Overview
To provide financial consulting services to assist members and non-members with identifying their financial goals and objectives via telephone or video meeting. Act as a catalyst for the promotion and growth of NFIS products and services. Recommend appropriate mixture(s) of insurance/investment products and services to achieve the financial client's goals as a registered representative/advisor/agent of Navy Federal Investment Services (NFIS) and subsidiaries, or incumbent financial firms. Overview
As ISD Engineer III - Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Systems Administrator, the candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and administering Navy Federal's Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with a strong understanding of and demonstrated experience with application system administration within Oracle Fusion Cloud environments, such as SaaS, PaaS, etc. He/She should have experience managing these environments for compliance and security requirements, and leveraging automation in testing, deployment, and maintenance activities. This person will also provide administration advice to ensure that designed solutions are agile, innovative, and workable. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to work on multiple projects and be able to collaborate in multiple engagements across Navy Federal product teams.

- Be part of a team that works with the development and integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials with respect to application/enterprise capabilities and software for multiple on-going projects, collaborating closely with enterprise and solution architects, aligning to most current strategies.
- Administer the Oracle Fusion Cloud systems throughout the development, implementation, and support lifecycles within all environments.
- Monitor Oracle Fusion Cloud application performance and maintain application reliability, integrity, and recoverability.

- Develop Oracle Fusion Cloud Metrics Reports and Dashboards to view and monitor service detail and service notifications related to patching, critical updates, and downtime.
- Assist with Oracle Fusion Cloud deployments, configurations changes and project deliverables.
- Assist in the implementation and update of Oracle user security roles.
- Assist in managing users and provision roles and data access sets based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrices defined by the business.

Qualifications

Overview
To control/collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts for all stages of delinquency, in accordance with all government and Navy Federal rules and regulations. Provide member financial counseling and mitigate loss for Navy Federal. Collect on 31-60 days delinquent accounts. Work independently on progressively more complex default accounts. Work with members to present recommendations for complex Consumer/Credit Card collection solutions. Process settlements, repossessions and/or negotiate loss mitigation offers to mitigate loss/risk. May provide advice/guidance to Delinquency Control Counselor I/II. Work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Contact delinquent members in an attempt to cure delinquency utilizing all payment options and loss mitigation tools offered by Navy Federal
Obtain detailed financial information from delinquent members and analyze information gathered to determine optimal solutions for curing delinquency
Notate in Collection systems members' arrangements, reason(s) for delinquency, and any offered charge-off alternatives offered to members

Overview
To supervise and control the functions of Navy Federal's Mortgage Servicing Reconciliation section to ensure they are accurately and completely maintained in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Supervise and monitor the maintenance, balancing, and reconciliation process for the general ledger (GL) and subsidiary ledger accounts. Oversee the reconciliation of the daily mortgage activity reports and work with Mortgage Servicing staff regarding outstanding issues, including discrepancies.

Supervise and plan section functions related to reconciling at the loan level all Real Estate Lending (REL) Mortgage Servicing-Reconciliation General Ledger, such as application fees, corporate advances, VA funding fees, bad checks, negative CDVs, aging suspense accounts, and transitory accounts
Monitor processes to ensure reconciling items are correct, supported by proper documentation, and are cleared in a timely manner
Identify source of errors/discrepancies; research and analyzes data for errors/discrepancies above specific thresholds, document reconciliation issues for resolution/corrective action
Establish qualitative and quantitative measures to meet compliance goals and expectations
Analyze workflow, procedures and practices; make recommendations/implement corrective action to improve quality and/or efficiency
Collaborate with other REL staff and other NFCU staff to research, analyze and resolve account related discrepancies
Ensure resolution of a range of escalated discrepancies and appropriate response to inquiries through collaboration with various internal contacts across the organization

Overview
The Navy Federal Financial Group (NFFG) Training team partners with every division in NFFG to help build a skilled, engaged, and empowered department. We are the learning branch that develops the training, facilitation, documentation, communication, and change management needs of the department. The Summer Associate will spend their time with us helping to refine policies and procedures for both Training and NFFG, as well as provide project support. We are seeking to broaden our impacts on knowledge transfer, upskilling, and employee development.

Responsibilities
Conduct research and preparation of reference material
Maintain documentation library to ensure accuracy of processes
Review proposed policy and procedure changes for technical adequacy, completeness, and compliance to regulations
Ensure clear, concise, and effective communication of material
Interact with various sub-teams to determine user requirements and specifications
Write online reference material, instructions, and communications
Assist Instructional Designer on project to map existing learning items to roles and identify gaps
Assist with data mining to track material engagement and success ratings
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Education, Instructional Design/Technology, Finance, Business, or other related degree
Strong communication and presentation skills
Project management or coordination experience
Effective skill in presenting at and/or facilitating meetings
Experience working with ambiguous problems
Desired: working knowledge of the Adobe and Microsoft product suites

Salary Range: $26.44 - $38.70
