The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Menu Systems Dietitian to our Cura Hospitality team in the South Region. As a Menu Systems Dietitian, you will have the opportunity to maintain and lead the implementation of menu management software programs, collaborating with the Wellness and Culinary Teams.
What you'll be doing:
Leading the implementation process of the menu management software program.
Supporting core menu development and maintenance of the recipe database.
Guiding and providing work direction to members of the Foodservice Team.
Entering recipes into menu software to ensure consistent end products.
Working with the Marketing and Creative departments to create menu displays.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
Registered Dietitian license.
Food Handler's License or Certification, per State's food safety requirements.
Excellent computer skills, particularly in CBORD.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nutrition or Dietetics program.
At least one year of experience with menu management systems.

We are looking to add a motivated, effective Food Service Director to our K-12 by Elior team in Lake Villa.
As a Food Service Director, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of food service workers and manage all aspects of a food service department to ensure that customers and clients never miss a meal.
What you'll be doing:
Managing all functions of the food service department and its resources.
Manage and lead a team of associates, including hiring and training new employees.
Ensuring that staff meet all culinary, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.
Budgeting for the department, including directly purchasing ingredients and ensuring the account meets all targets and forecasts.
Conferring with the district manager or other departments regarding the technical and administrative aspects of dining service.
Addressing customer service needs.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
At least two years of experience coordinating food service operations.
Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with both hourly staff and company executives.
The ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer services and satisfaction.
