • Provide general administrative support to other Concerts Marketing Executives as needed

Marketing Coordinator Responsbilities

  • Manage Artist Services marketing support including: writing blog posts, organizing content for newsletters and social posts, updating website and app and organizing artist showcases

  • Lead marketing contact for Veeps partnership to facilitate marketing across email, social and website

  • Liasion between Tour Marketers and Artist teams for all Artist Services and Veeps related marketing support

  • Manage marketing hub and all necessary updates across LN Concerts Marketing teams

  • Assist other Concerts Marketing teams as needed

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 2 to 3+ years experience as executive assistant or in marketing, both preferred

  • Creative thinker and problem solver

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy

  • A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs

  • Competency using Mac and Microsoft Office

  • Use organizational skills to manage office and time in fast-paced environment and anticipate Executive's needs

  • Proven ability to work effectively with senior management and senior level clients

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to manage highly confidential information and to act calmly and professionally at all times

  • Highly organized and has worked in very fast paced environments

  • Sincere interest in music industry

  • Dynamic and assertive personality; professional demeanor

  • Willingness to put time in after hours and on weekends as needed

  • Adaptable to a variety of situations with numerous personalities

THE TEAM

The Field Operations Team , which is part of the Global Support & Operations organization, is responsible for providing outstanding support for internal teams and the Ticketmaster client base. The team mission -Support the Client, Support the Account Teams, Support the Fan- and strives to provide excellent support while realizing improvements in efficiency, ever-changing technology, support needs and professional growth for the staff.

THE JOB

The Operations Manager directs and controls a variety of projects for the Field Support & Operations team in North America ensuring that the organization's projects are conducted on time, within budget using project management best practices to ensure the highest level of quality. The Operations Manager sets project management standards and objectives and develops operating plans and project management methods to achieve them. The Operations Manager works closely with every facet of deploying and supporting Ticketmaster processes and products and is a key player in ensuring clients have access to the tools they need.

Specific tasks on each project will include authoring functional requirements for Business Operations teams, developing project plans, budgets and schedules, managing tasks and teams on the project's critical path, identifying and resolving issues, and managing the overall success of the defined project. It is essential to understand the scope and effect of all changes that a project may encompass by soliciting input and collaboration amongst interdepartmental teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Responsible for scope control with stakeholders, task execution with the development team and relevant upward communication to managers and senior stakeholders

  • Primarily works within the Field support organization and across other sub-organizations as necessary.

  • Helps define process improvements and feedback for the project, including any strategies required for timely execution

  • Gather necessary assets required for development of each project, including but not limited to: functional specifications, hardware and software specifications, project tool workflow entries, and any additional technical documentation required

  • Provide necessary feedback to project stakeholders, including specification feedback, issue escalation to managers or scope changes/clarifications to project resources

  • Update relevant project information in real time

  • Work across all departments to deliver projects that align to the organization's strategic vision

  • Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements

  • Resolve cross-project issues and strategic issues with senior stakeholders

  • Guard the viability of the vision and the business case

  • Maintaining strategic alignment between the project and the organization

  • Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.

  • Lead the project to its successful completion.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree desired

  • Strong experience in Salesforce, certification preferred

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

  • Demonstrated technical project management and analytical skills

  • Successful track record in working with business and technology teams to define, develop, test and launch new products

  • Innate capability to create order out of chaos

The Role:

Live Nation is seeking an Experience Manager for The Mann. The position will directly report to the Senior Event Manager. The Experience Manager will be responsible for administering various corporate and venue designed programs to support employee engagement, venue staffing and guest service division-wide goals. This is a seasonal position with an events-based schedule from February to October. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business needs and may be scheduled up to 40 hours per week or more during peak season.

Job Functions:

  • In partnership with the Senior Event Manager, this position is responsible for administering employee engagement, venue staffing and guest service division-wide goals.

  • Plan and coordinate processes and activities associated with employee engagement and guest service.

  • Partner with the venue's Guest Ambassadors to create encore moments at every show.

  • Will be act as the lead in maintaining metrics and sharing information with the corporate office.

  • Work with Department Managers and Supervisors to ensure service standards are being communicated pre-event and demonstrated during and post the event.

  • Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.

  • Will be the venue's brand ambassador and the face of the service culture program.

  • Administrator for the guest service, recognition, and employee training system(s).

  • Administer anniversary service awards and other employee recognition and guest service programs.

  • Responsible for completing the Post Event Service Recap and analyze other venue service reports to create action plans for service improvements in partnership with the Senior Event Manager.

  • Lead the end of season employee opinion survey for the venue.

  • Research best practices and collaborate with the Senior Event Manager to develop venue opportunities to increase employee engagement, increase guest satisfaction.

  • Help facilitate new employee orientation.

  • Manage applicable venue service program budget and process vendor invoices.

  • Other tasks as assigned by the Senior Event Manager or other Venue Management.

  • This roll is part-time, seasonal and requires evening and weekend availability.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to maintain composure and organization in an often hectic and loud environment.

  • Proficient computer skills required including the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Possess a positive outlook, strong communication skills and the ability to engage others.

  • Must possess strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience finding creating solutions.

  • 1 years' plus of administrative experience.

  • 2-3 years' plus of work experience in a comparable role.

  • 1-2 years' plus of leadership experience.

  • Has a natural interest in helping others and a heart for service.

  • Position requires constant physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying equipment.

  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or something comparable preferred.

  • Public speaking or meeting facilitation skills is a plus.

Job Summary:

Guard, patrol, and/or monitor the venue premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. May operate metal detector equipment.

Job Functions:

. Circulate among guests and/or employees to preserve safety, order and to protect the venue property.

. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security and safety of the premises.

. May write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

. Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.

. Escort or drive motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations or to provide personal protection.

. Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.

. Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.

Qualifications:

. Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance; ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.

THE ROLE

As Diversity Sourcing Lead, you will develop and execute on talent sourcing strategies that support our strategic diversity recruiting efforts. You will partner closely with the Director, Diversity Sourcing & Partnerships, a team of Sourcing Specialists and a community of recruiters and business leaders across the enterprise to successfully develop a robust candidate pipeline in support of achieving diversity and early talent our long-range diversity objectives.

In this role, you will lead pipeline development strategies inclusive of direct sourcing, engaging prospects from diversity and college recruitment events and crafting impactful recruitment marketing campaigns. WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Skills & Success Factors:

  • Proven success working in a high volume, fast-paced recruiting environment, both pipeline and requisition-based, with an emphasis on equitable processes and sourcing top talent

  • Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies and strong ability to screen, interview and present candidate slates aligned with skill and experience criteria of open roles

  • Analytical skills with ability to create and track metrics, leveraging data to support sourcing strategies and increase operational effectiveness & efficiencies

  • Understanding of labor market conditions and knowledge of organizations, platforms and networks, to attract and engage prospective diverse candidates

  • Demonstrated ability to formally or informally lead, motivate, influence and coach others

Qualifications:

  • Track record of successfully managing, prioritizing and closing simultaneous specialized searches against a timeline and proven results with ROI from recruiting events executed

  • Excellent networking and relationship building with demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions and stakeholders
