The Manager, Accounts Receivable will be responsible for the providing leadership and oversight of the Accounts Receivable operations. Reporting to VP Accounting & Controller, this individual will evaluate end-to-end process of agency billing, payment application and AR variances research and adjustments. The individual will have significant interactions with government agencies in 10+ states and act as key interface between accounting team and operational staff throughout the organization. This position requires strong interpersonal communication, presentation and influencing skills.

Experience and Education

  • Minimum 4 year / Bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline required.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience leading AR operations in a multi-unit, multi-state environment required.

  • Proven ability to manage people in a geographically dispersed setting.

  • New system implementation or conversion essential.

  • Strong system aptitude and proficiency, including advanced Excel skills.
