We are hiring Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team for 1st Shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm & 9:00am - 5:30pm) Monday - Friday . Overtime required as scheduled.

Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours

Responsible for accurately and safely completing picking and storage tasks via operation of powered industrial equipment including stand-up high lift, reach trucks or dock stockers

Accurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments
Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
Execute tasks utilizing hand-held RF units / scanners
Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
Accurately sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet
Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization

Responsibilities:
Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels
Assist in the execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Manage and prioritizing multiple projects in a deadline-driven atmosphere
Coordinate content development and management with digital agency
Assist in development and implementation of lead nurturing campaigns through specific customer journeys, while delivering on-message assets and content.
Manage collateral material inventory and orders for direct sellers and customers.
Work closely with different marketing and advertising agencies as a point of contact.
Ensure a consistent message is delivered across all marketing channels
Responsible for the brands online reputation management
Monitor competition and seasonality
Develop and maintain monthly internal newsletter
Responsible for all internal communications and events
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications with 1-3 years of experience in Marketing or Advertising
Direct Response Marketing, Digital Web Development, or Communications Content Writing experience Highly preferred
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Engagement Highly preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Ferguson is currently seeking a Facility Manager to join our Distribution Center team! This role is responsible for managing the planned maintenance and reactive repairs by skilled trades, e.g., automation, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, utilities, and supervision of maintenance staff.
This role will provide leadership and direction and drive the efficient operation and maintenance of all facility systems and overall site services. The person who fills this role must demonstrate high standards in customer service and strong eye for business to drive performance and efficiencies. This role requires a success record in motivating and leading teams, creating accountability, and optimizing quality and cost while improving the customer experience. The ideal candidate must be a strategic problem solver with a record of leading proactively.
Please Note: This position is based out of our Coxsackie, NY Distribution Center.
Responsibilities:
Providing leadership, direction, and organization through consistent and frequent mentoring, leadership enhancement and regular performance evaluations.
Building partnerships with third-party vendors, service providers, and contactors in reviewing SLAs and SOWs to identify and resolve gaps in service while monitoring costs.
Establishing effective standards and procedures within the DC to include power generation, Automation, robotics, conveyance, HVAC, fire suppression, plumbing systems, etc.
Troubleshooting systems, conducting complete failure analysis, performing repairs, inspections and planned maintenance tasks as needed.
Working with other departments to facilitate building and equipment changes to meet evolving business demands.
Maintaining a cooperative and productive relationship with all associates involved in ensuring successful facility operations.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Construction, Engineering, Facilities, Project Management or related field or equivalent skills and training
5+ years' experience as a Facilities Manager, Chief Engineer, Property Manager or equivalent with an emphasis on team development
Technical knowledge of building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, equipment life cycles and industry standards for maintenance of such equipment.
Experience with material handling and packaging equipment to include conveyance, boxing, and wrapping equipment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize feature work while balancing multiple demands and meeting timelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and quality of work required.
Proven focus on results in a professional, ethical, and responsible manner when taking care of internal customers, vendors, team members, and others.
Exhibit vital knowledge in all applicable code requirements and follow compliance by use of standard operation procedures and protocols. This includes all BOCA, NFPA, EPA, OSHA, State and local regulatory reporting agencies for equipment, utilities, and facilities.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, building layouts, equipment specifications, schematics, and system drawings.
Proven knowledge of life safety and auxiliary power systems, fire pumps, HVAC systems, commercial plumbing, electrical and pneumatic controls, compressors, dryers, and conveyors.

Leads the operational functions of the Pipe Distribution Center
Establish and maintain open lines of communication with all corporate associates, branch personnel and distribution associates.

Build upon Departmental Goals monthly and ensure adherence to established metrics.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities
Complete accurate On-Screen takeoffs from mechanical drawings using Planswift estimating software
Use manufacturer pricing and selection software to price up products as per specifications
Communicate with vendors/reps for pricing on products where selection software is not available
Follow up on request for quotes (RFQ's) with vendors to ensure jobs are quoted by the bid due date
Develop detailed professional quotes based on the takeoffs (include notes and exceptions taken to basis of design if any, cross-reference specified products over to an approved equal to meet specifications laid out by engineer etc....)
Price up all HVAC ancillary products represented by Ferguson HVAC (Grilles/Registers/Diffusers, Exhaust/Supply Fans, Heaters, ERVs, Louvers/dampers etc...)
Upload all vendor quotes, email correspondence and internal notes into Salesforce CRM/Bidtracer
Follow all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as laid out by management
Perform other related duties as assigned by Project Manager
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred or 2+ years of related experience/training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of estimating knowledge & experience in the HVAC industry, preferably in ancillary products (Grilles/Registers/Diffusers, Exhaust/Supply Fans, Heaters, ERVs, Louvers/dampers etc...)

Complete daily operational duties to support the effective Procurement of products into the Distribution Centers, the transfer of inventory between the Distribution Centers, and the shipment of products from the Distribution Centers to the branches.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Process assigned daily auto-process replenishment exception reports and decide best course of action to provide the best service levels to the branches.
Place purchase orders as necessary to meet branch needs.
Understand of the auto-replenishment maintenance settings for assigned branches.
Process DC transfers of inventory in order to balance inventory investment and provide improved service levels.
Use Trilogie, vendor websites, and vendor contacts to review, analyze, and update past due purchase orders. Request cycle counts and receiving adjustments as necessary.
Provide timely and accurate reporting to buyers and management
Provide shipping information on existing purchase orders, including ship dates, tracking, and pro bill information.
Demonstrate customer service and professional phone etiquette.
Communicate problems as they occur.
Work group e-mail requests and inquiries
Review vendor confirmations, adjust pricing if necessary, and communicate any issues to buyers. Process any changes in a timely manner.
