Overview

We are seeking Nursing professionals to join our faculty team. As a faculty member, you'll provide practical hands-on instruction in an engaging learning environment, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies in order to enhance the learning experience of our students and achieve learning outcomes.

This would be an ideal position for a Nursing professional. Our terms are five weeks long, and class sizes are small which give our faculty the perfect environment in which to share their specific industry experience.   Qualifications

  Education/Credentials (Virginia campuses):

Overview

The Campus Director of Financial Assistance is responsible for managing the campus Student Finance Department and for administering federal and institutional financial aid programs. The Campus Director of Financial Assistance oversees customer service initiatives to meet the needs of students seeking financial assistance and maintains open lines of communication with other campus departments to ensure student needs are being met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for the overall operation of the campus Financial Assistance Department.- Supervises the campus Financial Assistance Department staff to include onboarding, training, providing ongoing professional development opportunities, performance management and performance reviews.- Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining comprehensive financial assistance services to meet the needs of students. - Promotes financial literacy to students. - Works with Student Finance Advisors to ensure accuracy and compliance in processing Title IV programs.- Understands and applies federal regulations.- Steps in to assist students and Student Finance Advisors, as well as other campus departments when expertise is needed. - Responds to University Administration reporting requests or other informational requests.- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience - Bachelor's degree preferred. - 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred. - 2-3 years of experience as a Student Finance Advisor preferred. - Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.

Responsibilities

  Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

This position will help promote ECPI University and focus on the Department of Defense Tuition Assistance Programs.

• Represent ECPI University and be able to provide information on the university's programs and processes

• Serve as main contact and facilitator for Army Tuition Assistance and for other branches as required.

• Assist students in understanding and submitting Tuition Assistance to their branch.

• Work with other departments to ensure Tuition Assistance programs are in compliance with Dept of Defense standards and completed in a timely manner.

• Have a thorough knowledge of ECPI's programs.

• Have a thorough understanding and be able to explain aspects and use of the various chapters of the VA's GI Bill and military tuition assistance.

• Be familiar with the different bases, commands, and opportunities within assigned geographic area and help assess/determine opportunities for student recruitment in the area.

• Provide excellent customer service to all potential students through consistent and effective initial outreach and follow-up.

• Help identify potential obstacles for new students and create solutions that will help lead to graduation.

• Assist admissions team in achieving important goals.

• Maintain the highest level of ethics through ensuring that there is 100% compliance to all areas of admissions.

• Work closely with key departments to ensure the successful start of new students.

  Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred

• Prior Military Experience preferred

• Must be able to receive access to military base installations. Clearance to enter naval bases required

Position Overview

We are seeking hands-on sales professionals to join our Admissions team with prior experience in any of the following: admissions, a call center environment, customer service, recruitment, marketing, client services or sales consulting. Admissions Advisors assist qualified potential students through the admissions process in an efficient, professional and supportive manner. Admissions Advisors set appointments, conduct in-depth interviews and tours of the campus, and provide accurate information regarding ECPI University programs to assist potential students in identifying the ECPI University program that will best meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to potential students through consistent and effective outreach and follow-up.

• Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed an interest in attending the University.

• Meet with potential students to accurately explain program offerings; discuss and advise suitable programs in accordance with the student's interests, qualifications, and career goals.

• Represent the University both on and off campus to prospective students, parents and other individuals or organizations involved in the college selection process.

• Adhere to a strict code of ethics and comply with all ECPI University policies and procedures, State and Federal laws and accrediting body regulations.

• Network and build strong relationships to generate personally developed referrals.

• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure student satisfaction.

• Assist in the planning and implementation of on-campus events and programs for groups and individuals.

  Qualifications

  Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-3 years of proven track record in sales, admissions, a call center environment, customer service, recruitment, marketing, client services or sales consulting; or by meeting or exceeding goals and targets

• 1-3 years of related experience to include appointment setting, interviewing, relationship building, client services, commitment to follow-up skills, coordinating programs and events, etc.

• Any equivalent combination of education and experience

  Skills/Abilities

• Passionate about helping others achieve their educational and career goals.

• Excellent customer service skills; to include the ability to effectively follow-up and follow through.

• Effective oral, listening and written communication skills.

• Effective computer skills as well as familiarity with the professional use of social media.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently as well as part of a team.

• Ability to present information clearly and be persuasive with a positive attitude

• Demonstrate evidence of sales orientation, creativity, and enthusiasm

• Ability to demonstrate competitive nature, self-direction, motivation and urgency to achieve goals
