Amentum is seeking a Housekeeper located in the Williamsburg area of Virginia. The Housekeeper will be performing house cleaning requirements throughout the facility.
Job Requirements:
Change linens and make beds.
Dust and clean all furniture, picture frames, mirrors, windows, baseboards, carpet edges, inside and outside door panels, door ledges, and thresholds on a weekly basis.
Pull trash from trash receptacles.
Clear trash from tables and floors
Clean and vacuum under beds, desk, gaming tables, and behind nightstands multiple times per week or as needed
Clean and ensure bathtubs/showers, tub ledges, sinks, vanity shelves, toilets, tissue box covers, and soap dishes are spotless, mold, mildew, and dust-free
Sweep and mop all bathroom floors
Dust all lights and sconces, and lampshades
Perform laundry duties as assigned
Notify Supervisor of all quality control issues or needed repairs pertaining to the housekeeping of the facility
For Billeting Rooms Only - Upon departure, clean the inside and outside of the refrigerators and microwaves
Ensure the time on the alarm clock and microwave is accurate.
Set the thermostats at 70 degrees
Assist the Conferencing and Concierge staff as required
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government issued clearance at time of application
Must have valid Drivers license
Physically able to stand, bend, lift for the duration of shift.
Walking, kneeling, bending, and repetitive motion for cleaning surfaces and using cleaning agents.

Amentum is currently seeking a qualified candidate to serve as an Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) in support of the Assistant Program Executive Office Logistics (APEO LOG), Program Executive Office (PEO) Ground Combat Systems (GCS). This position is currently hybrid, typically with one day weekly in the office at the Detroit Arsenal. This arrangement could change based on the requirements of the government client. Other duties may be assigned to support client and contract deliverables.
This position is not yet funded, position contingent upon funding award.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, integrate, and present task-oriented activities (supporting the full acquisition lifecycle of military vehicles) in a comprehensive Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project.
Coordinate with project and product managers to develop detailed Integrated Master Schedules for all activities.
Build and maintain a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Government sources.
Create and present executive-level reports, presentations, and deliverables that reflect risks, opportunities, and status consistent with accepted schedule management techniques and processes.
Provide leadership with schedule status reviews and schedule updates to leadership based on analysis utilizing government approved software and tools.
Provide required support to multiple efforts to include planning, organization, data gathering, analysis, decision making, and problem solving.
Propose processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling.
Provide other operations support for the Product office as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Milestone Professional, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and TEAMs. applications.
Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience directly building and managing program schedules or project schedules, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience directly building and managing program schedules or project schedules, or Masters degree and 3+ years of experience directly building and managing program schedules or project schedules.
Prior military or automotive industry scheduling experience working with Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Stellantis, or other tier 1 automotive supplier.
Ability to talk and interact with people proactively.
Critical thinker.
Program Management (PM) awareness.
Able to move fast and adjust quickly.
Able to multitask.

The Junior Declassification Review Analyst will work at a client site in Springfield, VA to provide support to government clients on a team of Declassification Review Analysts. They will provide initial declassification review recommendations to a Senior Analyst with final declassification determinations by a Government Declassification Review Analyst. If you are an experienced Case Management Analyst seeking a way to positively impact U.S. National Security, Amentum is looking for you to join our existing contract with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA)! We have full time positions supporting TSA's Colorado Springs, CO facility for experienced Case Management Analysts who are excited about supporting TSA's role in supporting members of the public enrolling in TSA programs and those with questions about their interaction with TSA's vetting programs to ensure the Security of the nation's transportation systems.
The successful candidate will bring at least one years' experience managing queues in a call center environment. Work includes identifying, researching, and resolving questions/issues from applicants to TSA security programs including but not limited to the TSA PreCheck, and the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) programs.
Essential duties and responsibilities for the position include the following:
Provide customer relationship management to program applicants including performing and conduct queue management based on cases received for vetting program populations including processing cases, emails, phone calls and develop associated queue reports.
Triage cases/tickets.
Complete case management actions according to customer procedures for various vetting program populations, including assisting in applicant information updates to include uploading documents, responding to inquiries and customer service tickets.
Maintain communication with customers and immediately report any issues or concerns to Program Leads.
Work efficiently in a hybrid role from home/office while staying on task.
Perform customer service tasks (e.g., answering telephone calls, typing, filing, scanning, faxing, copying, & correspondence management).
Respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for TSA application support according to customer procedures.
Document, track, and monitor customer problems to ensure a timely resolution.
Use Microsoft Office suite to perform job duties.
Apply internet skills to perform searches and navigate within web sites and other legal research sites as required.
Apply effective listening, customer service, and problem resolution skills.

The Security Specialist (HSPD-12) provides personnel and administrative support services for the Homeland Security Directive-12 (HSPD-12) offices within DHS Federal Protective Services (FPS), Personnel Security Division (PSD).
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Initiate background investigations.
Manage receipt of security documents submitted from contractor applicants.
Conduct fingerprinting procedures
Initiate contact with personal references, employers of applicants, and appointees for use in pre-employment suitability inquiries.
Verify the appropriate level of background investigation being requested, and ensures all documents required for suitability processing have been completed and included in the individual files.
Operate office equipment (e.g., computers, facsimile machines, copiers, scanners, printers, and phone systems).
Prepare, submit, monitor, and update computer tracking systems concerning appropriate case material.
Serve as a source of reference and guidance for staff members regarding the monitoring and maintenance of case-material.
Provide research and technical support to projects.
Process requests for Personal Verification Cards in accordance with HSPD-12
Review eQIP and forms for completeness, accuracy, and provide technical assistance with applicants
Receives telephone calls and respond to incoming email messages
Additional duties as needed.
Minimum Experience & Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
Relevant experience shall include experience within one or more of the standard securities and/or intelligence fields e.g., technical, physical, information, industrial, personnel and operational security.
Subject matter expertise and hands-on experience in one or more security and/or intelligence discipline and experience implementing complex government security and/or intelligence programs and policies is preferable.
Must be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Shall demonstrate a proficiency in various types of information technology applications, such as Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with ISMS, eQIP, CVS, and/or DISS is preferred, but not required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.

The Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor/ Operations Manager 1 performs organizational level maintenance on assigned Army fixed-wing aircraft (C-12 / UC-35) under contract to Amentum.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitors and maintains documents of all aircraft scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
Plans and coordinates all aircraft inspections (special, conditional, phase, etc.).

Purpose and Scope
Perform a variety of elevator and bridge system engineering assignments in project development, design, operations, installation, and maintenance of systems.

Conduct site visits, experimental investigations and analyze engineering problems, propose solutions and alternatives, and provide recommendations. Verify and comply with engineering documentation standards and test procedures. Amentum is looking for a fully remote Senior Buyer to support a Department of Defense (DoD) contract.
Your ability to negotiate and make quick decisions will be an asset when handling the procurement of materials, components, supplies and/or services for the company in accordance with Procurement procedures, contract requirements and federal acquisition regulations. Responsibilities:
Establishes source of supply, negotiates price, delivery date, terms, and other necessary commitments based upon authorized requisition and complies with company policies and federal regulations.
Manages the procurement process from the development of the Request for Quote through negotiations, and execution of a Purchase Order, while documenting the procurement file in accordance with procurement procedures.
Provides guidance and information to requester that includes communication of procurement actions, or status and assist with special or complex requirements.
Adheres to Procurement procedures to assure follow-up and administration of purchase order and subcontract files. Coordinates requisition requirements with requester.
Provide input to overall procurement strategy and support the development of new capable suppliers. Monitors performance to procurement goals and objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
Performs supplier evaluation and selection for critical and complex procurement requirements.

The Tax Advisory Manager will report to the Tax Advisory Senior Director and will be responsible for assisting with Amentum's tax research, planning, controversy, M&A, transfer pricing, and other special projects. Required Education, Experience, Certificates and Licenses:
Bachelor's Degree in facilities related Engineering discipline or similar field is required. Five additional years related engineering experience will be accepted in lieu of engineering degree.

Expected Skills and Competences:

Primary Responsibilities are:
Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
Ensure all who enter the ASC are approved applicants and visitors while providing both interior and exterior crowd control and assisting the staff in enforcing the rules and policies of the ASCs.
Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and on behalf of the United States Government.

The USMC MQ-9 CLS Mechanic is a highly qualified and skilled aircraft/composite mechanic with experience in structures, hydraulics, engines and avionics using diagrams, blueprints, and publications. The mechanic will directly support the USMC MQ-9 Site Manager while at the same time being available to support hands-on maintenance and leadership/training on an as needed basis.
Position is eligible for a sign on bonus.
Essential Responsibilities:
Inspect and repair power plant malfunctions, including cracked components, oil leaks, etc.
Diagnose malfunctions, isolate causes, and correct breaks.
Test engine operations, use test equipment to locate source of malfunction(s).
Replace/repair damaged components and remove engine/major components from aircraft, using hoist or other lifting devices.
Disassemble and inspect parts for wear, warping, or other defects.
Repair/replace defective engine components and reassemble and install engines in aircraft.
Adjust, repair, or replace instruments, ADP flight controls, electrical/electronics, fuel/oil systems and associated aircraft accessories.
Perform aircraft services to include engine flushing/cleaning, parts lubrication, and required maintenance checks.
May specialize in repair and modification of engines, structural components, precision repair, functional spare parts, and assemblies.
Recommend revisions to maintenance procedures to improve efficiency and ensure quality workmanship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have at least an active Secret US Government clearance with ability to obtain Top-Secret. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Must have High School Diploma or have completed relevant military and/or vocational technical school curriculum.
Minimum of five years of actual Aircraft Mechanic maintenance experience required.
Minimum of two years' experience on MQ-9 aircraft, as Aircraft Mechanic.
Must have advanced knowledge of basic and complex mechanical maintenance and repair.
Must possess advanced knowledge of technical publications related to aircraft mechanical maintenance.
Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting/repair procedures and replacement of components, a thorough knowledge of aircraft sheet metal/structural modification and repair and the ability to determine functionality of non-complex electrical systems.
Must know theory and principles of operation of engines, accessories and components, theory of flight and electronic flight controls, and have an advanced understanding of applicable systems.
Shall have been designated a CDI or Red-X inspector for their applicable specific T/M/S UAS aircraft or equipment employed to inspect.
Shall have previous CDI, CDQAR, Organizational Maintenance experience.
Must be able to inspect and operate ground support and auxiliary equipment.
Must have knowledge of CNAFINST 4790.2 NAMP and DAFI 21-101.
Must achieve a passing grade in all required courses/certifications for continued employment, as needed.
Must be able to lift, carry and/or wear Military Issued Equipment in excess of 50 pounds for extended periods.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
Must have current/active State Issued Driver's License.
Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid flight-line Government Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications:
Top-Secret clearance.
Associate degree in a relevant career field.
Licensed by the FAA as an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic.
Aircraft Mechanic experience within the last 10 years.
Prior experience as a Defense Contractor.
MQ-9 Aircraft Composite Repair / Replacement Experience.
NDI Qualified.
