Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in implementing, optimizing, scaling, and reporting on online advertising campaigns. The position will require both a quantitative and qualitative skill-set, and an obsessive attention to detail. The right candidate will have a positive attitude and a desire to learn in a fast paced environment. The role requires a high level of organization, negotiating skills, and ability to handle large amounts of data.

The primary goal of the position is to generate interest in the school while managing acquisition costs and ultimately allowing the school to provide superior customer service to potential students. The Digital Marketing Specialist is a strategic thinker and a skilled problem solver who responds to both issues and opportunities quickly and effectively while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize campaigns to purchase media across display, video, social and mobile.

• Create and deliver reporting, on an ongoing basis, that analyze key metrics in order to discover changes necessary to increase overall success of campaigns.

• Collaborate with admissions and marketing team members that showcases your expertise in Digital Marketing.

• Manage monthly budgets, pacing and forecasting.

• Work closely with the Marketing Analytics Manager on intra-month reporting.

• Oversee accounts with external vendors and maintain relationships in the industry.

• Sharp attention to detail is absolutely critical.

• Reconcile monthly invoices from multiple vendors to ensure proper delivery and billing.

  Qualifications

  Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitatively-relevant or Marketing field is required.

• Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a Marketing role in a digital-focused B2C company or product.

• Must have hands-on, real experience buying digital media (YouTube, Facebook, and Display).

• Experience with use of DSP's and knowledge of RTB to purchase Online Media is preferred.

  Skills/Abilities:

• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - and the ability to use data-driven analysis to support recommendations.

• Strong strategic marketing and analytics background and a proven track record of translating insights into executable plans.

• Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel as well as the ability to quickly grasp internal information systems.

• Knowledge of Access and SQL Databases are a plus.

• Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities, and to manage multiple tasks while successfully meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• BLOG CONTENT - Responsible for creating and/or editing all content/copy updates on various forward facing web blogs various CMS and web development platforms.

• CONTENT CREATION - Create, edit, publish and promote all blogging operations and initiatives.

• SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO) - fully understand how SEO affects blog traffic and engagement, and apply best SEO practices to all blog articles created, edited, and published.

• SOCIAL MEDIA - Leverage existing social media platforms to maximize exposure and engagement for the blog articles created, work closely with the Social Media Coordinator to ensure brand messaging, engagement and growth of the online community.

• ANALYTICS & REPORTING - Report blog performance metrics including traffic flow, engagement, bounce rate, content performance and other KPI's as assigned.

  Qualifications

  Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience)

• Experience in basic Website Design & Development programming using any of these platforms: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, HTML, CSS, etc.

• Experience with Hubspot tools and/or philosophy

• Experience posting to professional (non-personal) social media accounts on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.

Overview

The Director of Clinical Development is responsible for the planning, implementation, and renewal of affiliation agreements with all agencies supporting clinical experiences for students.

The Director of Clinical Development is responsible for communicating the clinical site requirements to the Directors of Nursing (DON) to include required faculty orientation, facility documentation required and number of students allowed on site. The Director of Clinical Development will function as the liaison for the University. This responsibility includes frequent contact with the education coordinators and site supervisors at the clinical facility. The Director of Clinical Development will ensure that Federal, State and Accrediting agencies' regulations are met in the clinical practice area by all faculty and students.

Responsibilities

Goal - Increase and maintain clinical affiliation agreements to support program enrollment and clinical objectives. - Support the nursing departments to achieve graduation rates. - Assist the DONs to monitor and assess quarterly NCLEX passage rates published by the National Council Licensure Examination organization to achieve a targeted rate of 90% or greater pass rate. Educational Delivery, Content, Accreditation, and Licensure - Facilitates the student's clinical experience. - Work cohesively with the DONs to maintain program documentation to include clinical experiences for the students that align with clinical objectives for each course. - Serve as a liaison in the clinical area and works closely with the Director of Nursing/faculty to resolve student issues. - Develop and implement a process for clinical site contracting that ensures successful and long-term working relationships with facilities. - Evaluate all clinical sites initially for availability of and appropriateness for student clinical experiences. - Develop relationships, secure contracts and act as a liaison to the hospitals, home health agencies, skilled and intermediate care nursing facilities, adult day care, and child day care sites. - Evaluate all clinical sites currently utilized each term and as needed to ensure positive relationships. - Is knowledgeable of each facility's orientation process, policies and procedures. - Conduct scheduled and unscheduled clinical visits on weekdays, evenings and weekends at clinical sites for evaluation of clinical site, patient care assignments, and adherence to policies and procedures. - Assist DONs with evaluating faculty/students on rotation. - Is knowledgeable about University policies and procedures. - Meet weekly with the DONs and Campus President to plan for clinical site needs. - Demonstrate professionalism at all times. - Accept other assigned duties as necessary. - Supervise/oversee the maintenance of clinical documentation to demonstrate delivery of clinical hours. Student Services - Assists with and attends graduation ceremony - Review student policies and handbook for appropriateness and make recommendations to the DONs as needed. Budgeting - Make recommendations to the Directors of Nursing for items to include in the budget. Professional Development - Maintain professional qualifications through participation in continuing education programs and academic courses.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of a Bachelors Science degree in Nursing (Masters Degree preferred).

• Must hold an unencumbered current Registered Nursing license in the state.

• Five years experience in an acute care setting required and 2 years experience as a Nurse Manager or supervisor preferred.

• Previous contracting experience, a plus.

• Strong skills in priority setting, multi-tasking, and organization.

• Strong communication skills both verbal and in writing.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of management, faculty and students.

• Computer literate with word processing and spreadsheets.

The Campus Director of Academic Affairs is responsible for leading the delivery of quality student-centered, hands-on (active) learning. As the leader for Academic Affairs at the campus level, this role is central to the University's mission and is directly accountable for student learning and success. The Campus Director of Academic Affairs is responsible for maintaining high levels of academic quality and student satisfaction in order to retain and successfully graduate students, while operating in compliance with University policies and procedures as well as all state, federal and accrediting agency regulations .

Primary Responsibilities

Student Success

• Maintain high levels of student satisfaction and success as measured by student outcomes (assessment, course completion, certifications, retention, time to completion, graduation.)

• Develop, implement and manage effective student outreach and engagement processes that support the achievement of student outcomes.

• Ensure all academic functions provide excellent student customer service (as measured by the SCEQ.)

• Ensure students have access to tutoring services and academic resources that support their success.

• Monitor and report to the Campus President and VPAA on key metrics including attendance, retention, drops, LDAs, grade distribution, etc.

• Actively promote and drive the attainment of professional certifications.

  Faculty Management

• Manage and lead program directors and department heads ensuring that appropriate academic advising and student outreach is occurring, and that program faculty (especially adjunct faculty) needs are being met as they relate to the classroom environment.

• Perform regular classroom observations to ensure faculty are incorporating active learning techniques into their daily lessons and that regular, constructive and positive feedback is being provided to students. Observations include virtual/remote classroom observations and campus classroom observations as well as observations of engagement in the learning management system (LMS).

• Work with the scheduling team on ensuring that all faculty are appropriately credentialed to teach assigned courses.

• Manage and monitor the faculty workload requirements including curriculum development, professional development, teaching assignments, and tutoring.

• Regularly review open faculty requisitions for well-qualified faculty candidates; communicate with Campus President and University Administration on qualified candidates and work with the Campus President and University Administration in the hiring process for new faculty.

• Orient new faculty to University policies and procedures. Ensure faculty on-boarding is complete for all new faculty (part-time and full time).

• Ensure professional development plans are created for all faculty utilizing appropriate University resources and that these are documented and reviewed annually.

• Conduct annual performance evaluations on all faculty.

• Ensure compliance with the Faculty Workload Policy to include securing approval for any course overload prior to term start.

• Ensure faculty utilize University resources including the LMS, video delivery systems for remote classes, instructional technologies specified in the curriculum, and other appropriate technologies to create an effective learning environment.

• Conduct regularly scheduled academic meetings, in-service training and professional development seminars. Ensure University policies and procedures are clearly communicated to faculty.

• Ensure that faculty comply with all academic policies and procedures

  Curriculum (Program Management)

• Ensure availability of adequate resources for faculty and students including but not limited to classrooms, labs, print materials, equipment and technology to support student learning.

• Ensure Teaching Assistants/Lab Assistants are assigned to all remote classes. Confirm that the assistants have the knowledge, skill and understanding required by the course/lab and is properly trained.

• Assist Career Services in conducting semi-annual advisory boards in accordance with University policy.

• Ensure assessment of the academic programs is occurring at the campus level

• Provide feedback to the appropriate Curriculum Committee and Vice President of Academic Affairs in order to facilitate positive changes to the curriculum.

• Ensure broad-based faculty participation in curriculum development.

  Administration

• Ensure proper implementation of and compliance with academic policies/processes established by the Vice President of Academic Affairs and University Administration.Ensure all necessary data related to the assessment of student learning are captured at the campus (e.g. assessment, certification data and/or other information supporting Institutional Effectiveness plans.)

• Work with University Administration to maintain appropriate faculty levels to ensure academic quality.

• Work with University Administration to ensure efficient use of faculty, classrooms and equipment.

• Ensure the campus is compliant with accrediting bodies and State and Federal agencies.

• Provide input for academic program planning and budgetary requirements to the Campus President, ensuring faculty have input into the process.

• Accurately account for all inquiries and admissions activity associated with all inquiries; complete daily activity reports.

• Ensure that all enrollment paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Keep all required reports current and accurate, including information stored in the University systems.

• Adhere to a strict code of ethics and comply with all ECPI University policies and procedures, State and Federal laws and accrediting body regulations.

• Network and build strong relationships to generate personally developed referrals.

• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure student satisfaction.

• Assist in the planning and implementation of on-campus events and programs for groups and individuals.

  Qualifications

  Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 1-3 years of successful experience in sales, marketing, public relations, recruitment or other related field strongly preferred.

• 2-3 years of related experience to include appointment setting, interviewing, relationship building, client services, commitment to follow-up skills, coordinating programs and events, etc.

• Any equivalent combination of education and experience

Overview

We are seeking Mechatronics professionals to join our faculty team. As a faculty member, you'll provide practical hands-on instruction in an engaging learning environment, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies in order to enhance the learning experience of our students and achieve learning outcomes.

This would be an ideal position for a Mechantronics professional. Our teaching terms are five weeks long, and class sizes are small which give our faculty the perfect environment in which to share their specific industry experience. Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution; Ph. D. preferred.

• 3-5 years of industry experience within the past 10 years in at least one of the following areas: Controls, Automation, Networks, Mechanical Systems, Instrumentation and Measurements.

  Skills/Abilities:

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Creo Parametric or Pro-E, and Siemens PLM software is required

• Proficiency with Machine Tool Technology, CNC G-Code programming, and CAD/CAM software is desirable
