Job Summary:

At Caterpillar's Denison, TX Facility, we manufacture and assemble Surface Rock Drills. In this role as a Rotary Drill Product Value Stream Manager, you will report to the Vice President Product Management and will be primarily responsible for the machine life cycle value chain for the Rotary Drill product within the Tracked Products organization. As a member of the Tracked Products team, you will need to have a growth mindset, promote continuous improvement, and help build a defect-free culture. What you will do:

  • Gathering and analyzing client requirements and market trends; using this knowledge and technical expertise to develop the product strategy and objectives.

  • Overseeing the design, development, production, testing, and delivery of manufacturing products; ensuring they adhere to quality standards and other requirements.

  • Leveraging LEAN to drive quality at every step of the product introduction process and value chain including: monitoring design effectiveness, cost reliability, identifying problem areas, product enhancements and manufacturing readiness.

  • Collaborating across the end-to-end value chain (external & internal suppliers, facilities, transportation, supply chain, services and solutions) to support the customer throughout the product life cycle.

About The Role

The IT Development Program (ITDP) provides program participants with the opportunity to advance their technical and leadership skills through challenging assignments across multiple areas of the business. Each ITDP participant has a unique program experience with the possibility of working on different teams in varied worksites over a three-year period. This allows program participants to diversify their technical skills and build their professional network.

In addition, the ITDP allows participants to learn from Caterpillar technical leaders and experts in a variety of team dynamics.   • Analyze and investigate shop problems and follow-up on recommendations

Risk & Compliance Consultant for Building Constructions Products (BCP)

The Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a Risk & Compliance Consultant supporting the Building Constructions Products Division within Construction Industries (CI). In this role, you will manage the audit lifecycle activities for risk-based audits, work with the BCP facilities on pre-audit readiness, assist with providing communications and instructor-led learning and engagement events, and act as the trade compliance subject matter expert in partnership with the Trade COE. You will work closely with leaders within the business as well as the CI segment and others within the compliance community.

The Occupational Health Nurse is an advanced nurse generalist applying clinical occupational nursing practices in large high-volume medical clinics, stand-alone focus facility medical stations or administrative office environments. What You Have:

Our Caterpillar Remanufacturing Division currently has an opening for an Assembly I position located in the Corinth, MS facility . This position will include basic assembly operations with processes that are repetitive with minimal complexity and variation.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work in a fast-paced, safety and quality focused team environment to perform various assembly processes.

  • Knowledge and adherence to contamination control guidelines,

  • Will require print reading skills and quality checks, as defined by standard work.

  • Will use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, gages, hoists, presses, and other tools as necessary.

  • hoists, presses, and other tools as necessary.

  • Will be required to follow production schedules

  • Will be required to utilize various computer systems including MES, BIQ, Pinpoint and Epix to reference work instructions, prints and perform data entry

  • May require utilizing overhead cranes/hoists, and/or electric pallet jack to move parts in and out of area.

  • All operators will adhere to Built in Safety guidelines.

  • Operator should have attention to detail and be self-motivated.

  • Operator is expected to cross train in other areas of operations to provide flexibility.

  • Candidate will work in an environment without close supervision.

  • Cross training in other positions within Salary Grade 1 may be required based upon basic qualifications and physical requirements being met. Those position could include: Cleaning 1, Disassembly 1 and Logistics 1

Basic Qualifications:

  • Basic computer experience (ability to read standard work documents and enter data)

  • Required to read/write and interpret documents.

Top Candidates will also have:

  • Prior use of hoists.

  • Knowledge of engines and components.

  • Experience with assembly /disassembly tooling (hand tools, air tools, pneumatic tools, etc)

Physical Requirements:

  • Job may be physically demanding at times and must be able to handle high volume fast paced operation.

  • May walk, squat and bend for intervals of 15-30 minutes

  • Must be able to wear proper PPE.

  • May be required to lift/push/pull heavy parts up to 30 lbs. multiple times per shift.

  • Must be able to stand for up to 10+ hours per shift.

Internship Program Details:

About The Role:

Accounting Professionals Program, you will have the opportunity to progress through a variety of staff and supervisory assignments including financial statement preparation and analysis, product costing, inventory accounting, tax, auditing, budgeting, and forecasting. You can focus on building technical abilities in roles including (but not limited to):

Applications Engineering - Interns will be emersed in designing and rapidly developing consistent customer-centric, premium digital experiences. This includes product development, mobile and service applications, eCommerce and digital marketing, etc.

Digital Platform - Interns will work to help simplify enterprise digital infrastructure, accelerate application development, ensuring greater data availability, quality and security. Teams include but are not limited to digital data and artificial intelligence, telematics gateway and datahub, DevOps and Cybersecurity.

Data Analytics - Interns will apply analytics techniques on a very large set of diverse data from IoT connected assets, anomaly detection, business analytics, data visualization, and business marketing analytics. The Data Analytics interns contribute to the analytics project teams tasked with solving problems of medium to high complexity working in an analytics approach, related digital technology, or business domain.

Digital Business Analyst - Interns work with internal and external customers by creating, analyzing and validating business requirements, translating them into detailed functional requirements and user stories, and defining acceptance criteria and test cases.

Compensation and Benefits:

Applications Engineering - Interns will be emersed in designing and rapidly developing consistent customer-centric, premium digital experiences. This includes product development, mobile and service applications, eCommerce and digital marketing, etc.

Digital Platform - Interns will work to help simplify enterprise digital infrastructure, accelerate application development, ensuring greater data availability, quality and security. Teams include but are not limited to digital data and artificial intelligence, telematics gateway and datahub, DevOps and Cybersecurity.

Data Analytics - Interns will apply analytics techniques on a very large set of diverse data from IoT connected assets, anomaly detection, business analytics, data visualization, and business marketing analytics. The Data Analytics interns contribute to the analytics project teams tasked with solving problems of medium to high complexity working in an analytics approach, related digital technology, or business domain.

Digital Business Analyst - Interns work with internal and external customers by creating, analyzing and validating business requirements, translating them into detailed functional requirements and user stories, and defining acceptance criteria and test cases.

Dealer & Customer Support - Interns will help drive deployment and support of Caterpillar's key digital products and maturing data management processes.

Digital Connectivity - Interns will help develop, certify and deliver high quality telematics solutions to enhance customer insights.

Program Qualifications - Skills & Experience

  • Must have participated in a Caterpillar student program

  • Must be enrolled full time at a 4-year accredited university/college in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, Data Visualization, Marketing Analytics, Math, Stats, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Engineering or related degree

  • Expected graduation date of August 2025 and beyond

  • Minimum cumulative GPA requirement 3.0/ 4.0 (no rounding)

  • Must be able/willing to relocate to internship location

Top Candidates will also have:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience

  • Previous technical internship, co-op, or research/relevant experience

  • Participation in school clubs or student organizations

  • Demonstrated experience with several of the following: Python, Java, SQL, Snowflake, AWS/Azure, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Salesforce, React, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, UI Design, UX Research, writing API's for deployment, etc.

Compensation and Benefits:

At Caterpillar, our internship pay rates are standardized for Digital and Analytics roles and we take into account the number of completed semester credit hours.

Undergraduate Pay Range: $22.60 - $29.50 per hour

Graduate Pay Range: $33.90 - $40.70 per hour

Internship Program Details:

Pricing interns work in a team environment to establish and execute optimal price levels for various products and services at Caterpillar. This is accomplished by providing pricing recommendations and a thorough analysis of various business indicators including sales, competitive environment, and product value characteristics. The revenue management internship program provides support before, during and after the internship to ensure that every intern gains the appropriate professional and personal growth necessary to be successful in the corporate environment.

Session Dates:

Summer 2025: 5/19/2025 - 8/08/2025

This is a 40-hour-per-week assignment, Monday through Friday, lasting 12 weeks in the summer.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled full-time at a 4-year accredited university/college in one of the following degree programs: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or another business-related field.

  • Minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA (both Major GPA & Cumulative GPA).

  • 12 completed semester hours prior to the start of the internship.
