Job Summary:
SPM Oil & Gas currently has an opening for a field service technician. The Field Service Technician I at SPM Oil & Gas will deliver, install, troubleshoot, test and repair pressure control equipment on customer location. The Field Service Technician I is an entry level position with tasks that are routine and closely supervised.
Pay Starts at $22.00. Can Be Adjusted with Experience. On call periods will be required and overtime is available.
Company Service Trucks will be assigned to employees based on qualifications and business needs.

Assist Field Service Technicians in safe installation, removal, repair and service of equipment on a drilling rig or well site

Maintain SPM Oil and Gas company supplied assets and any other equipment, including site specific equipment, as it relates to company policy
Learn to prepare accurate field service and sales orders
Promote and represent SPM Oil and Gas in field service and sales
Maintain a professional appearance and work attitude at all times
Assist in the pre-check of all equipment and processes prior to starting the job to ensure all equipment is operable and complete
Must have the ability to perform in a team setting
Must be available on 24-hour call to respond to customer needs
Communicate effectively, both verbally and written
This position will require the ability to drive a company issued vehicle

What you will have:
One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be at least 21 years of age
Have a clean driving record, which generally means:

Role Definition
We are looking for an organized, self-starting Leader to join our team as a 3rd Shift Section Manager at LPSD's Fuel Systems Manufacturing Operations, in Pontiac, IL. This role is accountable for providing daily direction and organizational leadership for hourly associates in both Machining and Assembly value streams. As a section manager, you will be leading a group of machinists and assemblers to drive improvements in a very dynamic and exciting work environment. This role, as a section manager, will be accountable for shift-to-shift handovers, will help own value stream budgets, resource allocation, staffing strategies and relentless execution of our PQVC initiatives.
Responsibilities
Creating reports and records of production processes, tools issues performance, and inventory; sharing them with managers and providing suggestions to improve safety, productivity, and quality.
Preparing, maintaining, and updating documentation related to operating procedures and safety and quality standards; ensuring all processes and products meet desired safety and quality standards.
Supervising and directing the daily activities of production lines workers, assigning tasks, ensuring coordination between different teams, ensuring their safety, and monitoring their performance.
Training new hires, managing scheduling and work conflicts, monitoring safety, and promoting internal communication to create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing operations experience
Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.
Breaks tasks into manageable steps that can be incorporated into a personal work plan.

Starting pay for this role is $19.70/hr + $1.00 shift differential.
Job Duties:
Working from blueprint and utilizing standard work procedures, operate screw machines to perform routine machining process.
Using a variety of measuring equipment and gauges, will perform quality checks according to the quality plan ensure the quality of the product produced.
Load bar stock into machines as required or utilize the bar loader.
Utilize Through-Put to ensure an accurate count of parts according to the work order. Meet or exceed production requirements or notify Team Lead or Manager as to the reason for deviation.
Perform all preventative maintenance and safety checks on machines.
Add coolant and lubrication to machine as necessary.
Recognize operating irregularities and machine malfunctions and troubleshoot problems to correct. If necessary, contact Team Lead for assistance.
Perform changes and minor adjustments of all tooling and attachments in the machine.
Maintain cell board to communicate machine issues or related problems.
Work safely at ALL times and comply with safety regulations regarding the use of protective equipment and devices.
Keep work area, equipment, machines, storage areas, etc. clean and orderly at all times.
Communicate daily with operators from other shifts, Team Lead, and Manager as to the condition of machines and or parts within your responsibility.
Maintain records relating to production, downtime, quality, etc.
Offer suggestions relative to improving productivity, process, safety, work environment, housekeeping, etc.
Perform other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as directed by Team Lead, Manager, or other designated person.
Instruct and train assigned operators on work methods, safety procedures, and proper use of equipment.
Must perform as a team member with the willingness and attitude to work with others to resolve problems. Must also maintain good working relationships with others within the organization.
Basic Qualifications:
Requires the use of shop math
Use of blueprint reading
Ability to interpret measuring equipment.

Caterpillar Inc. seeks Autonomy Engineer at its facility located at 14009 Old Galena Rd., Chillicothe, IL 61523. Develop, integrate, or test complex camera and radar systems that meet prioritized requirements for autonomous machine programs focusing on machine and site safety and provide a differentiated product value to our customers. Create a system requirement specification document for the system according to product group use case. Create and manage detailed design in Visio and test documentation. Perform systems verification in a laboratory, and validation activities on various machines at the proving grounds. Create the user stories and bugs in Azure DevOps and assign it to specific teams. Collaborate the camera intrinsic values using MATLAB/open CV. Perform VR analysis using single/multiple cameras based on applications used on different machines to meet ISO requirements. Set up HIL bench and validate the software as per the test plans. Perform ISO regulatory tests for cameras when integrated with display. Travel to proving ground or customer sites for test support when needed. Coordinate camera test coverage, test to requirements, and report test results. Lead design, development, and validation related to G3500 engines through NTI, NPI, and CPI processes
Host design architecture team meetings
Participate in functional spec & QFD development for an NPI program.

Support the development, release, and maintenance of field upgrade kits for G3500 EP product.

Support lab testing through troubleshooting engine issues, coordinating with L3's, and supplying the lab with consumables and replacement parts in a timely manner
Collaborate with other groups (Engineering, Marketing, Purchasing, etc.) as necessary. The L5 integration engineer should communicate as appropriate with the other L3 and L4 teams to make sure that all requirements are understood and that the package is being designed such that it meets the requirements as defined in the functional spec.
Understand customer interface points well & communicate to appropriate L3/L4 teams to ensure proper integration of product.
Track cost status of engine, package and attachments through collaboration with the L3 and L4 teams throughout NPI program to understand cost drivers and where opportunities are to reduce it.
Work to resolve any PPRD issues where ownership is assigned. Update myNPI system to show PPRD status on a regular basis and ensure activities are in program project plan and maintained.
Gather the required TMI data from the appropriate engineering groups and working with the responsible person in the performance group in getting 100% of it entered into TMI by GW6. Responsible for coordinating and obtaining L5 data such as sound testing and CG.
Collaborate with the Customer Service and A&I group to update O&M manuals, A&I guides, parts books, O&O costs, service manuals, etc.
Provide support to the Customer Service group in completing customer installation audits.

Job Summary:
As an Operations Team Member III, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, counts, verifying materials and shipments, accessing computers to update information, as well as point-to-point movement of materials in support of assembly operations.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Work closely with production team to ensure they have the right parts, at the right time in the correct location
Run a variety of reports in SAP to track material needs, kit available material, and identify material not allocated to an order
Complete cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy in all material transactions
Receive and ship materials, process material movements using SAP software. Visually inspect all incoming material and equipment, verifying all items are received and are in good condition.
Ensure shipping weights and dimensions are accurate on all records

Responsible for training for other Material Handlers

The Senior Manager of Total Rewards with responsibility for Executive Compensation provides Total Rewards services to internal customers in support of executive compensation programs, including all aspects of equity compensation (annual grants, special equity awards, employee stock purchasing plans). The role acts as the primary contact and liaison for all officers and Board of Director members who participate in the company's long-term incentive plan. The role manages a team of Total Rewards Partners, leads projects and solves complex Total Reward challenges.
What You Will Do:
Ensure the Executive Compensation programs enhance our ability to recruit and retain employees
Review and propose adjustments, updates, and enhancements to existing programs aspects to ensure the achievement of a competitive market position, regulatory compliance, and alignment with our business and talent objectives
Lead the design and implementation of equity compensation programs including project management, communication, change management and vendor management
Review development and implementation of equity education programs providing participants with a strong understanding of equity plans, their individual awards, and the tools available to them
Lead internal team(s) to ensure delivery of Executive Compensation programs, processes, and services, ensures compliance with company or legal requirements and securely manages employee data
Manages external vendors, including the equity compensation administrator, ensuring delivery of service and operational metrics

Role Summary
The Product Support Manager leads the global product support team for motor graders providing in-depth technical support, problem solving and quality implementation efforts. This role covers the entire construction and mining product line for motor graders including support for past and current products as well as field follow for NPI programs.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field and Five (5) years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Design Engineer, or related occupation in the field of developing performance, controls, or simulations of heavy-duty diesel, spark-ignited, dual fuel engines with aftertreatment.
