We have been supporting our customer for over 20 years with the implementation of a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Financial System, Momentum. We continue to develop and implement exciting and complex solutions to support the evolving needs of our customers.

What You'll Get to Do:

You will work as a member of the Sustainment Functional Team, working closely with the end user to provide functional support to the existing financial and acquisition system. In addition, you will assist with troubleshooting issues, identifying the root cause, and documenting solutions for the end user. You will also perform critical system testing to ensure application functionality works correctly to address the customers' needs.

More About the Role:

• Directly support the end user with reported issues in the financial and acquisition system.

• Troubleshoot to determine the source of system errors.

• Replicate the issues, determine the root cause and create and document a workaround/solution (if possible) and communicate it back to the end user.

• Maintain a working knowledge of customer systems and current Help Desk processes and procedures.

• Develop test scenarios and documentation. Perform validation testing.

• Configure system settings based on customer requirements.

• Find and log system defects using software tools, including steps required to repeat and track defects to closure.

• Develop subject matter expertise for assigned system components.

You'll Bring these Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen with a Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance

• 0 - 2 years of experience implementing or supporting IT systems

• Ability to obtain CompTIA Security+ Certification within 6 months of joining

• Experience with IT systems functional analysis, requirements design, test development, and test execution

• Strong written and oral communications skills

• Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems

• Ability and initiative to set goals and execute

• Self-starter with initiative and aptitude to quickly learn and put new skills to use

The Audio Visual/VTC Facilitator is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and troubleshooting hardware, software, computer peripherals, and AV equipment. Assist employees via remote access, phone, or in person. May also mentor or train other Audio Visual/VTC Technicians. Candidates need excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as extensive experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity. The Security Operations Center (SOC) Shift Lead will report directly to the Lead of Defensive Cyber Operations. In addition to the foundational mission requirements as a SOC analyst, the SOC Shift Lead will be the point of accountability for the exact shift to which they are attached. As such, communication with the team and chain-of-command is paramount to ensure problems identified within the mission, staffing, and generally for team morale are mitigated quickly.

The SOC Shift Lead will ensure that personnel on shift execute operations as prescribed in SOPs and work Instructions, and include clarifying verbal direction from leadership. The shift lead should continuously validate that tickets and tasks are fully completed and, if necessary, turn over outstanding tickets to the next shift to complete the individual task as quickly as possible.

The SOC Shift Lead will manage the distribution of tasks as they are assigned to the team. As such, it is expected that there is a general understanding of the skillsets, or skills gaps, for each team member. This is to support the overall identification of training needs, and mentorship, and enable the efforts to create career and training progression paths down to the individual.

The CAGS program is responsible for performing analysis of the full spectrum GEOINT assets by maintaining expertise in all associated tradecraft; including Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR), Electro-Optical (EO), Moving Target Indicator (MTI), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), Overhead Persistent Infra- red (OPIR), Geospatial Information and Services (GI&S), Wide Area Persistent Surveillance (WAPS), geospatial data processing, analysis and modeling, and general intelligence analysis. You will develop, assess, review, analyze, and make recommendations concerning GEOINT capabilities, system requirements, development, personnel, communications, logistics, and other functions deemed necessary by the TTM; ensure Government GEOINT community is kept abreast of emerging technological developments that enhance the Army's ability to leverage GEOINT. Familiarity and expertise with all national, theater, and commercial GEOINT collection assets to include Aerial Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (A-ISR) platforms is required to provide input on GEOINT collection strategies for supported commands/agencies as required, including the effective use and integration of GEOINT in multi-INT collection plans.

The Security Operations Center (SOC) Shift Lead will report directly to the Lead of Defensive Cyber Operations. • Performs tests on electrical, electro-optical, and electro-mechanical equipment using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, bit error rate testers (BERT), signals survey equipment, and other complex and specialized test measurement and diagnostic equipment (TMDE), wire diagrams, logic and signal flow charts, technical manuals, troubleshooting charts, performance aids, schematic, and logic diagrams

• Performs harmonic distortion test, wave ratio measurements, impedance mismatches measurements, reflectometry test, and other distortion tests to isolate faults and take corrective action.

• Repair phase matched and fiber optics cables

• Perform pre and post flight inspections on Guardrail Common Sensor (GRCS) mission equipment and data link

• Conduct Resourcing Repair Parts within an Intelligence Maintenance Support Activity (IMSA)

• Manage a calibration program

• Conduct maintenance training

Qualifications:

• US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance is required. Some positions or assignments may require a Counterintelligence (CI) or full Scope Polygraph, especially those requiring access to TDN2.

• Associates Degree in Electronics or related field from an accredited college/university and four years relevant experience or six years of military or civilian equivalent training in MI Systems Maintenance and Integration.

• Able to maneuver in small spaces and lift 50lbs.

• Provides critical advanced technical knowledge in support of unique security requirements inherent in Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs)operations including sound baffling techniques/equipment and the resolution of compromising electrical currents, as sustainment of high system availability rates.

• Produces classified technical documentation outlining in depth technical findings and recommendations.

• Provides design, emergency non-routine fault isolation of smoke removal systems, fire detection/suppression equipment used exclusively in critical, highly sensitive Military Forces installations.

• Performs system and subsystem diagnostics and scheduling and maintaining complex electronic environmental systems, calibration, and lubrication of unique components and controls that are used to provide and monitor precise environmental conditions within SCIFs housing unique military intelligence equipment, scientific devices, and technologies.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

CACI is seeking a Master HVAC Technician to support our program in support to our mission critical client at Fort Liberty, NC .

What You'll Get to Do:

As the selected candidate, you will, in part, perform inspections on HVAC systems and components (e.g. heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) to evaluate condition, identify necessary repairs and recommend or perform preventive maintenance. • Tracks performance of routine and preventative maintenance to ensure availability of HVAC systems and troubleshoot HVAC/R systems with complex problems and extensive repairs requiring judgement to locate malfunctions.

• Respond to service calls and preventive maintenance inspections and produce reports in writing through computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) regarding malfunctioning/inoperable equipment.

• Responds to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve issues. Diagnoses causes of problems and/or failures in HVAC systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs.

• Install, repair, and maintain large commercial and industrial ventilation, refrigeration, air conditioning (AC), and cooling systems with complex problems and extensive repairs.

• Independently perform recurring work on exhaust fans, boilers, air handlers, pump, motors, air dryers, and other related HVAC equipment but not limited to HVAC control and monitoring systems.

• Installs, modifies, overhauls, repairs, and maintains a variety of complex HVAC equipment air conditioning, air handlers, pumps, motors, valves, heating systems, and associated auxiliary and control equipment.

• Works with engineering or scientific personnel to discuss plans, modifications, and user needs. Reviews available plans, specifications, or drawings; determines the size, shape, and location of equipment.

• Performs design, modification, maintenance and repair of critical environmental and energy support systems and associated highly sensitive state-of-the-art computerized controls and air quality monitoring systems located within US-Only areas of Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs).

• Provides critical advanced technical knowledge in support of unique security requirements inherent in Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs)operations including sound baffling techniques/equipment and the resolution of compromising electrical currents, as sustainment of high system availability rates.

• Produces classified technical documentation outlining in depth technical findings and recommendations.

• Provides design, emergency non-routine fault isolation of smoke removal systems, fire detection/suppression equipment used exclusively in critical, highly sensitive Military Forces installations.
