What you will do:

As a paint technician, you will operate powder coat, paint, or other equipment to apply industrial powder coat or paint on metals or products according to the specified work order and other duties as assigned. You must follow required safety procedures at all times. You may work in the areas of shot blast operator, powder painter, caulker, blow off operator, loader/unloader, masker/demasker and pre-inspector.

As a Pre-Treat Process Technician, you will be responsible for our Paint Pre-treatment and Wastewater process. This includes neutralizing mixed acids coming from our manufacturing process for discharge permits. You will gain experience working on ultra-pure water generation equipment to include pre-treatment equipment, reverse osmosis, supply ultra-pure water for our manufacturing processes. You will also gain experience on recovering and recycling process waste using multimedia and carbon filters along with reverse osmosis systems to help us meet our sustainability goals.

As a Paint Forklift Operator, you will locate and move products within our paint department.
