DUTIES

  • Customer Service / Sales

  • Greet customers, determine needs and answer questions

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to gain quick and solid understanding of company's electronic retail and cross reference system

  • Good listening and verbal communication skills with a customer focus

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks to effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines with multiple tasks and projects

  • Ability to calculate simple math, percents, ratios and algebraic expressions and read gauges

  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and or technical experience desired

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred. Required for driving positions

$1,000 Sign On Bonus for All Shifts

Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift - Monday-Friday 6a-2p

  • 2nd Shift - Sunday-Thursday 2p-10p plus additional $.50/hour shift premium

  • 3rd Shift - Sunday-Thursday 10p-6a plus additional $1.25/hour shift premium

    Responsibilities:

    Order Fulfillment

  • Read requisitions and orders. Pull items to fill the order

  • Use electronic scanning device to pick orders and maintain inventory records. Note errors and/or problems

  • Understand product weights and types to maintain quality and avoid damage and spoilage of products

  • Pack and crate items in preparation for shipping and distribution

    Shipping

  • Properly stage and assemble completed orders for expedited loading and shipping

  • Scan and verify accuracy of packages being loaded with order documents to ensure proper piece counts, addresses and complete shipping reports

  • Follow procedures to wrap orders for shipping stability

  • If trained and/or certified, use mechanical equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) to load trucks and or storage units

    Receiving

  • Use hand trucks, hoists, conveyors, forklifts (if certified) and other handling equipment to move material from trailers/dock to storage/racking within the facility

  • Read documents to ensure receipt of correct materials; report any discrepancies and/or damage of inbound materials

  • Unpack merchandise/materials

    General

  • Follow all safety procedures and rules established in the facility. Wear proper PPE. Steel Toe shoes areREQUIRED.

  • Keep all work areas clean and free of hazards. Notify supervisor of any safety hazards or damaged products

    Qualifications:

  • 3 months+ warehouse experience

The Warehouse Supervisor will supervise the shipping of merchandise to our customers and to our 700+ retail store locations across the United States and Puerto Rico.
