Daltile is seeking a Customer Service Representative II that ensures effective and efficient coordination between The Company and its customers with a high level of service and support. This dynamic team member will quickly process sales orders and resolve customer product or service issues. This experienced representative will establish and maintain positive business relationships, internally and externally, to promote company goals. A significant level of interpersonal and communication skills is required for success in this role.
The major functions are:
Demonstrates the ability to perform all entry and intermediate level tasks
Facilitates communications between various Customer Service Operations work groups.
Applies solid knowledge of business concepts, procedures and practices, and a complete understanding of fundamentals in a functional area, and
working knowledge of other related disciplines.
Performs complex assignments usually without established procedures. Assignments require considerable judgment, initiative, creativity and
leadership in troubleshooting, suggesting alternatives, and making recommendations for continuous quality improvement.
Plans and organizes non-routine tasks w/approval. Establishes priorities of work assignments.
Solves a wide range of complex problems requiring advanced interpretation of generally defined procedures and practices. Selects methods and
practices to obtain imaginative, thorough, and practical solutions to questions.
Understands organizational structure and key roles of teams. Maintains general knowledge of products/services associated with area and
employees involved with specific product lines and services.
Limited supervision. Receives no appreciable instruction on routine work and general instruction on new lines of work or special assignments.
Serves as back up to at least two specialized function in team.
Ability to train other CSRs.
Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
Must be available to work rotating shifts
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
2 or more years of call center or customer service experience
Customer account management experience preferred
Flooring industry experience preferred
Competencies:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization required
Good voice quality that is conversational and professional
Must have the ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions, policies, guidelines, and processing standards
Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills is required

Moderate level of computer skills - Word, Excel and database experience is a plus

Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Plant Accountant II to join our TEAM! As Plant Accountant II, we need someone who is ready to provide a variety of support such as preparing or maintain monthly financials, handle plant payroll, accounts payables and receivables. Consults with plant management in all functional arears of the plant.
Primary Objective
Performs a variety of accounting activities involving the plant general and cost accounting functions in a manner which will assure accurate and timely financial records, schedules, statements, etc.
Major Function and Scope
Prepares and/or maintains monthly financial and consolidated statements, supporting schedules, balance sheets, general ledgers and other financial records involving cash, plant payroll, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and inventories which include raw materials, finished goods, and work in process.
Accumulates, interprets and evaluates plant production and shipping data required to develop standard cost and/or efficiency measures.
Participates in the development of standard cost budgets.
Provides training and technical assistance to clerical employees.
Consults with plant management in all functional areas of the plant to gather information concerning production, inventories, efficiencies, and plant payroll. Consults with Headquarters finance, billing, purchasing and marketing to secure and/or verify financial and pricing information.
Resolves discrepancies in invoices and/or freight bills with vendors as needed.
Performs other related analytical duties as required.
Experience and Knowledge Required
2 or more years of general accounting experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; OR the equivalent training and experience which will provide a working knowledge of the laws, regulations, practices and procedures concerned with the field of accounting
Competencies
Ability to analyze data and apply results effectively. Proficient in Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to exercise independent judgment and demonstrate solid time management and organizational skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization. Comprehensive and practical knowledge of GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) and Sarbanes-Oxley.

Leads the daily activities of the cleaning crew verifying thoroughness and increasing efficiency.
Coordinate with maintenance team on tasks, ensuring follow-through.
Implement and maintain 5S, standard work boards and other lean manufacturing principles.
Partner with Molding Department Manager and Molding Process Manager to support troubleshooting

5+ years quartz industry experience required. Strong technical background in mold processes preferred.

Daltile is seeking a Customer Service Representative II To ensure effective and efficient coordination between the Company and its customers with a high level of service and support. Process sales orders and resolve customer product or service issues. To promote company goals, establish and maintain positive business relationships internally and externally. Primary Objective:
Operates sit-down forklift to ship countertop product at a Plant Distribution Center location.
Required to operate high-level technology equipment and systems. Required to manually build support frames for countertop products. Complete other duties as required.
Pay Range:
Hourly: $17.65-$18.72
Weekly Pay

3rd Shift
Sunday-Thursday
11:00PM-7:30AM
Equipment Knowledge:
Primary Responsibilities:
Operates sit-down forklift to load/unload orders
Utilizes sit-down forklift to move product into pre-designated areas within warehouse
Uses high level computer programs and systems daily
Verifies stock availability and audits orders for accuracy
Conveys picked orders to packing station or shipping areas
Ensures product is placed into accurate locations
Conducts inventory control tasks to ensure accurate shipping to customers
Troubleshooting high-level machines and systems
Manually builds A-Frames for support of countertop product
Uses the Brenton System, a high-level technology, to complete multiple tasks within warehouse
Other warehouse duties as assigned
General Requirements
Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor
Follows standard operating and safety procedures
Keeps area safe, clean, and organized
Performs other related duties as required
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 or more years previous distribution/warehouse experience. Must have a minimum of six months to 1 year of sit-down forklift. Reach truck, and OP experience.
Good oral and written communications skills. Good record keeping skills. Good listening skills. Accurate measurement capability. Ability to understand and speak English.
Ability to work in a safe conscientious manner.
Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.

Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Design Sales Consultant to join our TEAM! As the Design Sales Consultant, we need someone to provide interior design and product selection advice, product expertise, and thorough follow-up to facilitate customer experience and influence sales/purchasing decisions. Uses the showroom as a selling tool to drive specifications and sales as well as brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Provides interior design advice and product expertise, facilitates tile and stone selection, and project development/support ensuring the completion of selection/sales for all customers. Where applicable utilizing Auto-CAD Project Management.
Logs all client showroom visits, contact information, and detailed customer preference and selection notes in CMT. Effectively communicates with customers and internal team members to follow the lead and ensure tracking/follow-up and sales closure. Reports sales closures monthly.
Prospects for new business with an emphasis on Custom Builders and Residential Designers. Makes outside sales calls as needed and follows up on leads to grow and drive business. Logs all customer showroom visits/appointments, contact information, and detailed customer preference and selection note, in CMT.
Maintains showroom samples and merchandising including ordering, receiving, and maintaining samples and displays. Ships customer samples as needed to drive sales. Maintains contact with suppliers/locally sourced vendors, to keep current on design and product offerings and complies with Marketing's standards for proper merchandising of showroom, including new product launches and drops.
Plans and hosts showroom tours and small and large events for industry trade to drive customer sales. Attends outside trade events to develop industry relationships and build brand awareness.
Evening and weekend hours are required.
