To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by Navy Federal Credit Union including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; lending products; and credit/debit cards. Responsibilities
Analyze, research and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans
Assist members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loan, overdraft protection and credit card applications
Counsel current and prospective members about Navy Federal's products and services

Overview
To plan and manage the governance of enterprise project portfolios, including developing and implementing framework, methodology, measurements for proposing, approving, and reviewing projects, programs, and services, and techniques in identifying, quantifying, and tracking the realization of expected benefits. May act as AVP in the absence of the incumbent. Work is performed under general direction.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage an enterprise program team focused on planning, managing and governing key initiatives and enterprise capabilities
Lead and facilitate cross functional planning team that can build the view, and support planning discussions among the owners of the work, to include resources, dependencies and sequencing across portfolios
Coordinate and synchronize portfolios via regular planning sessions to provide a common understanding of the current work streams, backlog and outcomes
Monitor processes, tasks, and metrics associated with the enterprise project portfolios, and measure performance against the baseline scope, budget, time, and resources
Develop best governing practices and principles to increase performance and lower operating costs to ensure optimal enterprise efficiencies
Develop and recommend enterprise-wide project and portfolio management processes that drive the on time, in budget delivery of business critical initiatives
Ensure transparency regarding the status of enterprise project portfolios to enable fact-based decision making by leaders
Analyze and assess the consistency of portfolio performance to ensure adherence to established policies, procedures and practices within service level agreements, documentation standards and methodologies meet established service level agreements
Maintain standards for project management within the organization as well as govern the portfolios by assessing the scope and business impact, allocating resources and verifying time, budget, risk and impact assumptions
Ensure consistent delivery against objectives by setting standards, providing governance, enforcing accountability, and setting the pace of transformation
Develop executive level-reporting and metrics with a focus on visual depiction of complex information
Partner with others within and outside the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office to support and enable change management efforts
Build and maintain relationships with lines of business, team members, management, key stakeholders and/or external contacts (e.g., vendors, etc.)
Ensure compliance with Navy Federal's ISD standards, practices and processes
Provide quality assurance, content support and thought partnership to the senior executives and business sponsors for the organization's key initiatives

Qualifications
Significant progressively responsible experience in managing an Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, Strategy Realization Office or the equivalent, for a large organization, preferably at a large financial services organization
Significant experience in project leadership and execution, including initiatives with technology, processes, cross-functional teams and external partner team members
Significant experience in working with business intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Bi, Tableau, etc.)

Overview
A CICS and MQ Systems Programmer at Navy Federal Credit Union provides 24x7x365 administrative, configuration, troubleshooting, and software deployment support for CICS Transaction Server, WebSphere MQ, and supporting software products. The CICS and MQ systems programmer is responsible for maintaining the high availability production CICS and MQ environments as well as a number of test CICS environments. An MQ and CICS experienced professional who enjoys resolving system problems, and providing technical guidance on all things CICS and MQ will be a great addition to our team.

Additional requirements we are seeking in an Engineer/Systems Programmer:
A demonstrated ability to carefully plan, document, and deploy software updates to multiple environments.
WebSphere MQ queue sharing group configuration and tuning experience.
Recent experience with CICS configuration, tuning, and production support. Experience in a highly available CICS environment is a big plus.
Ability to interact with management and to actively participate as a member of a team.
Experience with VSAM (including Record Level Sharing), DB2 in CICS, Unix System Services or Linux, monitoring tools, CICS and MQ automation tools, web interfaces, and dump diagnosis / debugging tools is helpful.
Experience programming in assembler, COBOL, Python, and / or Java is helpful.
Experience working with Docker, GitHub, ServiceNow, and Ansible can help you help us serve our members.

Overview
Core Payments is seeking a Senior Technology Product Analyst to contribute to the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of Money Movement products within the Core Payments portfolio including ACH, Wires, Cashier Checks, Western Union, and other integrated systems and applications. This role with collaborate with a variety of teams across the enterprise including architecture, product, platform, and business aligned to deliver on enterprise strategy and business initiatives.

Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise and technical leadership in solution design, analysis, and strategies involved in modernization and migration of on-premises workloads to Azure cloud.
Develop and maintain documentation regarding architecture and design, process flows, configurations, operations, support and troubleshooting procedures.
Work closely with Technical Product Owner, Scrum Masters, Dev leads, and Business partners.
Prepare and present technical design specifications, requirements, and process flows using systems engineering best practices.

Qualifications

Overview
A CICS and MQ Systems Programmer at Navy Federal Credit Union provides 24x7x365 administrative, configuration, troubleshooting, and software deployment support for CICS Transaction Server, WebSphere MQ, and supporting software products. Overview

Overview
Technical Accounting is a team within Corporate Accounting, along with the operational accounting, accounting policy, internal risk and controls, and financial reporting teams. We work together to create accurate financial reports. The Technical Accounting team focuses on accounting areas of higher judgment or estimation, including current expected credit loss, fair value estimates, investments, derivatives, and more, as well as producing data driven analytics to support these areas. In addition to our team's review and analysis of financial statement line items and monthly close activities, we are focused on finding areas of improvement in existing processes and controls.
We are looking for a driven individual with an understanding of GAAP and/or financial principles and terms who is ready for an immersive, real-world experience. The associate can expect to participate in the preparation of financial reports, analyze actual financial data, create analytics, learn more about our general ledger software, and assist with other accounting projects and activities. Qualifications
Expert knowledge and understanding of risk-based auditing techniques and methodologies
Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience with risk and controls self-assessments (RCSA)

Overview
To plan and supervise the activities of one or more teams responsible for Overdrawn Accounts (OD), Overdrawn Accounts Risk Management, and Accounts Receivable Charge Off. Overview
The Enterprise Change Manager will report into the Enterprise Change Management team and be assigned to support one or more transformational initiatives associated with Navy Federal's Enterprise Strategy/priorities. Perform engineering technology research, procurement, deployment, and configuration for new and modified systems
Provide technical leadership in the architecture discipline and development of information technology solutions
Present clear, organized and concise information to all audiences through a variety of media to enable effective business decisions
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Significant experience in leading, guiding and coaching professional staff
Advanced knowledge of engineering discipline
Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills
Advanced skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions
Expert database and presentation software skills
Expert research, analytical, and problem solving skills
Expert verbal and written communication skills
Expert word processing and spreadsheet software skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
