Job Description

Job Summary:

As an usher, greeter or ticket taker, you help to ensure safety, help to maintain the cleanliness of the venue and engage with guests to assist with their needs before, during and after the show.

Job Functions:

. Greet guests, scan guest tickets upon entry to the venue, answer guest questions, assist guests with locating their seats and examines tickets for entry to various seat levels around the venue during the event.

. Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable to the guest.

. Resolve guest complaints or problems.

. Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity.

. Provide assistance to with guests with special needs, such as helping with seat accommodations.

. Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show.

. Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.

. May assist in verifying staff credentials to generally restricted areas.

. Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.

. Partner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.

. Assist patrons by giving directions places inside or outside the venue.

. Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.

. Additional tasks as requested by management.

Qualifications:

. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

. Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy

. Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting, lifting and carrying 25 lbs.+

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide finance and accounting support to Live Nation's Marketing Technology and Data Services team. Major responsibilities include building the annual budget model, coordinating forecast updates, preparing various operational and capital cost tracking schedules, cost allocations, and supervise AP functions such as purchase orders and invoice processing.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Lead Marketing budget preparation annually. Includes, but not limited to:

  • Build flexible budget model accounting for headcount, software, contractors, capital projects with internal labor, and miscellaneous fixed costs

  • Conduct variance analyses including scenario modeling and comparisons to prior years

  • Build annual cost allocation model accounting for direct and indirect costs

  • Coordinate with business leadership to build and present budget presentations

  • Serve as a finance partner. Includes, but not limited to:

  • Prepare monthly financial variance analyses at the department and project level

  • Lead status meetings with Marketing business leaders to review financial performance, staffing issues, capital projects, etc.

  • Coordinate updates with the accounting team for month end accruals, forecast changes, and budget needs

  • Track headcount including new hires, terms, open positions, contractors and other personnel changes. Coordinate with HR on compensation benchmarking and organizational impacts.

  • Support invoice process. Includes, but not limited to:

  • Coordinate Purchase Order workflow, invoice reviews/approvals, and GL coding

  • Track spend at the invoice level by project/vendor for capital projects, service contracts, software licenses, and consultant agreements including confirming compliance with agreements and capex vs opex analysis

  • Ensure timely payment for all vendors and coordinate invoice discrepancy resolution

  • Other duties as assigned by management

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 5+ years related work experience

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office - specifically Excel and PowerPoint

  • CPA or CPA eligibility a plus

  • Oracle experience a plus

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)

  • Multi-task oriented

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong organization skills

  • COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions.

    WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Demonstrated experience establishing Agile Project Management process within an existing team

  • Manages claim reviews in partnership with the third-party claims administrator to ensure claim handling is aligned with expectations. Provides coaching and direction to claim examiners, as needed

  • Attends mediations and other settlement conferences as necessary

  • Organizes and facilitates monthly loss run reports, litigated file reports and claim review meetings with management

  • Provides guidance to operations on handling incidents as they may arise

  • Tenders and tracks progression of other types of claims as necessary

  • Other duties associated with claims or risk management department operations, as necessary

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in a corporate risk management department and/or large insurance carrier liability claims operation

  • Strong foundation in claims adjustment and TPA management and litigation management

  • Knowledge of Risk Management Information systems, database analytics, claims trends, and reserve setting and analysis

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving

The Marketing Insights and Data Analytics Services team within the Marketing & Data Strategy organization works on projects across all divisions, to develop insights around Fans and Marketing programs. These insights are used to inspire new marketing programs and improve existing marketing efforts across Concerts, Ticketmaster, and Sponsorship business units. We are also responsible for quantifying the value of our marketing efforts through our test and learn program, incrementality testing and attribution thought leadership.

THE ROLE The Digital Media Analyst is responsible for analyzing digital media campaigns and tactics for Live Nation in North America. They will partner with the planning and strategy teams across the entire campaign development process to support data and analytics needs to inform planning decisions, define KPIs, validate that tracking is in place, measure performance, and provide analysis and recommendations based on learnings.

This position is responsible for establishing benchmarks, developing measurement plans, distilling learnings into insights, crafting data into stories in presentation formats, presenting learnings to multiple teams, ideating on testing opportunities, analyzing and interpreting data, and being an analytics thought partner to the media team.

The ideal candidate will be an effective storyteller, curious, detail-oriented, and able extrapolate meaningful and actionable insights from data. They will bring a mix of skills and knowledge that span digital media, business growth optimization, creativity, and an ability to scale up learnings across a large volume of campaigns.

This person will report to the VP of Analytics.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Be the analytics lead and thought partner on Live Nation digital media by providing proactive and strategic analyses to inform on media performance and strategies

  • Synthesize data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that drive business results

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, gather their requirements, and define KPIs, tracking, analytics and reporting for campaigns and channels

  • Drive automation and scale of analytics through creation of tools, self-service dashboards, and self-contained presentations

  • Create and maintain marketing analytics reports and dashboards as needed, ensuring consistency of data sources, metrics and approach and driving adoption across the organization

  • Conduct in depth ad hoc marketing analysis as identified by strategic partners and planners

  • Perform advanced, exploratory, and ad hoc analysis on diverse data sets, requiring writing and running SQL queries to access data across multiple tables within data warehouses

  • Be the expert on media performance measures and metrics (ROAS, CAC, CM, etc.) and determine factors that influence those metrics across the Live Nation business

  • Effectively communicate complex analyses to stakeholders, through compelling writing, creative presentation decks and verbal storytelling

  • Contribute to the development of performance forecasting and planning tools

  • Support media testing operations as needed including testing ideation, test plan design, recommendations and integrated readouts

  • Assist with the maintenance of marketing data sources through escalation of discrepancies to with engineering and technical teams

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING:

  • Experience creating dashboards, authoring reporting and troubleshooting BI reporting and dashboard platforms such as DOMO, Tableau or similar tool

  • Experience with digital media platforms such as SA360, The Trade Desk, Campaign Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, YouTube Analytics, etc.

  • Able to write and run complex SQL queries to pull data required across multiple tables

  • MS Excel expertise - lookups, pivot tables, and complex formulas

  • Proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Computer Science, Marketing Science, Marketing Analytics or similar field

  • 3+ years of work experience in analyzing and reporting on digital media channels and performance (paid search, paid social, programmatic display)

  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

  • Proficiency with data visualization, deck design, storytelling and presenting complex information

  • Understanding of key media performance metrics including ROAS, ROI, CAC, Contribution Margin, etc.

Desired:

  • Experience analyzing clickstream and conversion data (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, AppsFlyer)

  • Knowledge of statistics, measuring statistical significance, and statistical testing methodologies

  • Experience working at a growth stage Internet, software, DTC or similar company desired

  • Experience working in Entertainment or Live Events industry

The Role:

The Strategic Initiatives and Operations team works on projects across all divisions and the corporate center. Our team spends the bulk of its time working with the North American concerts business and initiatives that span business units. THE JOB

The Pavilion at Star Lake is seeking Box Office Representatives who will assist guests at live events by performing duties, such as collecting admission tickets and passes from guests, assisting in finding seats, searching for lost articles, and locating such facilities as rest rooms and telephones.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Sell and collect admission tickets and passes from patrons at events.

  • Greet guests attending events who come to the box office.

  • Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity, using criteria such as color or date issued.

  • Provide accommodations for guests with special needs both prior to and day of show- this could include offering assistance to someone who uses a wheelchair.

  • Inform guests of the layout of the venue and be prepared to direct them to the restrooms, concession stands and designated seats/sections.

  • Know how identify a fake ticket or credential and educate the guest on where to buy authentic tickets.

  • Settle seating disputes or help solve other guest concerns.

  • Assist guests in finding seats, lighting the way with flashlights, if necessary.

  • Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.

  • Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.

  • Maintain order, ensure adherence to safety rules, and share any safety concerns with management.

  • Guide guests to closest exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.

  • Other duties as assigned.

THE JOB

Responsible for the maintenance, stocking and cleanliness of the bar, and all other functions which increase the efficiency and productivity of the bartending team.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Interact with guests in a natural, friendly demeanor

  • Cultivate regular guests and repeat business

  • Successfully complete a pour test prior to every shift, where applicable

  • Suggestively sell both beverages and menu items to guests at the bar

  • Deliver food items and beverage orders promptly

  • Prioritize and organize drink orders

  • Consistently prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications, abide by all control systems

  • Record any equipment failure and/or safety hazards in bar log

  • Recognize when guests are becoming too intoxicated and refuse further service of alcohol in a courteous and safety-minded manner, bringing it to the attention of a manager

  • Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance alcohol awareness training and HOB alcohol policies

  • Request proper identification for anyone appearing under 30 years of age

  • Maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards

  • Perform Opening/Running/Closing duties according to HOB policy

  • Prepare guest checks (on point of sales terminal) and process payment according to HOB policy

  • Maintain bartender bank

  • Perform cash pull / check out procedures

  • Maintain appropriate Comp and Spill checks

  • Required to occasionally work Special Events that are scheduled throughout the venue

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Required:

  • Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent

  • Ability to work late hours

  • Cash handling experience

THE JOB

The Production Manager is responsible for the on-stage, backstage, show settlement and other technical details of concerts and events at Live Nation-operated venues and third party venues including theatres, clubs, stadiums and arenas for the Nashville, TN and surrounding areas. Position will be based in a Live Nation venue located in Nashville, TN.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Coordination between tour/private production and venues. Advancing and obtaining presale technical information, including production needs, rider requirements, staging and capacity changes.

  • Interface with local contractors (vendors) and tours, clients renting Live Nation venues and venue production teams when Live Nation is a client at a venue for all show requirements, including stagehands, runners, security, casual labor and rental equipment, with an emphasis on quality, reliability and cost.

  • Day of show management of concert/private events from load in to load out, with an emphasis on customer (artist/client) service, adherence to time schedules, sound restrictions and cost containment.

  • Show settlement, artist and vendor payments on events and payroll responsibilities for part-time and seasonal employees

  • Providing oversight and direction to runners and production assistants while maintaining appropriate staffing levels

  • Live Nation representative at scheduled shows for business unit and production and show settlement responsibilities for non-Amphitheater shows in BU, as directed.

This position will play a key role in the management of venue client sponsorships, programs and activities. THE JOB

The Pavilion at Star Lake is seeking a Guest Service team members. The Guest Service member will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty. Answer inbound calls or in person inquiries to resolve our customer concerns through analysis to determine the most effective resolution.

  • Adapt to customer needs ensuring that they are understood, and appropriate action is taken to meet and exceed their expectations.

  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation

  • Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.

  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take, or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.

  • Keep records of customer interactions or transaction, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as action taken.

  • Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.

  • Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.

  • Other tasks as assigned by the Guest Services Manager

THE JOB

The Pavilion at Star Lake is seeking Zero Waste Captains to help us take our sustainability programs to the next level. This role is the backbone and driving force for helping us become zero waste through sorting and educating others. This position will partner with the Venue Sustainability Coordinator and be part of the venue operations team. This is a seasonal, part-time position for show days. Hours per week will vary depending on show schedule and business

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Assist in the post-show sorting process of all recycling, composting, and landfill materials

  • Be an ambassador to all Band Members in order to help them understand their role in achieving the venue's sustainability goals

  • Assist in employee engagement programs such as the water bottle refill punch cards, post-show sort giveaways and new ideas

  • Engage fans and encourage them to participate in our sustainability programs through activities or education

  • Participate in Zero Waste Captain training

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Position requires about 90% of the time spent walking, bending, reaching, stooping, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ with about 65% of that time spent sorting materials

Our client services team owns the client relationship from sign up to event production and acts as the voice of the client for our product team. As part of that, they also support the fan journey, fan queries and fan support on behalf of clients. They are empathetic, active, consultative strategists working to understand customer needs and ensure adoption, helping customers to exceed their goals. From onboarding to engagement to event strategy, our CSMs are driven by customer success, satisfaction, and adoption.

THE JOB

This position will support Universe, a division within Ticketmaster. We're seeking an ambitious, bright, and self-driven individual to join our Client Services team.

This role will be responsible for working with some of our highest grossing clients, developing relationships, and helping them execute events flawlessly. You'll be assisting clients from onboarding through to post-event wrap-up and everything in between, you will help them set-up the event in the optimal format, and ensure they are utilizing Universe features to their full capacity.

In addition to working directly with clients, this role will lead training and documentation initiatives to increase Universe client & customer support more broadly within the larger Ticketmaster team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Operating as point of contact for enterprise & tier 1 clients, while ensuring clients are educated and equipped with the necessary knowledge/ information for all Universe products, features, etc.. to ensure a positive experience

  • Advocate for the client by ensuring their needs are being met and clearly communicate roadblocks to the product and design teams

  • Log issues and user feedback, and work closely with developers to reproduce issues, problem-solve, and verify fixes

  • Assist with product testing of new features and platform upgrades/fixes

  • Identify process optimizations and improvements to customer success flows to improve the support experience

  • Assisting to shape the future of Universe by liaising with appropriate stakeholders as part of the Global Initiative Support rollout

  • Working closely with Sales team to assist in retaining existing client base

  • Assist in shaping the future of Universe support by liaising with key stakeholders across the business as part of the Global Initiative Support rollout

  • Creating & maintaining internal training programs and documentation to be rolled out to the broader team, while supporting both client & customer-facing departments

The Role:

As a Night of Show Ancillary Seller, you will be responsible for communicating to guests about additional amenities that the venue has to offer, such as Premier Parking, Fast Lane, Lawn Chairs Rentals, VIP Seating and VIP Club Access, etc.

Job Functions:

  • Greet all guests and assist in answering any questions they may have about the venue.

  • Promote and sell all the various promotions or upsells offered at each event, such as Premier Parking, Fast Lane, Clear Bags, Blankets, Lawn Chair Rentals, VIP Club Access, VIP Seat Upgrades, etc.

  • Assist Ancillary Revenue Supervisor in setting up and breaking down signs, tables, and tents as needed.

  • Examine tickets or passes pre-purchased to determine authenticity, using criteria such as color or date issued.

  • Handle credit card transactions according to Live Nation's audit guidelines

  • Balance out at the end of each shift with a supervisor.

  • Inventory - all physical items must be counted prior to the start of the event and again at the end of the show

  • May fill in temporarily with another department to support staffing levels during peak or break times.

  • Other tasks as assigned by the Ancillary Revenue Manager or venue management.

  • This roll is part-time, seasonal and requires evening and weekend availability.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • At least 2 years in Guest Service and communications preferred

  • Prior sales or cash handling experience is a plus

  • Familiar with iPhone and iPad technology.

  • Creative thinker and problem solver

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

As part of the Guest Services team, ushers are responsible for providing excellent guest services at iThink Amphitheater during all events. THE JOB

The Pavilion at Star Lake is seeking Venue Merchandise Sellers. As a seller, you will be assigned to and responsible for a point of sale in the venue where artist merchandise is sold. Prior to the event you will be responsible for taking inventory and preparing the stand display. After the event, the seller is responsible for closing out which includes a final count on the remaining merchandise which is returned.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Ensure an excellent experience for each fan by providing prompt and thorough customer service

  • Maintain accurate cash handling while processing purchases with the POS (point of sale)

  • Properly handle guest credit/debit cards and applicable transactions

  • Prepare your stand display before the event begins so that fans can view what is for sale

  • Inventory- all items must be physically counted prior to the start of the event and again at the end of the show

  • Assist fans with their purchases by sharing merchandise information such as pricing and sizing

  • Work in a fast-paced, often loud, but exciting environment

  • Maintain your stand throughout the duration of the event

  • Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Must be able to work up to 12 hours per shift

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Due to the hours scheduled applicants must have a reliable transportation

  • Must have strong communication skills

The Concerts Technology team is looking for highly motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic individuals who are interested in providing on-site IT & A/V support at Live Nation events and venues across the country. As a Venue IT & A/V Support Representative, you can expect to gain real-world experience and an intimate understanding of IT service delivery concepts as you learn valuable operational and procedural skills and develop your troubleshooting abilities in an exciting/dynamic industry.

Responsibilities:

As a Venue IT Support Representative, the successful candidate will:

  • Provide onsite IT troubleshooting assistance as needed to venue administrative, operations and production staff.

  • Identify, track and help to resolve persistent issues, and ensure venue technology problems, issues, or needs are reported to appropriate remote support or service delivery teams, following established escalation procedures.

  • Act as an onsite liaison with remote IT support teams troubleshooting reported issues with venue technology

  • Be the onsite contact and provide guided access for visiting IT service or support providers

  • Provide onsite assistance to tour production by helping to establish artist internet connectivity or otherwise fulfill the terms of artist/tour IT riders prior to and on -day of show.-

  • Provide proactive -day of show- IT event support by ensuring there are no outstanding IT hardware/software issues with point of sale or access control technologies prior to gates opening for fans.

  • Assist with deployment, inventory management, and maintenance of onsite IT equipment including POS terminals.

  • Develop, demonstrate and leverage a comprehensive understanding of venue network connectivity and deployed technologies.

  • Participate as needed with seasonal IT preparation and validation, as well as shutdown and winterization.

  • Assist with the extension of existing venue IT infrastructure or implementation of new infrastructure to support special events such as festivals or private events.

  • In addition to the various IT needs as indicated above, the Venue IT support role will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of digital menu boards, digital wayfinding signs (primarily in the parking lot) along with various TV, satellite dish and audio systems throughout the venue.

Requirements:

  • Experience with and in-depth knowledge of Apple iOS, MS Windows, and network technologies is preferred

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) paired with a professional communication style

  • Self-motivated, capable of independent reasoning and troubleshooting

  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail

  • Must have good availability, be reliable and a dependable team player with ability to work independently and under little supervision

THE JOB

The Production Manager is responsible for all of the on-stage, backstage and other technical details of concerts and events. Includes advancing and obtaining presale technical information, including production needs, rider requirements, staging and capacity changes .

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Required:

  • Flexible Schedule (days/nights, late hours, weekends, and holidays)

  • Minimum 3 years prior management experience in an entertainment venue

  • 3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience

  • Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to make clear concise decisions, sometimes with limited information

  • Computer literate in Windows applications

  • Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills

  • High School Diploma

  • Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms

THE JOB

Title: Coordinator - Backstage Experience/ Part-Time Seasonal

Our backstage teams have a leading role in the service experience the artists and touring personnel have at our venues. The extent to which we recognize our crew members for service well done, is the extent to which they will care not only for our Artists and touring personnel, but for each other.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Live Nation is seeking a Backstage Experience Coordinator for the Hollywood Casino Ampitheatre. The position will directly report to the venue General Manger. The Backstage Experience Coordinator (BEC) will be responsible for administering various Live Nation and venue designed programs to support local production & touring personnel. The Backstage Experience Coordinator will maintain back of house expectations & backstage division-wide goals while ensuring that our Artist Commitment is met or exceeded. This role will act as a hospitality focused position ensuring a phenomenal experience for touring personnel backstage. This is a seasonal, hourly position. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business needs and may be scheduled up to 40 hours per week or more during peak season.

Job Functions:

  • In partnership with the venue General Manager, the Backstage Experience Coordinator is responsible for administering various Live Nation and venue designed programs to support local production & touring personnel.

  • The Backstage Experience Coordinator will maintain back of house hospitality expectations & backstage division-wide goals.

  • The Backstage Experience Coordinator will meet & greet the tours upon arrival to the venue and be available to assign dressing rooms and is the point of contact for all hospitality needs.

  • Where possible- wash, dry and fold all tour laundry as well as hand and bath towels. The Backstage Experience Coordinator will check dressing rooms periodically through the day to tidy up and collect any towels to be washed.

  • Partner with local backstage catering to ensure the Artists rider requirements are met and the culinary experience exceeds the artist's and touring personnel's expectations.

  • Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating the bands about our efforts.

  • Will be the backstage brand ambassador and the face of the service culture program.

  • Responsible for completing the Post Event Service Recap and analyze other venue service reports to create action plans for service improvements in partnership with the Artist Services team & Venue GM.

  • Research best practices and collaborate with the Artist Services team & Venue GM

to develop venue opportunities to increase engagement, increase Artist/Crew satisfaction.

  • Work with Production Managers & Catering Teams to help facilitate advances.

  • Pre and post show walk through with checklist to make ready all backstage Artist & Touring crew areas and notate any damage to be repairs.

  • Oversee all dressing room and bus stock, including after-show meal coordination.

  • In coordination with the General and Production Managers, co-manage any applicable backstage program budget and process vendor invoices.

  • Will act as the lead in maintaining metrics and sharing information with the Artist Services Team, tracking historic data on Tours & details regarding Artist choices/favorites and manage the backstage tour personnel survey and competition rate for your venue.

  • Partner with the venue's Production Manager, Artist Services team and LN Tour rep to create memorable, hospitality-minded moments at every show, including but not limited to birthdays and special celebrations.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to maintain composure around high profile artists/guests and work in an often hectic and loud environment.

  • Must have strong organizational, Time management and multi-tasking skills.

  • Proficient computer skills required including the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Possess a positive outlook, strong communication skills and the ability to engage others.

  • Must possess strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience finding creative solutions.

  • 1 years' plus of backstage/production/hospitality experience.

  • 2-3 years' plus of work experience in a comparable role.

  • 1-2 years' plus of leadership experience.

  • Has a natural interest in helping others and a heart for service.

  • Position requires constant physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying equipment.

  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or something comparable preferred.

I. Responsible (directly or through supervision of staff member) for all aspects of accounting and finance at the venue level

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Required:

  • 5 years experience with a strong background in accounting

  • 3 years Accounts Payable experience

  • 2-3 years experience in Staff management

  • Cash management background

  • Able to communicate and interact well with executive level management

  • Software requirements (PC Windows based): Very strong Excel skills

  • Experience with national-level integrated General Ledger software system (Oracle)

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 2-4 years experience in all aspects of accounting

  • Flexible Schedule (days/nights, weekends, and holidays)

THE JOB

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to work with the Venue Management team in Philadelphia, PA. This position exercises overall responsibility for facility operations and physical plant, partnering with the leadership team in the market. This is an exempt role reporting to the General Manager.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations and maintenance, including but not limited to, front of house operations, preventive maintenance, third party contracting, limited governmental relationships, staffing, and ongoing venue set-up and tear-down

  • Must ensure that all outstanding tasks are handled either personally or through delegation to other staff members when appropriate

  • Recruits, hires, trains and supervises part-time staff/supervisors of multiple departments including but not limited to: Security, Maintenance, Cleaning and Usher/Ticket Taker

  • Develops and oversees overhead expense budgets for repairs and maintenance and venue supply expenses

  • Works with General Manager, to assist in the preparation of annual operations budget

  • Maintains and monitors records of all incident reports and investigates/manages all pending cases, including interviewing staff or other witnesses and attending arbitration hearings when necessary

  • Ensure optimum operating condition of all facility equipment, such as traffic control and crowd control devices

  • Investigates and resolves guest related complaints

  • Implementation and execution of all Live Nation policies, procedures and programs and ensuring that company standards are maintained

  • Creates and implements effective recruiting programs for seasonal event staff

  • Manages event staff new hire onboarding and training for in-sourced positions as well as ensuring proper onboarding

  • Manages any and all training programs and ongoing development of event staff

  • Commit to providing a safe and enjoyable facility for guests and employees

  • Development and maintenance of municipality relationships including police, fire, rescue, traffic and other departments

  • Coordinate and manage approved subcontractors and third-party vendors to ensure safe, efficient and successful events

  • Effectively manages and approves all payroll for in-house departments

  • Responsible for all required governmental reports and files

  • This position oversees and ensures the execution of all operating department compliance policies and procedures

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Candidate is a proven leader with strong management and communications skills

  • Extensive knowledge of venue operations and facility management is required

  • Minimum two years' experience as House/Operations Manager or a comparable role

  • Experience dealing with police and public officials

  • Along with venue General Manager represent the company and facility in all political and community matters and acts as a liaison with local municipalities

  • Must have demonstrated experience managing multiple departments with a large number of staff- ideally experience managing Security, Ticket Takers and Ushers

  • Computers skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential

THE JOB

We are seeking a Staff Accountant II for the Live Nation Concerts division, a segment of the Live Nation live music business. Position is a blend of transactional and entry-level Accounting. This person must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Prepare event flash reports (P&L's), coordinating with operations team to gather and review relevant support

  • Manage accounting for individual venue revenue and expense accounts

  • Assist Accountants and Manager with account reconciliations or ad hoc requests

  • Reconcile General Ledger accounts and research to ensure accuracy.

  • Prepare and enter month end journal entries.

  • Reconciling Sales system with General Ledger

  • Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures / policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

  • Maintains, controls and reconciles accounts that are basic to moderately complex

  • Prepares daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports and schedules.

  • Review and manage P-Card process and transactions.

  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 1-3 years' comparable work experience
