You will get to use your systems knowledge to support the operations of a complex, multi-faceted Financial and Acquisitions System supporting our DoD Customer execute their vital mission. We have been supporting our customer for over 20 years with the implementation of a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Financial System, Momentum. We continue to develop and implement exciting and complex solutions to support the evolving needs of our customers.

What You'll Get to Do:

You will work as a member of the Sustainment Functional Team, working closely with the end user to provide functional support to the existing financial and acquisition system. In addition, you will assist with troubleshooting issues, identifying the root cause, and documenting solutions for the end user. You will also perform critical system testing to ensure application functionality works correctly to address the customers' needs.

More About the Role:

  • Directly support the end user with reported issues in the financial and acquisition system.

  • Troubleshoot to determine the source of system errors.

  • Replicate the issues, determine the root cause and create and document a workaround/solution (if possible) and communicate it back to the end user.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of customer systems and current Help Desk processes and procedures.

  • Develop test scenarios and documentation. Perform validation testing.

  • Configure system settings based on customer requirements.

  • Find and log system defects using software tools, including steps required to repeat and track defects to closure.

  • Develop subject matter expertise for assigned system components.

You'll Bring these Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizen with a Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance

  • 0 - 2 years of experience implementing or supporting IT systems

  • Ability to obtain CompTIA Security+ Certification within 6 months of joining

  • Experience with IT systems functional analysis, requirements design, test development, and test execution

  • Strong written and oral communications skills

  • Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems

  • Ability and initiative to set goals and execute

  • Self-starter with initiative and aptitude to quickly learn and put new skills to use

  • Willingness to work onsite in a secure facility

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience in troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis

  • Experience with COTS Financial Management or Acquisition Systems.

  • Experience with CGI Momentum software.

  • Experience with DoD Financials.

  • Experience supporting DoD customers.

  • Basic ability to run SQL queries, develop queries and investigate data

What You'll Get to Do:

CACI is seeking a Business Process Consultant to provide process improvement support to Shipyard teams and programs for our government customers. You will support Shipyard and NAVSEA operations to include facilitation, data analytics, portfolio management, and business operations. You will manage communications, customer expectations, and delivery of work products while providing this support.

More About the Role:

  • Facilitate and lead planning, execution, and close-out actions for routine in-person meetings, teleconference meetings, and strategic off-site meetings.

  • Enhance the methods, tools, effectiveness, and outcomes of Shipyard and NAVSEA operations and ensure alignment with corporate initiatives.

  • Support Command strategic and tactical initiatives through portfolio management, action tracking, and return on investment calculation and monitoring.

  • Analyze and assess program activities and initiatives, projected results and actual outcomes, participant engagement, team effectiveness, metrics, and risk factors.

  • Provide tools and methods to aid decision making, program management, and action planning.

  • Support local and corporate Working Groups & Communities of Practice.

  • Physical Demands: Normal demands associated with a Shipyard office environment, including ability to work on a computer for long periods. You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have the ability to obtain a DoD Interim Secret security clearance and subsequent final DoD Secret security clearance.

  • Demonstrated project management and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities:

As a Software Developer supporting the SAFFIRE program you will work in collaboration with other developers and teams to establish an enterprise SOM and CV tool suite for the IC utilizing COTS, FOSS, and GOTS capabilities. You will collaborate on the integration of capabilities from different systems and be a key voice in the design, development, testing and integration. Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active Top Secret or Top Secret SCI, preferably with a recent polygraph

  • 3+ years of experience in software development (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance)

  • Demonstrated experience developing with modern languages such as: Python, Ruby, Clojure, Java, JavaScript, etc.

  • Demonstrated experience integrating multiple applications

  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing software enhancements to mission systems in other Government agencies

Skill Requirements for this role:

The Platform Engineer is a Mid to Senior level Systems engineer that has strong Windows and/or Linux system administration experience. This individual provides support for the overall workload and execution of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) tasks for the platform. The successful candidate has a growth mindset that is willing to learn new related technologies working in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires extended working hours to effectively and efficiently execute some tasks. On days that require extended hours you will have the opportunity to flex your working hours.

More About the Role:

  • Deploying system packages and patches in production and non-production environments

  • Performing system administration tasks with Linux and/or Windows servers

  • Deploys approved release packages and break-fix solutions on in accordance with Configuration, Change, and Release Management policies and procedures.

  • Develops and interprets detailed installation instructions and supporting documentation to affect system design deployments.

  • Provides technical expertise in the areas of system design, installation, configuration, tuning, capacity planning, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.

  • Installing system patches for AWS Cloud servers and applications configuring software, responding to service outages, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting system issues reported by ecosystem stakeholders.

  • Working in Active Directory to manage accounts, domain controllers, and group policies.

  • Working with Infrastructure scrum master to complete backlog activities in a timely manner

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification

  • BA/BS in related career field or minimum 5 years' work experience with the design, installation, administration, and maintenance of Microsoft Windows and/or Linux systems

  • Comfortable with deploying system packages and patches with production and non-production environments.

  • Experience working with Linux and/or Windows servers.

  • Knowledge of AWS and/or Microsoft Windows and/or Linux security best practices

  • Experience working within Scrum and Agile environments.

  • Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a service-oriented mindset

  • Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others.

  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.

  • Experience with enterprise technologies such as Splunk, Amazon Cloud services, and others.

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server technologies, specifically Active Directory

  • Comfortable with the Linux command line scripting

  • GitLab version control

  • Ansible system automation

  • High Availability Proxy

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Scripting Skills such as Python, JavaScript, Bash, and/or PowerShell

  • AWS Automation knowledge

  • Collaboration tools such as Confluence

  • Ticket management within ServiceNow

  • ITIL V4 Foundations
