Daltile is seeking a Customer Service Representative II that ensures effective and efficient coordination between The Company and its customers with a high level of service and support. This dynamic team member will quickly process sales orders and resolve customer product or service issues. This experienced representative will establish and maintain positive business relationships, internally and externally, to promote company goals. A significant level of interpersonal and communication skills is required for success in this role.

The major functions are:

• Demonstrates the ability to perform all entry and intermediate level tasks

• Facilitates communications between various Customer Service Operations work groups.

• Applies solid knowledge of business concepts, procedures and practices, and a complete understanding of fundamentals in a functional area, and

• working knowledge of other related disciplines.

• Performs complex assignments usually without established procedures. Assignments require considerable judgment, initiative, creativity and

• leadership in troubleshooting, suggesting alternatives, and making recommendations for continuous quality improvement.

• Plans and organizes non-routine tasks w/approval. Establishes priorities of work assignments.

• Solves a wide range of complex problems requiring advanced interpretation of generally defined procedures and practices. Selects methods and

• practices to obtain imaginative, thorough, and practical solutions to questions.

• Understands organizational structure and key roles of teams. Maintains general knowledge of products/services associated with area and

• employees involved with specific product lines and services.

• Limited supervision. Receives no appreciable instruction on routine work and general instruction on new lines of work or special assignments.

• Serves as back up to at least two specialized function in team.

• Ability to train other CSRs.

• Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.

• Must be available to work rotating shifts

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.

• 2 or more years of call center or customer service experience

• Customer account management experience preferred

• Flooring industry experience preferred

Competencies:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization required

• Good voice quality that is conversational and professional

• Must have the ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions, policies, guidelines, and processing standards

• Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills is required

• Strong interpersonal relationship building skills

• Moderate level of computer skills - Word, Excel and database experience is a plus

Primary Objective

Performs a variety of accounting activities involving the plant general and cost accounting functions in a manner which will assure accurate and timely financial records, schedules, statements, etc.

Major Function and Scope

Provides training and technical assistance to clerical employees.

Consults with plant management in all functional areas of the plant to gather information concerning production, inventories, efficiencies, and plant payroll. Consults with Headquarters finance, billing, purchasing and marketing to secure and/or verify financial and pricing information.

Resolves discrepancies in invoices and/or freight bills with vendors as needed.

Performs other related analytical duties as required.

Experience and Knowledge Required

2 or more years of general accounting experience.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; OR the equivalent training and experience which will provide a working knowledge of the laws, regulations, practices and procedures concerned with the field of accounting

Competencies

Ability to analyze data and apply results effectively. Proficient in Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to exercise independent judgment and demonstrate solid time management and organizational skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization. • Partner with Quality control to verify technical specifications are acceptable

• Indirectly manage ready mixture mezzanine (for robot) including training and documentation

• Support production trouble shooting to include recipe and process conditions

• Develop cost optimistic productivity

• Any other duties as required.

Experience and Knowledge Required

1+ years supervisory/operations experience preferred. Requires Robotics Experience.

Requires a mechatronics degree or equivalent experience with knowledge of ceramic or quartz industry.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience.

Primary Objective

Increase Dealer product sales within assigned territory. Improve existing business through current Dealers with a focus on the -Streamline- program and in line with Corporate and Regional objectives. Develop new business within the territory. Work with Regional Sales Management and Corporate Dealer Sales Management to enhance Dealer sales, product mix, and overall profitability.

Major Function and Scope

• Enters all call reports within Salesforce and maintains call cadence

• Services existing Streamline Dealers by making sales calls, developing business relationships, keeping them apprised of products, product promotions merchandising programs, and training dealer retail sales associates.

• Prospects secure and register new Streamline Dealers.

• Works with Streamline Dealers to specify Dal-Tile products on their residential new and remodel projects.
