Summary

The Supply Chain Administrator reports to Supply Chain leadership. As the Supply Chain Administrator, you will be responsible for monitoring the inventory position across our items at our broadline distributor, liaising with our broadline distributor and supplier partners where needed, as well as handling the intake and general administrative management of queries into the Supply Chain team. This includes resolution and redirection of issues / questions to the appropriate category / functional owner. In addition, you will support with ad hoc requests across Demand Planning, Sourcing, and QA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use existing software, reporting, and analytical tools to review inventory positions at our distributor for core items

  • Collate and communicate/flag inventory concerns with our broadline distributor and supplier partners where needed

  • Assist in the timely resolution or re-direction of day-to-day Supply Chain issues from the field or Support Center colleagues

  • Build and maintain solid relationships both amongst and outside of the Supply Chain team

  • Efficiently and effectively use reference lists (store contacts, distribution contacts, category manager lists)

  • Proficiently navigate an array of system and platforms, to respond to / resolve questions regarding order status / order errors etc.

  • Independently solve problems and make decisions for tactical issues within your control

  • Reinforce and promote best practices around supply chain communications and issue resolution

  • Support administrative areas of the supplier onboarding and management process

  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency

  • Support tactical activities related to new store openings and special projects

  • Maintain and update supply chain databases as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of direct work experience in process and project management - preferably in the restaurant industry

  • Undergraduate degree with a focus in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related field

  • Very strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry

  • Baseline understanding and working knowledge of supply chain (demand planning, sourcing, distribution), and how it relates to field operations

  • Familiarity with operational needs, functions and objectives

  • Self-starter with ability to deliver results

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and Teams.

  • Proficiency in Smartsheet

Physical Requirements

Office work involves remaining in a stationary position most of the time in front of a computer, using a keyboard, mouse and telephone. Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment. Occasionally move about the work site to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. Exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or regularly move objects. Communicate and exchange information with co-workers and other individuals in person and electronically.

Summary

MOD is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager - Digital to join our Digital Marketing team. This person will be responsible for managing MOD's store listings on our digital channels, plus providing marketing support across our digital product suite.

Because so much of the digital channel's success is driven by -the little things,- attention to detail and nuance are critical in this role. This role will span multiple digital product lines, and the person who will be most successful in this role will have a passion for learning the -ins and outs- of each of them and helping ensure MOD customers have an amazing digital experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management and oversight of MOD's store information across digital marketing channels (Google, Yelp, modpizza.com, etc.)

  • Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, IT, Operations) to ensure store listing information is accurate across channels

  • Become the subject matter expert for online listings, including monitoring and evaluating industry trends and best practices

  • Report and communicate internally on the digital performance of MOD's online store listings

  • Assist with making website content changes for modpizza.com, while developing an understanding of the elements needed for a great digital customer experience

  • Assist with ensuring digital menus are displaying accurately, while gaining exposure into the complexities of digital menus and online order fulfillment

  • Provide marketing operations support for a variety of digital marketing initiatives (sweepstakes, new product offerings, and more)

  • Assist with user acceptance testing of digital product enhancements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business, or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 1+ years of relevant Marketing experience in dynamic, fast-paced organizations, or equivalent experience

  • Strong attention to detail, with a results-oriented focus

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organization skills

  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel

  • Basic competency with HTML and inline CSS coding

  • Experience with Google Analytics or alternate website analytics platforms

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs ebb and flow

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Google My Business and Google Tag Manager

  • Knowledge of local SEO and website content management systems (CMS)

  • Proven track record of problem-solving, issue resolution and adjusting on the fly within the ever-evolving digital environment

  • Previous restaurant or e-commerce industry experience

Summary

The Supply Chain Administrator reports to Supply Chain leadership. As the Supply Chain Administrator, you will be responsible for monitoring the inventory position across our items at our broadline distributor, liaising with our broadline distributor and supplier partners where needed, as well as handling the intake and general administrative management of queries into the Supply Chain team. This includes resolution and redirection of issues / questions to the appropriate category / functional owner. In addition, you will support with ad hoc requests across Demand Planning, Sourcing, and QA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use existing software, reporting, and analytical tools to review inventory positions at our distributor for core items

  • Collate and communicate/flag inventory concerns with our broadline distributor and supplier partners where needed

  • Assist in the timely resolution or re-direction of day-to-day Supply Chain issues from the field or Support Center colleagues

  • Build and maintain solid relationships both amongst and outside of the Supply Chain team

  • Efficiently and effectively use reference lists (store contacts, distribution contacts, category manager lists)

  • Proficiently navigate an array of system and platforms, to respond to / resolve questions regarding order status / order errors etc.

  • Independently solve problems and make decisions for tactical issues within your control

  • Reinforce and promote best practices around supply chain communications and issue resolution

  • Support administrative areas of the supplier onboarding and management process

  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency

  • Support tactical activities related to new store openings and special projects

  • Maintain and update supply chain databases as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of direct work experience in process and project management - preferably in the restaurant industry

  • Undergraduate degree with a focus in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related field

  • Very strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry

  • Baseline understanding and working knowledge of supply chain (demand planning, sourcing, distribution), and how it relates to field operations

  • Familiarity with operational needs, functions and objectives

  • Self-starter with ability to deliver results

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and Teams.

  • Proficiency in Smartsheet

Summary

MOD is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager - Digital to join our Digital Marketing team. This person will be responsible for managing MOD's store listings on our digital channels, plus providing marketing support across our digital product suite.

Because so much of the digital channel's success is driven by -the little things,- attention to detail and nuance are critical in this role. This role will span multiple digital product lines, and the person who will be most successful in this role will have a passion for learning the -ins and outs- of each of them and helping ensure MOD customers have an amazing digital experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management and oversight of MOD's store information across digital marketing channels (Google, Yelp, modpizza.com, etc.)

  • Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, IT, Operations) to ensure store listing information is accurate across channels

  • Become the subject matter expert for online listings, including monitoring and evaluating industry trends and best practices

  • Report and communicate internally on the digital performance of MOD's online store listings

  • Assist with making website content changes for modpizza.com, while developing an understanding of the elements needed for a great digital customer experience

  • Assist with ensuring digital menus are displaying accurately, while gaining exposure into the complexities of digital menus and online order fulfillment

  • Provide marketing operations support for a variety of digital marketing initiatives (sweepstakes, new product offerings, and more)

  • Assist with user acceptance testing of digital product enhancements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business, or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 1+ years of relevant Marketing experience in dynamic, fast-paced organizations, or equivalent experience

  • Strong attention to detail, with a results-oriented focus

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organization skills

  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

Key Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Restaurant Management, Food Service Administration, or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant progressive job-related experience leading in high volume multi-unit retail, restaurant or service organization

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Solid leadership skills; ability to make good decisions and carry out company policies in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures.

  • Consistent track record in creative ideas/strategies for cost containment and plan design and implementation of best practices

  • Ability to work independently and own the overall operations of multiple stores

  • Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented

  • Must demonstrate appropriate negotiation, analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational and project management skills

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience and/or college education in Business or related field

  • Experience in a retail or restaurant environment

  • Ability to create a safe environment while holding your team accountable to be their best

  • Experience successfully training, developing, and leading teams

  • Strong communication skills

  • High level of integrity and accountability

Physical Requirements

As a member of our Squad, you will be working in a kitchen environment, rotating between front and back of house. This requires walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing and pulling to handle or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. You will also be asked to operate hand-held appliances and simple kitchen equipment (industrial can opener, dough press, industrial dishwasher, etc.). Depending on the location, you may need to go up and down stairs. The ability to communicate and exchange information with coworkers and others is also required. The ability to comply with all public health requirements, including wearing a mask, is required.

Working Conditions

- High noise levels due to operations, customers and overhead music (including, but not limited to, rock, punk and alternative)

- May be indoor or outdoor setting depending on store (varied weather conditions are expected); including delivering order curbside to the customer

- Will work near moving or mechanical parts

- Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and extended hours as business dictates

- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Summary

As a Captain (shift leader), you directly influence the success of MOD by assisting the store General Manager execute store operations during scheduled shifts. A key part of the role is to lead MOD Squad members on your assigned shift and delegate tasks so that the MOD experience is achieved and maintained for Squad and customers.

As a MOD Squad Captain your objective is to live, teach, and demonstrate the MOD purpose in all interactions.
