Education Consultants play a vital role in driving sales revenue for our ed2go continuing education and career training programs. As an Education Consultant, you will be responsible for prioritizing qualified leads generated through various channels, including our website, referrals, live chat, and telephone. Your primary objective will be to match prospective students with the most suitable program, while ensuring a top-notch customer experience at every touchpoint.

As an Education Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our processes and infrastructure deliver on that promise. Be skilled in asking appropriate and probing questions, overcoming objections, and managing your time effectively.

Be responsible for completing all required reports regarding sales and sales campaigns, market feedback, and team territory management activities

What you'll do here:
Partner with GTM State Adoption Team and Core, CTE, AP&E Product Management on Correlations and Submission Processes. Project management of correlations & rubric processes as well as product customization for Tier II & II state submissions for the K12 Core, CTE, and AP & Honors business.
You will be responsible for assigning and managing appropriate vendor(s) based on scope of project complexity and budget requirements, collaborating with team members to meet workflow, schedule, quality, and cost requirements. May participate in the SOW creation process including SOW documents, scheduling meetings, awarding work, and providing information for creation and execution of contracts. Verifying vendor work for accuracy of formatting and content, as needed.
In this role you will support E2E Management of State & Board Submission & Revision Coordination
Support development of evaluation rubrics, for submissions
Support I&D standardized response customization for submissions
Manage digital submissions in state portals
Manage feedback received from GTM from the state/board and subsequent revisions through final release
Help support submission of non-standard or previously unsupported state requirements
Other Essential Responsibilities
Support project management work across Cengage Academic, as priorities allow
Ensures that new or existing processes and approved standards are implemented within assigned projects
Participates in and/or leads cross-functional project meetings
Provides regular feedback on vendor performance to management.

Skills you will need here:
Hold a BA/BS or possess equivalent work experience.
Possess a minimum of 3 years project management experience; able to successfully manage, organize, prioritize, and handle multiple projects and tasks including complex interdependencies between projects.
Have experience with formal project management software and/or techniques. Collaboration and Communication: Proactively keeps all relevant team members informed of any updates to project details, scope, risk, or schedule. Works effectively with vendors and across functional departments (including senior leadership) to achieve goals, implement appropriate workflows, and regularly communicate schedule, quality, and budget updates.

Partner with GTM State Adoption Team and Core, CTE, AP&E Product Management on Correlations and Submission Processes. Project management of correlations & rubric processes as well as product customization for Tier II & II state submissions for the K12 Core, CTE, and AP & Honors business.

What you'll do here:
Information architecture and data modeling:
Define and design the information architecture strategy, frameworks, and guidelines to enable efficient and effective information management.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, solution architects, and development teams to ensure the alignment of information architecture with system and application design.
Collaborate with business and technical partners to develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical enterprise data models to support information needs.
Manage an enterprise-wide data governance framework:

Digital Integration Managers act as the main partner between Digital Delivery and Cengage Academic technology teams. You will be accountable for communicating technology release plans, contributing to projects that support the tactical execution or implementation of technology solutions, and establishing scalable digital delivery workflows when new features, functionality, or platforms are developed.

Digital Integration Managers act as the main partner between Digital Delivery and Cengage Academic technology teams.
