The Manager, Accounts Receivable will be responsible for the providing leadership and oversight of the Accounts Receivable operations. Reporting to VP Accounting & Controller, this individual will evaluate end-to-end process of agency billing, payment application and AR variances research and adjustments. The individual will have significant interactions with government agencies in 10+ states and act as key interface between accounting team and operational staff throughout the organization. This position requires strong interpersonal communication, presentation and influencing skills.
Experience and Education
Minimum 4 year / Bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline required.
5+ years of progressive experience leading AR operations in a multi-unit, multi-state environment required.
Proven ability to manage people in a geographically dispersed setting.
New system implementation or conversion essential.
Strong system aptitude and proficiency, including advanced Excel skills.

The Quality Enhancement Coordinator performs a variety of duties with the ultimate goal of providing

A Child Care Worker is responsible for maintaining a safe and fun environment for young children to preteens. Their duties include producing creative and educational activities, preparing, and serving snacks to children and maintaining a clean environment for the Children
Qualifications
Education level- GED/ High School Diploma
Must be at least 18 years or older
Must pass a criminal background check and FBI check
At least 18 months' experience with children in a group setting, or at least 6 months' experience and 12 credit hours in early childhood education.
Certifications- Any 1st Aid Certifications a Plus
Personal characteristics -
Caring and compassionate attitude when interacting with and caring for children,
Strong verbal communication and listening skills to converse with children, fellow professional caregivers and parents or guardians
Excellent patience and stamina for keeping up with the demands of children of all ages
Advanced multitasking and organizational skills to handle multiple children at a time
Physical abilities- Must be able to bend, stoop, stand, and lift up to 25-40 lbs. daily

The Business Development Manager must be passionate about providing childcare services to working families.
