FTI is looking for a full-time Process and Compliance Coordinator to support the OSD Joint Hypersonics Transition Office (JHTO). The Process and compliance coordinator will oversee the University Consortium for Applied Hypersonics (UCAH) budget and spend plan for ongoing UCAH solicitations over the life span of the award. Support workforce development, the office of the Deputy Chief Technology Officer for Science & Technology, and the JHTO Front Office tasking as they relate to UCAH ongoing projects. Maintain UCAH SharePoint dashboard and the data required to account for UCAH projects.

Responsibilities
The Process and Compliance Coordinator will serve as the focal point at the JHTO for information to and from the University Manager, the JHTO Director and members of the University Consortium. Candidate will be the liaison between the Agreements Officer Representative (similar to a Contracting Officer Representative), the JHTO Science & Technology Lead, the JHTO Chief of Staff and JHTO Director, among others, to obtain information and answers requested by the Consortium Manager.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform the preparation, review, and administration of contracts to ensure compliance with specifications, organizational policies, and applicable regulations.
Draft and review agreements, working closely with JHTO Agreements Officer, legal teams, and others to ensure contracts meet organization goals and requirements.
Maintain the contract management process to ensure efficient contract execution and archiving. Act as subject matter expert on contractual rights and provide interpretation.
Day-to-day interaction with members of the Consortium Management Team at Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station
Handling communication and day-to-day interaction between JHTO and the Consortium to include, meeting schedules across multiple parties involved.
Education/Qualifications
Must have active DoD Secret Level Clearance or above with the ability to maintain
A BS/BA Degree in a business, management, procurement, contract management or financial related field from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 10 years of work experience performing the stated or similar functions.
Conducts highly complex work, unsupervised and with extensive latitude for independent judgment.

This role supports an existing, long-held contract to provide Command and Control (C2) system software development, design, implementation, test and configuration management support. The ideal candidate should have experience with the full software development lifecycle and cyber security and systems administration.
Responsibilities
Linux and Windows system administration
Application of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) to Windows and Linux based operating systems
Producing and updating Bodies of Evidence (BoEs) such as Ports, Protocols, and Services Management (PPSM), Hardware/Software Lists, and Accreditation Boundaries
Interpretation and action planning of ACAS scan results
Ability to work in a team environment to potentially include duties in other technical disciplines
Education/Qualifications
Requires proficient knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Responsibilities
Track and maintain information relative to department and business operations.

Overview
Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) is looking for a self-directed and motivated individual to join our team as a senior software developer in support of a DoD program. Primary work location is at Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific in San Diego, CA with additional ability to perform some aspects of the position remotely. This position requires a DoD Secret clearance.
In this role, you will p rovide software engineering support to Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) Code 551 to fulfill PMA-268 Unmanned Carrier Aviation (UCA) requirements focusing ondeveloping features for the Advanced Networking Tactical System(ANTS) Operational Support System (OSS) network management software. As an ANTS OSS Software Developer, you will build solutions to perfo rm autonomous troubleshooting for on-aircraft in-flight networking and data transport equipment . This includes scripts and/or programs that will ensure the networking hardware is functioning properly and to rectify any failures discovered. The aircraft is the Navy's new unmanned drone, the MQ-25A Stingray , with a primary mission of aerial refueling and a secondary capability to provide Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) all while being launched and recovered from an aircraft carrier.

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field

Secret clearance required; TS/SCI clearance preferred.
Directs the execution of a broad functional area, providing leadership for next level management to deliver customer mission requirements.
Proven ability to manage and control the planning, staffing, budgeting, and prioritization of investments to deliver company and customer results.
Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the customer mission and company technology.
Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
Regularly interfaces with company executive team along with customer decision makers and influencers.
