Reporting to the ISS Manager the Project Manager is responsible for the generation of full quantity project management estimates to include the requisite materials and labor to satisfy the job scope. This position covers the Warminster, PA and surrounding territory (about a 50-mile radius). The Residential Window Service Technician is responsible for managing his/her own schedule with customers, and enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service, training, and support. The Residential Window Service Technician will work directly with the Regional Sales Manager to make sure customer needs and expectations are met. _DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:_ * Serve customers in the Great Lakes Region of the US with integrity (states of OH, PA, MI, KY, WV, and IN) * Visit regional Window World locations bi-monthly to improve service * Objectively assess and evaluate windows against design and manufacturer specifications.
