QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent and at least one year retail experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities:
Category Management
Develop knowledge of target consumers in order to understand the desired consumer experience. Act as the voice of the consumer, and use knowledge and data to anticipate consumer behavior to assist in the execution of product and category strategies
Initiate product category strategies for each assigned product category. Assist in development and management of category roadmap that outlines the strategic and financial objectives of projects needed to support the overall strategy
Negotiate and implement new programs with domestic vendors for assigned categories.
Assist in the development and implementation of the annual marketing promotional calendar. Analyze and report promotion results
Communicate price changes, new items, and other category information to appropriate internal and external personnel using Flash, Product Memos, I-Site postings, etc
Evaluate pricing while identifying opportunities for profitability based on competition and category goals
Digital Merchandising
Identify keywords and phrases needed to build strong SEO and implement strategic updates designed to increase traffic and drive conversion
Ensure Store Associates are equipped to engage customers with accurate information, specifications, cross references, and images
Partner with the digital marketing team to ensure the customers' path to purchase is seamless and inclusive of any/all search terms related to product and categories
Analysis
Work to review market information for assigned categories and determine success factors for top items.
Assist with analysis of retail/commercial competitive pricing calculating store level margin and competitiveness against defined competitors
Identify and report on top sellers and underperformers within each assigned category
Determine reasons for underperformance and recommend strategies to leverage/increase sales and/or discontinue
Category Expansion
Provide recommendations for new products and categories
Develop key sourcing list for product line extensions, working with Product Management team to ensure timely arrival, accurate costing and successful product introduction
For new product families, manage the new product implementation process from start through initial shipments to stores
Develop product specifications, benchmarks, pricing, etc.
Work with the Sourcing team to monitor/implement New Product/Sourcing Timeline
Ensure new items and updates are accurately entered into the master data system

Device Repair Technician Duties:

Shifts Available:
1st Shift - Monday-Friday 6a-2p
2nd Shift - Sunday-Thursday 2p-10p plus additional $.75/hour shift premium
3rd Shift - Sunday-Thursday 10p-6a plus additional $1.25/hour shift premium
Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment
Read requisitions and orders. Pull items to fill the order
Use electronic scanning device to pick orders and maintain inventory records. Note errors and/or problems
Understand product weights and types to maintain quality and avoid damage and spoilage of products
Pack and crate items in preparation for shipping and distribution
Shipping
Properly stage and assemble completed orders for expedited loading and shipping
Scan and verify accuracy of packages being loaded with order documents to ensure proper piece counts, addresses and complete shipping reports
Follow procedures to wrap orders for shipping stability
If trained and/or certified, use mechanical equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) to load trucks and or storage units
Receiving
Use hand trucks, hoists, conveyors, forklifts (if certified) and other handling equipment to move material from trailers/dock to storage/racking within the facility
Read documents to ensure receipt of correct materials; report any discrepancies and/or damage of inbound materials
Unpack merchandise/materials
General
Follow all safety procedures and rules established in the facility. Wear proper PPE. Steel Toe shoes areREQUIRED.
Keep all work areas clean and free of hazards. Notify supervisor of any safety hazards or damaged products
Actively participate in all safety and other training programs
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
3 months+ warehouse experience
Ability to acquire and wear steel toe shoes during shifts

TheWarehouse Inventory Associateis a key part in maintaining optimum levels of inventory and required materials needed to meet customer delivery requirements. Located at theBatteries PlusNational Distribution Center in Glendale, WI, theWarehouse Inventory Associatewill participate in daily inventory, retrieving products, and be cross-trained to support other departments as needed, including coaching and training.

Open Position on the following shifts:
1st Shift - Monday-Friday 6a-2p
2nd Shift - Sunday-Thursday 2pm-10pm OR Mon/Tues 1p-10p, Wed/Thurs 2p-10p & Fri 2p-8p
3rd Shift - Sunday-Thursday 10p-6a
Responsibilities:
Completes daily physical inventories, cycle counts and receipt audits of warehouse products
Researches and reports inventory discrepancies, investigating overages/shortages and follows up on resolutions
Retrieves products from warehouse locations to assemble finished goods such as repack, damage, inventory adjustments and relabeling
Assists in collecting, building and documenting inventory to Returns to Vendor (RTV)
Documents and reports damaged and outdated product for resolution
Operates forklift and other powered equipment as needed
Sets up pick locations for product
Qualifications:
1+ year of warehouse distribution experience
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete paperwork
Ability to recognize, read and match alpha-numeric location codes, box markings and product covers.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma preferred
Forklift certification preferred, but can be trained onsite
Experience with general inventory processes preferred

Shifts Available:
1st Shift - Monday-Friday 6a-2p
2nd Shift - Sunday-Thursday 2p-10p plus additional $.75/hour shift premium
3rd Shift - Sunday-Thursday 10p-6a plus additional $1.25/hour shift premium
Responsibilities:
Drives sit-down and stand-up forklifts, and other industrial vehicles such as cherry-pickers and automated pallet jacks as needed.
Moves hazardous materials and m aintains a clean work area.
Pallet building and pallet picks.
Stack crates, pallets or other material.
Ensures the safe and efficient movement of goods.
Follows safety regulations and company guidelines.
Checks that loads are centered and properly stacked.
Determines when repairs need to be made on equipment.
Rotates stock so that oldest items are shipped or sold first.
Quality assurance (QA) duties, including reporting product damage and shortages.
Utilizes radio frequency (RF) scanning equipment to track inventory.
Shrink wraps goods or otherwise secures them and prepares them for transport.
Weighs and records weights of products.
Operational Functions
Perform all duties of Warehouse Associate with the ability to flex in/out of Operations (Outbound) as business requires
Driver continual improvement in both specific tasks and the overall warehouse operations.
Ensure all work areas are orderly, clean and free of safety hazards
Reinforce policies and safety rules as necessary
Qualifications:
6 months+ of machinery/equipment experience. Thorough knowledge and understanding of moving products, loaded pallets and equipment safely and securely.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, training audits and procedure manuals
Proficiency in basic math
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 months warehouse experience
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete paperwork
Using company email consistently
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted

Store Manager Qualifications
Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent; Advanced degree in business or retail management preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably within a durable goods setting. Experience must include commercial (outside) sales
Strong oral and written communication skills
