Overview
Army Human Resource Command (HRC) serves as the uniformed services executive agent; initiates, develops, coordinates, and publishes uniformed services procedural guidance regarding the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS), the Real-Time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS), ID cards, and is the director of personnel point of contact for the CAC for the Army Chief Information Officer (CIO)/G6. HRC also assists the U.S. Army staff with development of Army ID card policy; developing personnel procedural guidelines; and assisting in publishing Air Force Instruction (AFI) 36-30261P, ID cards for members of the uniformed services, their Family members, and other eligible personnel. HRC integrates uniformed services policy and procedures for worldwide maintenance of the DEERS and RAPIDS programs.
Responsibilities
Perform all functions required to issue ID cards, ID tags, Geneva Conventions cards, Teslin cards, and CAC issuance-related tasks to include review, research, and verification of source documents eligibility, and discussing entitlements as defined in AFI 36-3026_IP, and the DoD RAPIDS Workstation and Verifying Official Information System (VOIS), and the RAPIDS Training Guide on a daily basis.
Take appointments via telephone and email request through the generic ID card email account, if applicable, or manage the DMDC centralized ID card appointment scheduler.
Update the on-line calendar daily to reflect new appointments and provide same day replies to requestors.
Manage the accountability and control the issuance of military ID cards and CAC for Active component military, National Guard and Reserve Members, military retirees, family members/dependents and other eligible recipients.
Maintain 100% accountability of serially numbered ID cards and report any missing cards within one business.
Manage ID card stock to ensure there are no interruptions in the issuance of ID cards and CACs.
Register, process, and maintain DEERS and RAPIDS information as part of VO responsibilities on a daily basis.
Assist customers; provide advice on eligibility requirements, and process applications to determine eligibility.
Enroll and disenroll personnel in DEERS.
Research and reconcile DEERS information based on inquiries.
Update DEERS/RAPIDS within one hour of approval and respond to inquiries not later than one business day following the inquiry.
Follow-up and resolve discrepancies not later than two business days following notification.
Process requests for and issue ID Tags for eligible personnel as needed.
Verify eligibility and issued Contractor ID badges in accordance with local policy and maintain a log of issued badges with daily updates.
Prepare agent letters authorizing the use of Commissary and Post Exchange privileges to eligible customers for Government approval.
Perform routine operator level maintenance on RAPIDs Workstation and printers IAW applicable instructions, standards and best practices stated in the VOIS standards.

The Store Supervisor is based out of the Russell Ferry location, but makes weekly visits to the other locations. Responsibilities

Answer all messages (phone/email) in a timely fashion
Contact appropriate vendors for pricing and to place orders
Inform customers when requested parts are available
Contact Counter/Driver personnel to perform emergency parts pickups, as required
Provide past sales research as requested, utilizing the inventory system
Check parts availability at all MANCON locations utilizing the inventory system.
Contact other MANCON locations to request transfers of parts or obtain parts information.
Review the Master Commodities list as required to ensure requested items are approved for purchase.
Adhere to Required Procedures
Produce and review required reports
Generate, distribute, copy and file all invoices for material issued to City of Detroit.
Produce the daily Ticket Summary report and attach copies of all invoices and submit to City of Detroit.
Generate the Flat File Fix report. Review and correct identified errors in the inventory system.
Generate and review the SLA Failure Item Detail Report. Review all items that failed to determine if changes to stocking levels are required, based on the past 12 months of sales history.
Generate, review and correct the Items without Bin location report
Generate, review and correct items identified on the PT/OP Bin check report
Generate and verify the Receiving report to ensure all receivers have the corresponding original invoice, for submittal to corporate.
Produce and process the Reorder report
Produce the Accounting Issues report. Review, research and call vendors as required to resolve these problems prior to vendor payments being produced.
Generate and review Part Number Consolidation reports.
Generate, review and correct the No Min/Max report
Generate, review the Inactive Item Report. Take action on items as appropriate.
Pull and provide copies of Vendor Invoices as requested to meet City of Detroit's Quarterly Compliance review.
Produce and provide backup for all Credit Card purchases to corporate.
Data Entry requirements
Ensure that all completed customer requisitions are properly invoiced in the inventory system.
Ensure that all vendor receiving documents are properly entered in the inventory system.
Ensure that all inventory transfer requests are properly entered in the inventory system.
Generate new item numbers in the inventory system following published guidelines
Inventory Management requirements
Perform and report weekly inventory cycle counts.
Perform system research on all cycle count discrepancies
Monitor and review inventory Bin assignments to ensure accuracy
Review items sales history to ensure proper Stock Sources are set.
Meet with City of Detroit representatives to discuss future requirements in regards to stocking levels.

The Store Supervisor ensures the shop meets customer service, inventory management, and paperwork meets expectations while supervising store personnel.
Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service to include but not limited to the following:
Attention to detail
Meet and greet customers
Review supplied requisition forms to ensure they are properly completed (Signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions and quantities)
Answer questions regarding availability of parts
Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and provided
If necessary, inspect equipment in the shop to assist in parts research
Research parts for procurement utilizing vendor/manufacturer websites, publications, equipment manuals, microfiche, etc... to ascertain the necessary parts to procure
Answer all messages (phone/email) in a timely fashion
Contact appropriate vendors for pricing and to place orders
Inform customers when requested parts are available
Contact Counter/Driver personnel to perform emergency parts pick ups, as required
Provide past sales research as requested, utilizing the inventory system
Check parts availability at all MANCON locations utilizing the inventory system
Contact other MANCON locations to request transfers of parts or obtain parts information.
Review the Product Group Catalog as required to ensure requested items are approved for purchase
Review, familiarize with and adhere to Product Group Catalog

Produce and review required reports

Generate the Flat File Fix report. Review and correct identified errors in the inventory system
Generate and review the SLA Failure Item Detail Report. Review all items that failed to determine if changes to stocking levels are required, based on the past 12 months of sales history
Generate, review and correct items identified on the PT/OP Bin check report
Produce and process the Reorder report
Generate, review and correct the No Min/Max report
Generate, review the Inactive Item Report. Take action on items as appropriate.
Pull and provide copies of Vendor Invoices as requested to meet VDOT's Quarterly Compliance review
Produce and provide backup for all Credit Card purchases to corporate
Data Entry requirements

Overview
The Truck Driver Light will address customer needs, pick up and deliver parts for VDOT sites, and assist with inventory control.
Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service to include but not limited to the following:
Attention to detail
Meet and greet customers
Review supplied requisition forms to ensure they are properly completed (signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions and quantities)
Answer questions regarding availability of parts
Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and provided
Inform customers when requested parts are available
Operate a forklift
Review, familiarize with and adhere to Product Group Catalog.
Review, familiarize with, and adhere to Policy and Procedures Manual.
Review, familiarize with, and MANCON's SOPs and Safety Manual.
Parts Pick up
Drive vehicle to designated locations to purchase/pick up parts
Provide company documentation to vendors as required (tax exempt form, credit references)

Return products to MANCON location in a timely fashion
Data Entry Requirements
