Must provide performance-oriented training using the TRADOC-approved Program of Instruction (POI). The full spectrum of training includes, but is not limited to: classroom (platform and small group) training; hands-on/practical exercise training; role playing; simulation/virtual training; and field exercise training. Training may be for resident and non-resident training courses and in support of mobile training.
Shall also participate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing revisions of the POIs, Lesson Plans and Training Support Packages (TSPs) to remedy any deficiencies or shortcomings identified during the preparation for and conduct of instruction. Conduct of instruction shall also be in support of specialized training requirements or the training of new systems.
REQUIRED
Must have 6 years of MOS operational experience as a 35M or 351M (or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service or other U.S. Government agency) conducting HUMINT operations in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten years.
Must have received an Honorable discharge from military service.
Must have completed a military leadership course (i.e. ALC, SLC, WOBC, WOAC, MIOBC, or MICCC).
Bachelor's Degree. Four years additional experience may be substituted, provided experience directly related to the position description.
Minimum of an Interim Secret or Secret clearance required.
Experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to 35M intelligence operations is required
PREFERRED
Previously completed Common Faculty Development Program - Instructor Course (CFDP-IC) and Small Group Instructor Training Course (SGITC) or DOD/Service equivalent program certifications.
If instructor applicant does not possess these qualifications, the applicant must be able to pass the requisite USAICoE-provided courses on the first iteration of classes made available by the government and maintain such certifications throughout duration of employment.
Instructor Certification requirements as specified in TRADOC Regulation (TR) 350-70 and AETCI 36-2202 and as supplemented in local regulatory policies.
Current experience related to current MI doctrine, recent (draft) changes and fielding of the Army Field Manuals, Army Regulations and Department of Defense Directives (DoDD) relating to Intelligence Operations.
This is a business development position in support of INDOPACOM and is contingent upon award.
Supervises the team providing simulated effects and indirect fire marking during combat training center rotations. Works with exercise planners to develop a synchronized master scenario effects plan. In coordination with the Fire Support cell, manages the planning, preparation, and training of the effects team. During exercise execution, manages the team that coordinates and provides 24-hour effects at specified locations including simulators, training devices, and pyrotechnics, enables Operations Group (OPSGRP) to provide battlefield effects and firemarking to set the conditions for units to train to standard.
JOURNEYMAN: A Journeyman labor category has 3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. A Journeyman labor category typically performs all functional duties independently.

Physical Requirements of Position: Position will require heavy use of computing systems, PC or laptop. Phone use, Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position requires typing, and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, included but not limited to: bending, reaching, turning, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May require climbing, working at heights and in small spaces. Must be able to sit, stoop, kneel or crouch for long periods of time. Work in noisy areas with hotter and colder temperature than standard office environmental conditions. Lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distances may be required. May require travel to other sites.
Work Environment: Generally an office. An inside environment may be a cubicle (considerations: close quarters, low to moderate noise, bright or dim lighting). Needs to be able to work well with co-workers, customer, and all levels of management. No hazards on job or unusual environmental conditions. Limited travel will be required, up to 10% of the time.
Equipment and Machines: Ability to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, printer, copy machine, telephone, and other equipment including desk supplies and other work-related tools as required.
Attendance: Regular hours will be Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Regular attendance of scheduled hours is extremely important, but not critical, except for deadlines and meetings. Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines. Must exhibit flexibility of work hours to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements.
Other Essential Functions: Must demonstrate professional behavior at all times when dealing with customers, management, and co-workers. Must have clear, concise, and accurate communications skills in English, both verbal and written. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk to employees or others. Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner. Independent personal transportation to office or work site is required. Travel to and from customer's locations and the test fields may be required to support projects. This may involve airline travel. In some cases, accommodations can possibly be made for POV, if necessary. When operating any vehicle for work purposes, must wear seat belt and in addition, no cellular devices are to be used when vehicle is in motion. Must take and pass a drug test and background check. Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation. Must be able to interface effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Must be willing to travel as needed.
The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Principle Analyst
IT SME support is requested for the Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) G3's Army Trojan Management Office (ATMO)-Army Trojan Watch (ATW). The ATW gathers mission requirements, identifies, and determines Trojan issues and provides analytical and sustainable solutions to meet the warfighter's need.
The mission of the ATW is to provide staff and management coordination of issues for NexGen, SPIRIT, and SPIRIT LITE systems, and other configurations that are enabled by Trojan terminals. The ATW Analyst must be able to identify and transpose requirements into executable instructions for various technical teams, complete milestones, maintain project/task level documentation, monitor project/task timelines to ensure deadlines are met. The ATW Analyst must maintain clear and concise communication with resources/personnel across a matrixed organization. The individual will also perform strategic tasks based on information gathered on day-to-day operations aimed at improving processes associated with achieving the desired outcome. The individual will need to collaborate closely with the Headquarters/Unit staff elements, Actions officers, and assigned Project Managers as well as other staff personnel to complete and accomplished the assigned task.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
The Principle Analyst will act as liaison with the responsibility to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships, facilitates communications, and coordinates activities among G3 other INSCOM stakeholders. The analyst is a G3 ATMO representative that streamlines operational support and handles communications, coordination efforts, and incident response, and conflict resolution. The Analyst is primarily responsible for deriving G3 Trojan requirements. The Principle Analyst will perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environments, and must be willing to take initiative to proactively solve conflicts and address issues. Principle Analyst duties include the following:
Gather G3 ATMO Trojan requirements derived from engagements with stakeholders.
Assignment as the G3 ATMO in multiple Trojan Operation Planning Teams (OPTs), Working Groups, and other recurring meetings.
Coordinate Trojan project/task meetings with stakeholders as needed (Unit/Field personnel, assigned region PM, Engineering personnel, Supply Chain, incl Logistics).
Trojan project/task milestone tracking. Ex: engineering, approvals, supply chain, field installation.
Act as an action officer for derived requirements.
Analyze the disposition the specific issues or root cause of project/task delays.
Facilitates meetings and cooperation among people, directorates, and organizations.
Identifies problems in communications among these groups.
Conduct after action when an incident is wrapped up.
Prioritize work by considering its risk, importance, urgency, and potential business, organizational, and client implications.
Knowledge of DoD policies and procedures.
Draft, write and edit reports, briefs, correspondence, and other documents.

The NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC) High Pressure Air System originates at the Compressor Station and consists of the West Area High Pressure Air System and the East Area High Pressure Air Distribution and Storage. The West Area High Pressure Air System is comprised of three (3) major subsystems integrated such as to operate as one large and flexible air supply system: Air Compression (three 6000 psi compressors), Air Storage (two bottle farms), and Air Distribution across the Center. The East Area High Pressure Air System supplies a maximum pressure of 2400 psi to the East Area facilities.
Responsibilities:
The Facility Safety Head (FSH) is responsible for ensuring that the Compressor Station and air distribution equipment and systems are operated safely by trained and certified personnel using approved procedures and methods. The FSH will undergo a training and certification program consisting of four phases - each phase will consist of reading/learning written materials pertaining to LaRC rules, guidelines, and procedures, review and understand high pressure air generation and distribution systems and processes, understand user needs at distribution facility interfaces, become familiar with support resources from across the Center, and demonstrate practical knowledge of knowledge learned. The FSH will complete board reviews with a review panel that will evaluate the candidate for readiness to take on the role of FSH.
FSH duties include, but are not limited to:
- Review and approve proposed modifications to compressor station and air distribution systems.
- Review and approve proposed modifications to facility/system drawings, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions.
- Ensure facility drawings, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions are maintained under configuration control.
- Participate in the test life cycle from test inception, test planning and reviews, model installation into the test section, testing, and model removal from the test section.
- Represent the Compressor Station as the authoritative source for planning, organizing, directing, and implementing system safety requirements.
- Evaluate, coordinate, monitor, and accomplish engineering systems safety analyses to support facility operations, maintenance, repair, and upgrade/enhancement.
- Provide control of safety interlock systems.
- Identify and resolve safety issues. Ensure mitigations and controls are identified and implemented.
- Promptly and clearly inform management of cases where abnormally high risks are identified.
- Ensure personnel are properly trained and certified through accepted training programs.
- Maintain the personnel training records in the Facility Resume.
- Maintain the information and records contained in the Facility Resume.
- Review the work proposals for maintenance activities or new construction by CMOE and outside contractors. Ensure the work plans properly identify the hazards and include the proper mitigations and controls.

Instructor Certification requirements as specified in TRADOC Regulation (TR) 350-70 and AETCI 36-2202 and as supplemented in local regulatory policies.
Current experience related to current MI doctrine, recent (draft) changes and fielding of the Army Field Manuals, Army Regulations and Department of Defense Directives (DoDD) relating to Intelligence Operations.
This is a business development position in support of INDOPACOM and is contingent upon award.

Support finding mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and introducing leading-edge technologies. Design and implement effective AI solution architecture utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods.
JOURNEYMAN : A Journeyman labor category has 3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. A Journeyman labor category typically performs all functional duties independently.

Physical Requirements of Position: Position will require heavy use of computing systems, PC or laptop. Phone use, Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position requires typing, and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, included but not limited to: bending, reaching, turning, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May require climbing, working at heights and in small spaces. Must be able to sit, stoop, kneel or crouch for long periods of time. Work in noisy areas with hotter and colder temperature than standard office environmental conditions. Lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distances may be required. May require travel to other sites.
Work Environment: Generally an office. An inside environment may be a cubicle (considerations: close quarters, low to moderate noise, bright or dim lighting). Needs to be able to work well with co-workers, customer, and all levels of management. No hazards on job or unusual environmental conditions. Limited travel will be required, up to 10% of the time.
Equipment and Machines: Ability to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, printer, copy machine, telephone, and other equipment including desk supplies and other work-related tools as required.
Attendance: Regular hours will be Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Regular attendance of scheduled hours is extremely important, but not critical, except for deadlines and meetings. Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines. Must exhibit flexibility of work hours to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements.
Other Essential Functions: Must demonstrate professional behavior at all times when dealing with customers, management, and co-workers. Must have clear, concise, and accurate communications skills in English, both verbal and written. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk to employees or others. Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner. Independent personal transportation to office or work site is required. Travel to and from customer's locations and the test fields may be required to support projects. This may involve airline travel. In some cases, accommodations can possibly be made for POV, if necessary. When operating any vehicle for work purposes, must wear seat belt and in addition, no cellular devices are to be used when vehicle is in motion. Must take and pass a drug test and background check. Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation. Must be able to interface effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Must be willing to travel as needed.
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
