What You Will Do:
As a Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and refining prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs). Your typical day will involve employing techniques to guide and enhance model responses, developing effective AI interactions through proficient programming, and utilizing playgrounds.
Design, create, and refine prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) using your expertise in Prompt Engineering.
Employ techniques to guide and enhance model responses, ensuring that the AI interactions are effective and efficient.
Develop effective AI interactions through proficient programming and utilization of playgrounds.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the prompts are aligned with the business requirements and objectives.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Prompt Engineering and AI technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
What You Have:
Proficiency in Prompt Engineering.
Experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies.
Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of AI technologies such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.

What You Will Do:
The Controls Lead will oversee the implementation and management of controls for Generative AI use case deployments. This role involves conducting Change Impact Assessments, ensuring compliance with IT, SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley), Responsible AI, and Security controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in controls management, prior experience with Generative AI projects, and the ability to effectively manage risk and compliance requirements across multiple use cases.
Lead Change Impact Assessments for Generative AI use case deployments to identify and manage potential risks and impacts.
Develop, implement, and monitor IT, SOX, Responsible AI, and Security controls for all AI use cases.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to AI use cases, including data privacy, security, and ethical guidelines.
Track and document the status of controls for each use case, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and business units, to ensure that controls are effectively integrated into AI projects.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of controls to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Provide guidance and support to project teams on control requirements and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and emerging trends in AI governance, risk, and compliance.
Develop and deliver training and awareness programs on control requirements for AI use cases.
Act as the primary point of contact for all control-related matters in Generative AI projects.
What You Have:
Strong understanding of IT controls, SOX compliance, Responsible AI principles, and security controls.
Experience with conducting Change Impact Assessments in technology deployments.
Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and best practices.
Proficient in using tools for tracking and managing controls and compliance (e.g., GRC tools).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to identifying and managing risks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven track record of leading control and compliance initiatives in technology or AI projects.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications in risk management or controls (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CGEIT) are preferred.
Familiarity with AI ethics and regulatory compliance.
Background in data security or IT audit is a plus.
Additional Information:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
Experience in a controls management role, with prior experience in Generative AI or AI-related projects.

As a Vector DB Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing vector databases that enable high-performance, large-scale data processing and retrieval. You will work closely with our data science, machine learning, and software engineering teams to build robust solutions that support our clients' data-intensive applications.
Design, implement, and manage vector databases to support large-scale data storage and retrieval, ensuring low latency and high availability.

What You Will Do:
The Business Lead will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation of Generative AI initiatives by capturing use case ideas, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring that value and KPIs are accurately defined, documented, and validated throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong business acumen, prior experience with Generative AI projects, and the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Act as the primary business lead for Generative AI initiatives, overseeing the capture of use case ideas and ensuring they align with business goals.
Define, document, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and value of AI solutions.

What You Have:
Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and their application in business scenarios.

Job Summary:
Lead a global engineering team to manage the supply risk of semiconductors used in the manufacturing of electronic components.
What You Will Do:
- Identify industry risk trends and incorporate into supply resiliency strategies.

PRIMARY FUNCTION :
Set up and operate CNC controlled horizontal milling center and horizontal boring bar to machine large steel structures, forgings, castings, weldments, and plates.
Use of related components and equipment including: metal cutting tools and inserts, tool holders, collets, tool presetter machine, fixtures, work holding and clamping equipment, various hand tools, and precision measuring instruments. Jib and overhead cranes used for material handling.
Description:
Review manufacturing documents for operation sequence, setup and work holding information.
Identify work piece and assist in loading on machine.
Set up and align part using blocks, shims, parallels, wedges, clamps, etc.
Assemble proper cutting tools for operation using tool holder, chucks, collets, drills, taps, reamers, mills, facing, and boring tools, etc. Index cutting inserts as required.
Load CNC program and perform a trial run to check program accuracy when needed.
Use process instructions and G & M code program to operate CNC milling and boring machine
Adjust or select machine parameters such as feed rate, speed, and offset values where required.
Perform very close tolerance machining operations such as facing, boring, counter boring, drilling, tapping, etc. on large structural weldments, castings and forgings.
Perform in process inspection of machined parts as required to maintain quality requirements.
Make appropriate program changes and edits where required. May on occasion need to operate machine manually, without program.
Assist in unloading and remove processed parts from machine.
Clean up work piece removing burrs, chips, coolant, etc.
Keep facilities, material, and work area clean and orderly,
Conform to safety and inspection requirements and perform all the above operations in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
One to three years of actual, hands on, CNC machining experience; demonstrate good skill and ability on the machines operated.
Read and interpret part drawings and blueprints.
Ability to use quality inspection gaging, indicating, and measuring techniques including verniers, calipers, and micrometers.
Know basic machine shop math, including high school trigonometry.
Know basic machine shop practices.

What You Will Do:
The Controls Lead will oversee the implementation and management of controls for Generative AI use case deployments. This role involves conducting Change Impact Assessments, ensuring compliance with IT, SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley), Responsible AI, and Security controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in controls management, prior experience with Generative AI projects, and the ability to effectively manage risk and compliance requirements across multiple use cases.
Lead Change Impact Assessments for Generative AI use case deployments to identify and manage potential risks and impacts.
Develop, implement, and monitor IT, SOX, Responsible AI, and Security controls for all AI use cases.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to AI use cases, including data privacy, security, and ethical guidelines.
Track and document the status of controls for each use case, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and business units, to ensure that controls are effectively integrated into AI projects.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of controls to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Provide guidance and support to project teams on control requirements and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and emerging trends in AI governance, risk, and compliance.
Develop and deliver training and awareness programs on control requirements for AI use cases.
Act as the primary point of contact for all control-related matters in Generative AI projects.
What You Have:
Strong understanding of IT controls, SOX compliance, Responsible AI principles, and security controls.
Experience with conducting Change Impact Assessments in technology deployments.
Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and best practices.
Proficient in using tools for tracking and managing controls and compliance (e.g., GRC tools).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to identifying and managing risks.
