CUAS Supply Technician
Belong, Connect, Grow with KBR! KBR's Defense Systems Engineering Division is seeking a Supply Technician to support our installation, sustainment, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation, cyber security, networking, and integration support to the Navy's C-UAS Ashore Program in St. Inigoes, MD. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills. The position requires the candidate to work both independently and collaboratively with co-workers and customers. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs material purchasing and inventory control functions.
Performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Work usually is separated by commodity area or function, and controlled in terms of difficulty, complexity, or responsibility. Assignments usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations; or to functions or subjects that are narrow in scope or limited in difficulty.
The work generally involves individual case problems or supply actions.
The supply technician provides inventory & storage management, cataloging, and property utilization in a team environment to perform supply actions and technical problem-solving concerning CUAS systems.
This position requires daily interaction with KBR team members and Government customer representatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma. Citizenship & Clearance: This position requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Experience: (1) one year of supply experience

Material Coordinator
KBR is seeking a Material Coordinator to perform material purchasing and inventory control functions to support our CUAS program in St. Inigoes. This is a full-time, on-site position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs material purchasing and inventory control functions.
Coordinates and expedites flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between divisions IAW production and shipping schedules or Division supervisors' priorities. In this job, the Material Coordinator reviews production schedules and confers with Division supervisors to determine material required or overdue.
Locates material, requisitions material, and establishes delivery sequences to Divisions according to job order priorities and anticipated availability of material. Arranges for in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules. Arranges with Division supervisors for repair and assembly of material and its transportation to various Divisions, and examines material delivered to production Divisions to verify if type specified.
May monitor and control movement of material and parts along conveyor system using a remote-control panel board. May compute the amount of material needed for specific job orders, applying knowledge of product and manufacturing processes and using an adding machine. May compile a report of quantity and type of material on hand. May move or transport material from one Division to another using a hand or industrial truck. May compile perpetual production records in order to locate material in process of production using a manual or computerized system and maintain employee records.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Citizenship & Clearance: Must be a US Citizen. Must be eligible to obtain a D.O.D Secret Clearance. The applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements.
Education: High School diploma.

Logistics Specialist
KBR is proactively seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team supporting various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of C-UAS systems supportability and/or maintainability programs and information systems for the Counter-Unmanned Aerial System (C-UAS) program at St. Inigoes, MD/Webster Field. This is a full-time on-site position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collects, compiles, analyzes, investigates, researches, or applies logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data and information.
Develops, modifies, prepares, or validates documentation in relation to automated logistics or maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems.
May be required to serve as a supervisor to direct report employees.

Software Tester - Job Summary
The successful candidate will be part of the KBR team supporting the Test Resource Management Center's (TRMC) Big Data (BD) and Knowledge Management (KM) Cloud Hybrid Edge-to-Enterprise Evaluation & Test Analysis Suite (CHEETAS) Team working on prototype BD and KM systems for DoD testing Ranges and various acquisition programs. The Software Tester will be responsible for following the existing software testing process for CHEETAS and as workload permits may be utilized for testing of other software tools such as: TENA application testing, Software Certification testing, etc. The successful candidate will work closely with the CHEETAS external development partner team and the BDKM internal team members to support the TRMCs Big Data customers by ensuring that the software being delivered to TRMC has been thoroughly tested and documented. The ideal candidate is adept at creating all required processes, procedures, and relevant documentation artifacts for the following: software testing, configuration management, bug tracking, key performance indicators, test plans, test cases, automated test scripts, standard test methodologies, change request forms, software cyber vulnerability assessment reports, standard operating procedures, etc. Candidates must be self-motivated and capable of working independently with little supervision / direct tasking. The successful candidate will have extensive technical expertise in software testing, server administration / infrastructure configuration such as: Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare, and Linux. Candidates must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams at various levels of experience physically located in every time zone nationwide, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable occasionally providing surge support to assist customers with installation and configuration of the software packages being tested (i.e.: CHEETAS and associated server environments). The right candidate will have a passion for verifying that what we deliver to the DoD test and evaluation analyst end users is bug free and works as expected.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide analytical services and solutions to various DoD testing Ranges and acquisition programs
Ensure that the tools created have went through a robust test plan, have appropriate levels of documentation (whether created by others or by the candidate), and are as bug free as possible
Frequently work with data engineer and software engineer team members and interact with DoD Range analysts end users to discuss requirements, needs, and bugs

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate for this entry/early career position will apply basic technical knowledge to perform simple or routine tasks following detailed instructions; perform such duties as replacing components, wiring circuits, repairing simple electronic equipment; and take test readings using standard instruments such as digital multi-meters, signal generators, semiconductor testers, curve tracers, and oscilloscopes.
Under direct supervision, the Engineering Technician will apply engineering principles in a team environment to perform installation, integration, test and evaluation, and repair and maintenance of Air Traffic Control (ATC) and other ACS systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include determining customer requirements; planning; procurement of materials and services, assigning and directing work for installation; removal of electrical infrastructure; documenting all changes; and maintaining history files on changes made to the infrastructure of the buildings. These responsibilities will also encompass the building Access Control System, Fire Alarm system, and public address system as well as, when necessary, telecommunications and network infrastructure within the facility. This position is also responsible for maintaining and periodically testing the backup UPS and Emergency Power Generation systems and associated switch gear, monitoring performance, and interpreting data to identify potential issues. The selected candidate will maintain the short-range look-ahead plans and discuss cost and impact with the team and customer. Other duties include making recommendations and providing estimates to assist the customer with planning for equipment upgrades and end-of- life equipment replacement. The selected candidate will review the resources and costs required for each project with the customer and secure their approval prior to execution. Similarly, the candidate will provide results and lessons learned reports to the customer following the completion of projects. The candidate is responsible for maintaining communication with specialized vendors, such as high voltage and testing experts, and equipment manufacturers, particularly when the nature of the task exceeds the scope of his/her responsibilities or capabilities.
This position includes supervisory duties. The selected candidate will be responsible for scheduling members of his/her crew for specific tasks and ensuring the assignment of personnel are fully qualified to perform those tasks. KBR maintains and manages Army prepositioned stocks at the Army Field Support Battalion - Charleston (AFSBn-CHS) land site and aboard ship to include all logistics and maintenance operations. The KBR APS-3 Program is managed and executed at Goose Creek in support of the Army's power projection doctrine and resources. The contract provides maintenance of APS-3 stocks (Class II, IIIP, IV, VII, IX) to ensure that unit sets stored aboard marine vessels are configured and maintained at optimal readiness. KBR provides limited maintenance and supply support aboard ship to ensure that equipment sets are maintained in a ready condition for emergency download and issue to operating units at the direction of the US Army. Job Summary

Job Summary
The Motor Vehicle Mechanic repairs, rebuilds, or overhauls major assemblies of internal combustion automobiles, buses, trucks or tractors. Work involves most of the following: Diagnosing the source of trouble and determining the extent of repairs required; removal and replacement of engine or other engine components; removal and replacement of transmissions and transfer cases; repairing fuel injection issues, lighting, and ignition systems and various other electrical issues as diagnosed. In general, the work of the Motor Vehicle Mechanic requires rounded training and experience usually acquired through a formal apprenticeship or equivalent. This position requires computer literacy.
This Emergency Essential (EE) position is in the KBR Shipboard Department for the APS-03 program, located on the Goose Creek Naval Weapons Station, Joint Base Charleston.
Roles and Responsibilities

Update maintenance records and documentation in accordance with government regulations and local policies.
Properly use, store, account for, and dispose of hazardous materials and waste used and generated in the performance of duties.
Perform movement of materiel and assets with forklifts and dollies.
Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and procedures for handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
Upon notification from the government, deploys to support issuing or receipt of equipment to gaining activity.
Perform other duties as assigned.
At times be eligible for uplifts: 10% after completion of deployment requirements and 4% upon boarding the ship.

You will join the Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) team working on innovative technologies to maintain air and sea superiority in support of the Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) programs. You'll support these efforts by performing electromagnetic interference (EMI) / electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) task efforts, which are segments of larger-scale projects/programs .
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Study, review, and evaluate new or modified aircraft, complex avionics systems, communications equipment, sub-systems, and components and make assessments regarding the electromagnetic integrity.
Independently determine electromagnetic environmental effects design requirements for new or modified avionics and systems. Assists EMI/EMC ground testing, flight-testing, and test program management.
Review electronic systems' circuit-level, board-level, box-level, and system-level design to ensure E3-related best practices are implemented. Advise avionics engineers on electromagnetic compatibility requirements and design approach. Perform risk analysis of electromagnetic environmental effects test results relative to their operational impact and/or to program goals.
Establish E3 test criteria and review test procedures for proper test application. Oversee E3 box-level, ground, and flight-testing for the program office. Support transition of equipment from developmental status to fleet operational status.
Provides E3 support to assigned PMAs and Class Desks for the entire life cycle of the system. PMA Integrated Product Team meetings, design reviews, test planning meetings and Fleet forums to mitigate programmatic and performance risks relative to electromagnetic environmental effects.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Clearance: Secret OR able to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance.
Education: BS or BA degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline from an accredited US College/Institution.
Experience: 7-10 years of experience in an Electromagnetics Engineering position of which at least 3 years involved avionics systems or avionics integration.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience supporting NAS Pax River, Electromagnetic Compatibility Test and Evaluation Branch
