What you will do:

As a paint technician, you will operate powder coat, paint, or other equipment to apply industrial powder coat or paint on metals or products according to the specified work order and other duties as assigned. You must follow required safety procedures at all times. You may work in the areas of shot blast operator, powder painter, caulker, blow off operator, loader/unloader, masker/demasker and pre-inspector.

3rd Shift: $18.80/hour (includes 8% night shift premium)

What you will do:

As a Pre-Treat Process Technician, you will be responsible for our Paint Pre-treatment and Wastewater process. This includes neutralizing mixed acids coming from our manufacturing process for discharge permits. You will gain experience working on ultra-pure water generation equipment to include pre-treatment equipment, reverse osmosis, supply ultra-pure water for our manufacturing processes. You will also gain experience on recovering and recycling process waste using multimedia and carbon filters along with reverse osmosis systems to help us meet our sustainability goals.

What you will do:

As a Paint Forklift Operator, you will locate and move products within our paint department. You will report safety hazards in the workplace, inspect and perform regular maintenance to the forklift equipment, use RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory, follow standard work, participate in continuous improvement idea reporting and waste elimination, investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, identify damaged material and report shortages or quality deficiencies and ensure grief processes and procedures are updated and communicated.

• Prior sit-down forklift experience OR a current Caterpillar Sanford forklift license

Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):

• Must be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes

. Supervise and direct the daily activities of production lines workers, assigning tasks, ensuring coordination between different teams, ensuring their safety and monitoring their performance.

. Train new hires, manage scheduling and work conflicts, monitor safety, and promote internal communication to create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

. Partner cross-functionally with other departments to prepare, maintain, and update documentation related to operating procedures, safety and quality standards.

. Collaborate with other Production Managers in continuous improvement project for the facility.

. Talent Management : Knowledge of human resources and talent management processes; ability to lead, motivate, evaluate, and reward employees at the workplace .

Role Definition

Evaluates commercial loan requests by reviewing applications for completeness and then managing the input of information timely in order to approve or deny loan applications.

- Reviews the credit application data, credit request for reinstatement, credit limit increase request and confirms customer is active with the Secretary of State and clears the customer through Bridger Insight.
