The Opportunity:

The United States Attorney's Office, Southern District of New York (-SDNY-USAO-) has an immediate opening for a Law Clerk II. This position plays a crucial role in managing and securing the growing volume of electronically stored evidence (-ESI-) coming into SDNY-USAO.

The individual selected for this assignment will track documents for privilege review and review documents for attorney-client and other privileges using multiple review platforms and tools. The Law Clerk II will also draft, organize, and manage privilege review materials.

The Law Clerk II will be asked to upload documents to review platforms. They will coordinate the copying and encryption of datasets as well as prepare documents for production, including Bates numbering.

The Law Clerk II's will assist U.S. Attorney's at the SDNY with troubleshooting technical issues with review platforms and tools, draft and review memos and protocols and communicate directly with case teams regarding privilege review.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the rest of the Electronic Evidence Unit (EEU) ensure the proper maintenance of privilege review materials.

  • Perform complex legal research, prepare draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, and memorandum of law.

  • Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation.

  • Act as a team leader on large projects.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Requires Law degree, or currently attending an ABA-accredited law school, having completed at least two years of study or, an equivalent level of legal training or experience; or an equivalent level of education may be substituted.

  • Additionally, must have at least two years of progressively more responsible experience on litigation support projects or task order related projects including proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys.

  • Sound working knowledge of federal and state court systems, legal procedures, and legal research resources.

  • Requires excellent written and oral communication skills and thorough knowledge of legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw

  • Must have hands-on familiarity with a variety of computer applications, including word processing, databases (such as document review and file management systems), spreadsheets, and imaging.

  • Role also requires hands-on familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources.

Pay Range:

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location.

The Enterprise Program Scheduler is responsible for the task management and Enterprise execution of the Program's site schedulers. Ensures the various site schedulers provide detailed and accurate schedule reports and data sets with short turnaround times and is familiar with work breakdown structures. Develop and manage schedules, aggregates schedules from other contracts, and prepares and explains performance metrics in conjunction with Project Managers. They meet with project teams, change managers, and service integrators, as required, in development of baseline schedules, updates and recovery schedules. The Enterprise Program Scheduler assists the project team in tracking and updating schedules from inception to completion of the project.

Position Responsibilities:

. Routinely monitors and provides awareness of schedule milestones deliverables for all project phases

. Creates, monitors, and analyzes project schedules in accordance with Government standards of best practice

. Organizes, implements, and maintains scheduling management system supporting identified projects and their plans

. Assists to set up tasks and sub tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project contract requirements as scheduled

. Interacts with customer and project staff to schedule work and coordinate assignments

. Maintains and assists with project schedule

. Interacts with project team and task managers to define scope of work to develop and update detailed schedules, cost information, and identification of variances from original plan

. Evaluates project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas

. Analyzes critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around

. Develops and updates weekly short interval schedules working with project managers, engineers, and other Government stakeholders

. Supports stakeholders to maintain timely and effective Change Management processes, procedures, and systems

. Conducts analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules

. Assists teams to develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management informed on program progress

. Identifies and communicates significant schedule risks to staff and management team

. Documents identified project risks, mitigations, and outcomes based on input from teams

Required Qualifications:

. An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph

. Minimum of 2 years of experience with Project Scheduling using Microsoft Project or similar Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) scheduling tool

. Ability to facilitate meeting with Program and Government personnel

. Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure efficient and accurate schedule development and updates.

. Detail oriented

. Extensive knowledge of MS Product Suite (MS Project, Word, Excel, SharePoint)

The Opportunity:

CACI is searching for a dynamic Senior Solution Architect to join our Intelligence Solutions team. Responsibilities:

As a Solution Architect, you'll collaborate with our engineering and operations teams to conceptualize, research, propose, and develop innovative products and services that directly impact our IC customers. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or a related technical discipline

  • 10-12 years of solution architecture or solution development experience

  • Strong professional leadership traits, including experience mentoring, advising, and coaching customer and internal teams.

  • Familiarity of IC, DOD, and commercial enterprise environments

  • 8140 IAT level 2 or 3 cert.

  • Current and TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a CI Poly

Desired:

  • IC or DoD IT service management domain knowledge

  • Cloud and DODAF experience

  • ITIL 4 Foundations certification

  • Working knowledge of SAFe/Agile best practices

  • Experience with cross-domain or multi-domain classification principles and technologies

As an SAP Property/Asset Management Functional Consultant Lead, you will work directly with the Federal client to analyze and decompose complex business requirements and recommend solutions. You will work with both Project Managers and as a member of an Agile team to identify enhancements, document functional specifications, conduct internal testing, and assist with documenting and coordinating end-user acceptance testing. In addition, you will provide on-going end-user O&M support while identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement to improve end user satisfaction.   • Act as the primary point of contact for asset management-related inquiries and issues; interact and communicate with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel.

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with the client's goals and objectives.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, user guides, and training materials.

  • Lead the process to collect and define client requirements.

  • Perform analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements.

  • Produce functional design specifications based on user requirements.

  • Maintain deep knowledge of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) applications (e.g., SAP).

  • Provide Level 3 support of reported incidents.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Significant experience working with, configuring, and performing functional setup of SAP's financial reporting of Real Property Inventory, requires tracking of all real property including purchase, physical inventory, property disposal, and creating, updating, and archiving asset records

  • Willing and able to obtain a NACI Public Trust Clearance (US Citizenship required)
