Job Description:

This job is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients as needed. Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Supervisor to join our Corporate Audit team. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing and executing risk-based audits across key areas of Human Resources, Legal, and the Chief Admin Office. You will ensure that internal controls are working effectively and align with regulatory standards while providing leadership and guidance to junior audit staff.

This job is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies by managing platform development initiatives from idea creation through deployment. The Risk Management Manager will be a key leader within the Enterprise Issues Management Function, which resides within Global Risk Management.

The Risk Management Manager will be responsible for the evaluation, strategic design, ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the Enterprise Issue Management Quality Assurance Workflow and Monitoring tool.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in workstreams to evaluate, design, and enhance applications and tools to meet the needs of Enterprise Issues Management Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC).

- Serve as Product Owner for QA/QC Workflow Tool will include documenting Roles & Responsibilities, process flows, supporting QRGs and user guides.

- Oversee downstream data feed management including data sharing agreements, new data feeds, updates to existing data feeds ensuring Enterprise Issues data is protected in accordance with GIS requirements.

- Responsible for existing QA/QC Workflow training (including regular updates) and the development of additional training modules as needed to drive maturity.

- Responsible for creating and generating QA Workflow reporting such as QA/QC sample generation, performance, results, health reporting, etc.

- Oversees administrative functions of the QA workflow platform.

- Maintain and develop process level procedures and guidelines for QA workflow platform.

Team Overview

Global Risk Analytics (GRA) and Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) are sub-lines of business within Global Risk Management (GRM). Collectively, they are responsible for developing a consistent and coherent set of models, analytical tools, and tests for effective risk and capital measurement, management and reporting across Bank of America. GRA and EIT partner with the Lines of Business and Enterprise functions to ensure the capabilities it builds address both internal and regulatory requirements, and are responsive to the changing nature of portfolios, economic conditions, and emerging risks. In executing its activities, GRA and EIT drive innovation, process improvement and automation.

The Test Automation team is responsible for developing Regulatory Risk and Compliance testing Automation and this specialist will be required to understand test requirements and data flows and implement corresponding tests in Python. As part of the implementation, the focus will be on the development of modular, re-usable testing algorithms and leveraging machine learning techniques to enable data driven test population identification.

Role Overview:

As an Automation Specialist, main responsibilities will involve:

  • Developing testing automation that provide timely, useful, and actionable independent insight on the operational health of Bank of America's processes.

  • Work closely with process owners in the Front-Line Units and Control Functions (FLUs/CFs) to obtain an understanding of their processes, including underlying data, flows, and controls, and to identify risks to successful execution, so that appropriate testing and monitoring can be developed.

  • The processes to be assessed span across multiple Products, Regulations and Enterprise Processes. The outputs of the methodologies will be used to drive process improvements and timely detection and reporting of errors.

  • The role requires being able to document and verbally explain the intuition and details behind the methodologies in a manner that is clear, concise, and consumable for a broad set of audiences that include key stakeholders across the Bank, as well as auditors and regulators.

  • The Test Tools and Automation specialist will then convert the test requirements into automated tests via Python and SQL. They will also be leveraging machine learning techniques to enable data driven testing approaches.

Global Credit, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Onboarding Operations (GCAOO) delivers credit fulfillment, service and operations of credit offerings, operational accountability for leasing and trade finance solutions; AML monitoring and refresh of client information; Onboarding for global market clients. The GCAOO Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) team provides operational support by monitoring the completion of critical customer due diligence requirements as directed by the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and/or the Financial Crimes Global Standard with coverage extending to horizontal lines of business.

The GCAOO QC/QA team is seeking to strengthen its risk management and infrastructure by focusing on key AML customer due diligence processes that have high risk and significant visibility. The incumbent for this position will be part of the newly created AML QC/QA team that is responsible for implementing the QC/QA strategy across multiple lines of business by deploying enhanced control monitoring and reporting to drive process improvements and oversight. This job is responsible for providing client service support to potentially multiple Financial Advisors (FAs). This job is responsible for defining an architectural vision and solution aligned to the enterprise architecture strategy, technology, and platform choices. Provide leadership and deep technical expertise in all aspects of solution design and application development for specific business environments. Responsibilities:

  • Works with product management and other stakeholders to plan and prioritize technology focused backlog items for the architecture runway to enable business epics/features

  • Performs design and code reviews to ensure all non-functional requirements for a solution are sufficiently met (for example, security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability)

  • Leads rapid shaping of a high level architecture with details filled in with emerging business requirements and ensures architecture is flexible, modular, and designed to adapt easily

  • Educates team members on the technology practices, standardization strategies, and best practices to create innovative solutions

  • Clarifies the architecture and assists with system design for the development teams to support implementation and provides solution options to resolve any architectural impediments

Required Qualifications

  • The Mobile Architect is responsible for driving Architecture of Mobile products and features within Mobile Application development space supporting various business lines across the Bank of America.

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering ,Computer Science ,computer Application ,IT or job related filed required

  • Minimum of 7+ years' experience in Architecture role required .

  • Participates in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables, to include components of the assessment and optimization of system design and review of user requirements.
