Role Definition
As a Supply Chain Planning Analyst on the KK Material Planning team, you perform both operational and tactical work to meet plant material deliverables. You will be responsible for building relationships with your supply base, managing the procurement of Purchase Finished Material from the worldwide supply base, working with supply base to deliver parts on time.
Responsibilities
Performing tasks to improve inbound material flow
Participating/leading continuous improvement projects
Investigating root cause and performing corrective actions to resolve material issues
Providing tactical management of inventory levels and supporting daily operations
Working with cross functional teams including but not limited to engineering, operations, logistics, warehouse, purchasing
Resolving grief reports and proactive demand planning
Supplier recovery planning
Freight cost management
Supplier relationship management
Degree Requirement
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience desired

As a Project Manager, you will manage complex project schedules associated with dealer outages for Hydraulic Mining Shovel, Dragline, and Electric Rope Shovel aftermarket products. 1st Shift - Full Time (Entry Level Position)
Primary Function: Receive, check-in and put away tooling, inserts and supplies. Dispense supplies, tooling, inserts, and maintain computer files to reflect current items on-hand and records of obsolete items. Update computer files, as necessary. Monitor inventory levels and alert purchasing chain when quantities are low. Work with team leaders, group leaders and employees to ensure supplies are available when needed.
Post receipts and disbursements to current inventory system. Prepare paperwork and coordinate with outside vendors. Conduct cycle counts per tool crib group leader's direction. Assist tool grinders, as necessary, with small jobs (i.e. drills, facing tools). Routinely check satellite tool cribs for shortages and orderliness.
Receive requests for items and pick and pack items to be delivered from central tool crib. Deliver to point of use. Follow up to verify the order was completed and delivered.
Working Procedures: Carry-out routine job assignments, secure facilities and materials. Compare materials and quantities received to BOL's. Stock inserts, tooling and supplies in proper storage locations. Update current inventory system to reflect current inventory levels. Dispense inserts, tool holders and hardware, tooling and shop supplies. Record disbursements in MS Excel spreadsheet. Post disbursements to current inventory system on a weekly basis (daily for high volume items). Prepare paperwork and coordinate with outside vendors. At a minimum, visit each satellite tool crib weekly, ensuring it is properly stocked and kept orderly. Conduct cycle count program for expendable items under guidance from tool crib group leader.

The Electrification + Energy Solutions Division - ePowertrain Solutions team is looking for a Battery + Charging Integration and Application Engineer to provide focused accountability for defining applications, driving collaboration around component development, and coordinating solution integration.
This role will work with our ePowertrain Technical Leads and Machine Business Division partners to document application requirements and with our battery and charging solution teams to select or develop solutions that integrate across multiple product lines.

Job Title: Furnace Operator (1st shift)
1st shift hours are Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM
Starting pay is $19.58 per hour.
Benefits available on Day 1.
Job Summary:
The Large Power Systems Division (LPSD) in Hodges, SC has an opening for a Furnace Operator on 1st shift. In this role, you will be responsible for charge make-up and delivery of iron. You will also set, adjust, and operate controls of one or more induction or arc furnaces to melt metal for casting purposes.
What you will do (may include, but are not limited to):
Operates control station to monitor and control melting station
Analyzes control signals
Controls melting operations
Detects deviations and initiates corrective action
What you have:
Experience in iron pouring, ladle repair, furnace charging and furnace operation
Must be willing to learn or understand basic gray/ductile iron charge make-up to produce iron that meets required specifications
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds
Ability to stand throughout a 10-hour shift
Ability to operate heavy machinery and manufacturing equipment
Top candidates will also have:
Previous machine shop, foundry, or manufacturing experience
Problem solving and decision-making
Math skills
Effective communication skills
