Our locally owned franchise group has 3 Retail sales and customer service locations in New Port Richey, Clearwater and Spring Hill. We will soon be adding more stores and we promote from within. If you like to provide excellent customer service and feel comfortable with sales and customer service we would love to hear from you. We also have future sales management opportunities in our branches as we only promote store sales managers from within so the opportunities are there for those that want it. Store Manager Qualifications

  • Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent; Advanced degree in business or retail management preferred

  • Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably within a durable goods setting. Experience must include commercial (outside) sales

Description:

  • Assist the manager and store associates to achieve sales objectives and to maintain the facility. Develop general store management and operational skills.

    Duties :Operations Management

  • Demonstrate a "customer first" mentality

  • Assist Manager in leading store activities to achieve objectives of the Store's business plan

Batteries Plus Bulbs is looking for a person that is able to repair cell phones, smartphones, tablets, and other devices as needed. In this position you will also p rovide customers with lighting and battery solutions, perform battery tests and installations, and contribute to the overall success of the store. You must be able to lift 60 + lbs. and possess a valid driver's license (required). This is an entry level position. We will provide training for selected candidate.

Associate and Device Repair Technician Duties:

  • Repair cell phones, tablets, battery packs, and other devices as needed

  • Maintain proper inventory

  • Follow all safety rules and regulations; wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • Greet customers, determine needs and answer questions

  • Suggest sell add-on items, participate in retail store and commercial sales activities to achieve sales goals

  • Ask questions to identify potential commercial customers

  • Operate computer/cash register to complete sales transactions

  • Answer phones, ensuring messages are relayed

  • Function as a team player

  • Demonstrate a customer first mentality

Merchandising / Inventory

  • Rotate and stock inventory
