This position is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies in support of AMI's Manufacturing organization, for building an HR business partner team to support the Manufacturing leadership team, and for leading site level HR support in the US. The incumbent will directly lead U.S. based plant HR resources and work collaboratively with the Canadian HR team to ensure alignment of objectives and successful execution of key strategies and daily operations.
