About the Role:
As a CBRE Program Consultant, you will be responsible for program management services within an assigned market or client account to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Work with key stakeholders to create timelines, goals, and deliverables of the project. Develop recommendations and implement organizational processes and procedures.
Review business requirements and other documentation from multiple sources to identify and resolve cross-initiative dependencies and ensure consistency of approach.
Guide small to medium cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using a formal process.
Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline. Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated.
Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
Collaborate with the core team to develop solutions and manage the project team through implementation and completion.
Present routine reports, including status reports and updated Gantt charts.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams
Work within broad guidelines and policies.

What You'll Need:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP or CMM preferred.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $125,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.

The Financial Consulting Group (FCG) of CBRE is seeking a financial analyst to be a part of the premier capital markets investment sales team in Dallas, TX specializing in the sale of Office property. This position will play an integral role in assignments ranging from one-off asset sales to the sale of portfolios with responsibilities that go beyond the financial aspects of the deal involving all phases of the sales process.

What You'll Do:
Underwrite assets for sale using Argus and Excel.
Analyze, review, and interpret real estate source documents, including operating statements, rent rolls, leases, and other due diligence material.
Research market conditions in support of financial underwriting assumptions.
Compile and present the results of analyses and effectively address questions.
Identify critical property level financial issues and make recommendations.
Developing disposition strategies in conjunction with team members and clients.
Communicate directly with capital markets professionals, asset managers, leasing brokers, property managers and clients.
Coordinate collection of due diligence material and assist with the closing process.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Strong understanding of financial concepts (i.e, Discounted Cash Flow, IRR, NPV, etc.)
Ability to review, analyze and interpret source documents, including leases, operating statements, budgets, etc.
Intermediate-level Excel skills.
Must demonstrate an aptitude for building and understanding financial models.
Experience in the valuation of income-producing properties is a plus, but not mandatory.
Intellectual curiosity with a demonstrated enthusiasm for the commercial real estate industry.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills in combination with outstanding communication skills (both oral and written).
Self-starter withsharp focus on details with an awareness of the bigger picture.

About the Role
The Mechatronics and Robotics Apprenticeship program offers an extensive paid training in the Maintenance Technical field. Participants seeking an exciting career as a Maintenance or Controls Technician gain valuable skills through a combination of 12 weeks of classroom instruction and on-the-job learning that prepares them to join our account for a world-class leader.
What You'll Do
Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all material handling equipment, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
Track and store department inventory.
Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
What You'll Need
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Ability to attend a 12-week in person paid training at a designated training provider.
Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

About the Role
The Mechatronics and Robotics Apprenticeship program offers an extensive paid training in the Maintenance Technical field. Participants seeking an exciting career as a Maintenance or Controls Technician gain valuable skills through a combination of 12 weeks of classroom instruction and on-the-job learning that prepares them to join our account for a world-class leader.
What You'll Do
Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all material handling equipment, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
Track and store department inventory.
Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
What You'll Need
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Ability to attend a 12-week in person paid training at a designated training provider.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You'll Do:
Oversee maintenance and repairs to the mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility to keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.
Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed to complete the repair and maintain inventory of adequate supplies and tools.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life; oversee repairs and emergency maintenance as needed.
Review inspections of building and industrial systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure the operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by the client.
Oversee compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.
Work within broad guidelines and policies.

What You'll Need:
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver's license required. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

About the role!
As a CBRE Laboratory Instrument Services Sr. Technician, you will calibrate, maintain, and complete the major repairs of scientific instrumentation.
This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.
What you'll do
Take apart, examine, clean, fix, calibrate, check, and take care of lab instrumentation, systems, and controls.
Operate test equipment including multimeters and tachometers. Testing/measuring includes but not limited to humidity, temperature, CO2, and O2.
Coordinate the removal of equipment requiring extensive repairs during scheduled maintenance periods.
Troubleshoot, service or resolve problems while performing unscheduled work.
Record and report abnormal functions or out-of-tolerance conditions of equipment. If needed, start corrective action and documentation.
Review and document daily records of inspections, maintenance activity, repairs, and other work performed.
Coordinate with external contractors on repairs covered by maintenance agreements. Communicate with customer staff and outside contractors about the calibration, repair, and operation of equipment.
Locate part sources, estimate costs, and prepare requisitions.
Track instrument and part reliability; make alternate service, supplier, and parts recommendations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Project Manager position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Project Manager position is $115,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
