The US ADC Security team is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong SQL skills to define and standardize reporting mechanisms that currently vary or do not exist. This position will be responsible for working with the team to build reports and data visualizations that will drive insights into root causes of defects in security processes and help the process evolve through data driven decision making.

Key job responsibilities

  • Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format

  • Identify process and system improvement opportunities by monitoring existent metrics, analyzing data and partnering with internal teams

  • Design and develop automated reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional or military experience
