Join the Global Construction & Infrastructure (GCI) Marketing team as a Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager to hold a pivotal role between our GCI global marketing teams and technical teams to lead strategic development and adoption of digital marketing tactics and processes. This role typically has moderate-expert level expertise in marketing technologies, marketing data, and digital marketing acumen.

What You Will Do:

  • This role will be pivotal in conducting ongoing data analysis across various channels, tactics, and campaigns, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our regional marketing performance. They will provide critical sales funnel insights analysis, identifying opportunities and market share gains, and deliver insights reporting and recommendations.

  • As a subject matter expert for data-driven requests, this individual will unlock valuable data insights and serve as a liaison with enterprise Caterpillar teams. By prioritizing data requests on behalf of the regional marketing communications teams, the Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager will ensure that our marketing strategies are optimized and aligned with our business goals.

  • Develop strategies related to marketing technologies and digital marketing process excellence to improve marketing performance. Lead efforts in developing marketing technology roadmaps based on business requirements and marketing performance measures. Lead creation, analysis and validation of business requirements, translating them into detailed functional requirements and user stories, and defining acceptance criteria and test cases across moderate to complex needs. This includes creating user stories, defining dependencies, impacts and acceptance criteria, and obtaining requirements sign-off from requesting business partners.

  • Consult with marketing teams with the usage of marketing tactics to improve marketing performance to achieve business objectives. Is a deep subject matter expert in the development and delivery of content for marketing technology, marketing data and digital marketing process adoption.

  • Represents the business in marketing technology and/or data planning meetings, road mapping, reveals, and retrospectives. In addition, responsible for creating, maintaining, prioritizing, and communicating the marketing technology backlogs based on business requirements.

  • Leads medium to large projects, with moderate to high complexity related to marketing technology and/or data development and adoption.

What You Have (Basic Qualifications):

  • Degree Requirement - A bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university, preferably in Digital Marketing, along with substantial expertise in relevant work.

  • Communication Effectively - Demonstrated ability to communicate in advanced English with people from other countries.

  • Technical Excellence - Extensive level: expertise in digital marketing data, including Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Sales Cloud, digital ad/media buying and reporting, marketing tactics data, and experience with reporting dashboards such a Looker Studio, Sprout, Salesforce Einstein, Tableau, and familiarity with Snowflake.

  • Digital Marketing - Expert level: ability to lead the digital marketing programs planning and implementation for an organization. Establishes digital marketing best practices and updates them regularly.

  • Relationship Management, Effective Communications and Customer Focus - Extensive level: knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions. Ability to develop engaging and effective communications and relationships with internal and external partners.

  • Creativity - Extensive level: monitors innovations in field and explores usefulness in own function. Maintains balance between innovation and pragmatism.

  • Strategic Thinking - Working knowledge: ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.

Top Candidates Will Have :

  • Knowledge of Construction Industry

  • Previous experience involving ongoing collaboration with dealers and/or customers

  • Experience leading projects or initiatives in a multinational organization in B2B

  • Additional languages a plus (French)

Travel and Location Considerations:

  • The position will require occasional travel.

  • Caterpillar applies a flexible workplace policy (60% office work).

  • Domestic relocation will be offered to Peoria, IL only for those who qualify.

Position available is for 1st Shift Supplemental Material Handler.

Please note that as a supplemental employee, you can be considered for conversion to CAT full time employment after 90 working days, but the company is able to keep you as a supplemental employee for up to 2 years.

STARTING PAY: $20.07 per hour (paid bi-weekly)

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE:

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Safely perform the material handling and warehousing functions required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials equipment and supplies.

  • Operates hand held scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting and order processing.

  • Performs housekeeping functions as required and reports defects and need for repairs.

  • Utilizing reach trucks, sit-down forklifts and order pickers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Work history that reflects continuous employment of at least six months

  • Must be willing to be trained on and operate industrial equipment including lifts that extend up to 40ft off the ground

  • Ability to read/write and interpret documents in English

FUTURE CATERPILLAR EMPLOYEES/TOP CANDIDATES WILL ALSO HAVE:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment

  • Prior experience utilizing heavy equipment

  • Ability to perform a variety of clerical functions and do basic math

  • Good social skills and strong dedication to safety and collaboration

  • Ability to obtain vehicle certification

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes. Infrequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds

  • Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures

  • Walk squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes, with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Must be willing to operate industrial equipment including lifts that extend up to 40ft (all proper training is provided).

Troubleshoot and perform general maintenance on screw machines. May set-up and operate one or more machines to accomplish assigned work. Proceeds on work assignments with a minimum of supervision and/or direction. Must be able to communicate and use tact to instruct and assist operators.

Job Duties:

  • Working from set-up layout, plan set-up and normal operating routine unassisted using prescribed methods.

  • Using a variety of measuring and gauging equipment, perform first piece inspection on all spindles and have verified by other team member.

  • Perform required adjustments and changes in layouts to tooling during new set-up.

  • Obtain required tooling from Tool crib personnel, as necessary.

  • Verify routers and revisions against blueprints prior to machining parts.

  • Load bar stock.

  • Ensure quality of product by first piece inspections, periodically checking parts and charting for statistical process control as required.

  • Perform general and preventative maintenance on tool machines as required and react to malfunctions or notify appropriate personnel to correct.

  • Will be certified in the proper installation and operation of all attachments.

  • Work safely at ALL times and comply with safety regulations regarding the use of protective equipment and devices.Meet or exceed production requirements or contact Facilitator with reason for deviations from standards.

  • Keep work area, equipment, machines, etc., clean and orderly at all times

  • Perform other miscellaneous duties and related functions as directed by Team Lead, Manager or other designated person.

  • Offer suggestions relative to improving productivity, process, safety, work environment, housekeeping, etc.

  • Communicate daily with operators from other shifts as to condition of machines and/or jobs.

  • Notify Team Lead or Manager of shortages of production tools, fixtures, oils, or other related problems.

  • Maintain records relating to production, downtime, work hours, quality, etc.

  • Will perform as a team member with the willingness and attitude to work with others to resolve problems. Must also maintain a good working relationship with others within the operation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficient in shop math, blueprint reading, specifications, charts, tables and a variety of precision measuring instruments

  • Set-up and troubleshooting experience

In this role you will assemble components and perform adjustments on both diesel and natural gas engines. In this role you will assemble components and perform adjustments on both diesel and natural gas engines. You could also perform assembly work in sub-assembly areas directly associated with prime product engine assembly. The Occupational Health Nurse is an advanced nurse generalist applying clinical occupational nursing practices in large high-volume medical clinics, stand-alone focus facility medical stations or administrative office environments. You may be assigned special assignments and to support the local Human Resources department's strategy. You will serve as a highly skilled, autonomous occupational health nurse within the Corporate Medical Department, servicing stakeholders that may include Operations, EH&S, HR organizations, Compensation and Benefits and the Corporate Medical team.

  • Delivery of comprehensive nursing services related to employee illness and injury

  • Function as an autonomous nurse with the ability to respond independently to the majority of clinical situations

This role is for a Senior Design Engineer on the Wheeled Products Hydraulic Installation team focused on Large Mining Trucks. Hydraulic Installation comprises the placement and retention of hydraulic components (pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, etc.) and designing connections between these components to create a fully functional hydraulic system.

As a Wiring Technician , you will wire sub-pans, door devices, and other pertinent power equipment with minimal supervision according to Caterpillar Switchgear Americas (CSA) standards and drawings.

This is a Weekend shift position from 6:00am - 6:00pm Friday - Sunday. Starting pay is $24.11/hr + $1.00 shift differential.

Job Summary:

Set-up, adjust and operate multiple spindle automatic screw machines to perform progressive machining operations on a variety of standardized work having close tolerance and finish requirements. Troubleshoot and perform general maintenance on screw machines. May set-up and operate one or more machines to accomplish assigned work. Proceeds on work assignments with a minimum of supervision and/or direction. Must be able to communicate and use tact to instruct and assist operators.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Working from set-up layout, plan set-up and normal operating routine unassisted using prescribed methods.

  • Using a variety of measuring and gauging equipment, perform first piece inspection on all spindles and have verified by other team member.

  • Perform required adjustments and changes in layouts to tooling during new set-up.

  • Obtain required tooling from Tool crib personnel, as necessary.

  • Verify routers and revisions against blueprints prior to machining parts.

  • Load bar stock.

  • Ensure quality of product by first piece inspections, periodically checking parts and charting for statistical process control as required.

  • Perform general and preventative maintenance on tool machines as required and react to malfunctions or notify appropriate personnel to correct.

  • Will be certified in the proper installation and operation of all attachments.

  • Work safely at ALL times and comply with safety regulations regarding the use of protective equipment and devices.Meet or exceed production requirements or contact Facilitator with reason for deviations from standards.

  • Keep work area, equipment, machines, etc., clean and orderly at all times

  • Perform other miscellaneous duties and related functions as directed by Team Lead, Manager or other designated person.

  • Offer suggestions relative to improving productivity, process, safety, work environment, housekeeping, etc.

  • Communicate daily with operators from other shifts as to condition of machines and/or jobs.
