Physical Requirements
As a member of our Squad, you will be working in a kitchen environment, rotating between front and back of house. This requires walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing and pulling to handle or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. You will also be asked to operate hand-held appliances and simple kitchen equipment (industrial can opener, dough press, industrial dishwasher, etc.). Depending on the location, you may need to go up and down stairs. The ability to communicate and exchange information with coworkers and others is also required. The ability to comply with all public health requirements, including wearing a mask, is required.
Working Conditions
- High noise levels due to operations, customers and overhead music (including, but not limited to, rock, punk and alternative)
- May be indoor or outdoor setting depending on store (varied weather conditions are expected); including delivering order curbside to the customer
- Will work near moving or mechanical parts
- Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and extended hours as business dictates
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Summary
Primarily responsible for leases and portfolio strategy for a retail portfolio encompassing 400+ restaurant properties in the US. Must have the ability to examine, evaluate and summarize large quantities of information and work well under pressure, multi-task proficiently and prioritize work, tracking multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Responsible for developing strategy for the real estate portfolio including upcoming lease renewals, lease expirations, closures and other strategic priorities as needed. As well, leading property management support in partnership with facilities, operations & lease administration.
Key Responsibilities
Support in developing strategy for the portfolio including tracking and negotiating upcoming lease expirations, underperforming store analysis, and other strategic negotiations including managing outside firms of brokers.
Utilize financial tools to assist in negotiations & present financial data. Must be able to analyze & explain financial benefits for individual deals.
Work with FP&A and Accounting on financial impact of real estate strategy.
Support lease administration system including lease abstraction and management of critical dates
Work closely with Facilities, Operations & Legal in establishing and preserving positive relationships with Landlords by addressing complaints and resolving problems as the liaison with company's Real Estate, Development, Design, Construction, Facilities, Licensing, Operations, Legal, Tax and Accounting teams in the preparation and interpretation of legal documents as well as correspondence related to properties, such as default letters, routine lease violation notices, and billing disputes.
Primary point person for all property management questions disputes and resolution for portfolio.
Engages in negotiations with Landlord regarding matters such as signage, parking, security, closures, subleases etc. to ensure lease compliance and execute upon corporate initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
5 years' experience in Commercial real estate, specifically retail property management, retail portfolio management or lease administration
Proficient in computer programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must have excellent interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills

Must be able to multi-task and have a results-oriented mentality
Must be extremely detailed and efficient

Summary
The Senior Director of Total Rewards and People Operations & Technology will set the strategic vision to develop and implement our total rewards philosophy and agenda and our HR operations roadmap. This position is responsible for bringing an innovative approach to HR service delivery and compensation strategies. Manage and provide oversight for benefits partner for renewal and the open enrollment process, including partnering and negotiating with external vendors, preparing communications for employees, and working with the CPO to ensure employees are well informed and engaged. Oversee the management and execution of the 401k plan, including all compliance and fiduciary activities.
Collaborate with the People Team and the technology team to identify technology and system needs that support a growing company. Develop a proposed plan for selecting and implementing applications and systems to enable data-driven decision-making and reduce manual processing. Partner with technology to ensure systems and tools are compatible.
Remain current on industry trends, best practices, compliance, new/progressive processes, etc., that enable MOD to achieve organizational excellence.
Liaise with Finance on all relevant matters
Ensure programs are cost effective and drive employee engagement
Serve as an expert resource in building and implementing scalable infrastructure and processes, designing best practice programs
Development and management of all workflows and processes so that they are efficient and automated where possible
Optimize HRIS systems to meet workforce requirements creating opportunities for automation, self-service and reduction of manual processes.
Accountable for the effectiveness of the HRIS system and associated processes and programs including Applicant Tracking, On-boarding, Learning Management, Compensation and Performance Management/Goals modules, etc.
Efficiently scale our people processes in a way that uses self-service, automation, tools, and technology. Evaluate all current resources and determine best mechanism for rapid scaling and operational support.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, finance, Business, or other relevant area

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience and progressive responsibility in compensation, benefits, and HR systems and applications
Demonstrated ability to successfully execute in a dynamic, fast-paced organization, preferably in retail or quick service restaurants, with limited infrastructure. Ability to handle shifting priorities and multitasking in a growing business.

You will also be asked to operate hand-held appliances and simple kitchen equipment (industrial can opener, dough press, industrial dishwasher, etc.). Depending on the location, you may need to go up and down stairs. The ability to communicate and exchange information with coworkers and others is also required. The ability to comply with all public health requirements, including wearing a mask, is required.
Working Conditions
- High noise levels due to operations, customers and overhead music (including, but not limited to, rock, punk and alternative)
- May be indoor or outdoor setting depending on store (varied weather conditions are expected); including delivering order curbside to the customer
- Will work near moving or mechanical parts
- Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and extended hours as business dictates
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
