We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Product Manager to join our Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) marketing team.

As the Associate Product Manager - Service & Tissue Health, you will develop and execute marketing plans aligned with our business strategies to increase sales of Service offerings on capital products across the ENT portfolio, as well as lead the commercial marketing activities for the Tissue Health portfolio. In this highly visible role, you will contribute to the strategic direction for these portfolios, working to achieve revenue and profitability targets, and planning and executing marketing campaigns.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, competitive activity and physician feedback to identify unmet needs and market opportunities.

• Leverage market research and develop competitive strategies to grow market share.

• Set value propositions and key messaging for assigned products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to develop business plans for the designated portfolios.

• Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) as well as emerging thought leaders within the space to enable effective portfolio strategy.

• Lead new product launch activities, including the development of commercial plans and customer segmentation strategies in support of launch objectives.

• Partner with Medical Education and Sales Training counterparts to develop strategy for the existing procedural areas and any adjacent areas.

• Provide input into the portfolio lifecycle, including analyses to support product line changes (new product development, acquisitions and/or discontinuations).

• Foster strong and collaborative relationships with members of the US Sales Team, as well as our International business partners.

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, product management or consulting, or Masters' degree with a minimum of 0 years relevant experience

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$78,400.00 - $117,600.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME

• Bachelor's degree

• 10 years medical device sales or 10 years total sales experience with a minimum of 6 years of Medtronic sales experience with 4 years in a Principal Sales role

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Preference toward local candidates with cath lab sales experience

• Prefer sales experience in capital equipment sales, surgical sales, and in-hospital pharmaceutical. Medical device sales is especially preferred but not required.

• Completion of a strong sales training program

• Demonstrated high level of sales performance in a highly technical, competitive, and volatile environment

• Demonstrated skills in account, inventory, expense, and budget management

• Demonstrated skills in sales planning, organization and execution

• Consistent success working in a variety of business conditions

• Ability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel

• Demonstrated success working in a collaborative environment

As a member of our Cardiac Ablation Solutions Engineering team in Medtronic, plc, we provide Operations technical leadership to the Product Development Core Teams. At our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Department, we focus on designing and developing cutting edge technologies for the manufacture of medical devices. Our Engineers are directly involved in the development of innovative products and processes for use in medical procedures. Come for a job, stay for a career!

Provide technical leadership to the implementation of design, process, and supply chain updates to a novel ablation catheter product to enable high volume production with a focus on processing. Collaborate with the design and sourcing teams to modify the design of a complex system for manufacturability and secure a sustainable supply base.

-As a Sr. Principal Engineer you will be an active technical leader in key new product development areas including: Design, Technology development & advancement, Automation, Vendor management & Project management.

-Provide leadership in manufacturing technology innovation strategy across the department

-Required to progress a project from concept phase into commercialization phase and play a lead role on the product /process /engineering /leadership fronts

-Required to assess risk and perform root cause assessments to resolve technical challenges with existing processes and technologies.

-You will use Design, Reliability & Manufacturability methodology (DRM), 3-D drawing/printing to develop best in class technologies for the manufacture of our new medical device product ranges.

-You will collaborate with cross functional teams to define, execute and deliver on New Product Development requirements.

-You will lead teams driving technology process innovation with emphasis on improving quality, reducing variation and developing state of the art automated and semi-automated systems.

-You will lead and support process development, characterization and validation activities to support new product introduction.

-You will be familiar with DRM Metrics such as WFX, PCX and be familiar with leading or participating in DFMA workshops

-Partake in cross site Technical Forums and build a network within the technical community

-Define and implement strategic goals in the technical community in line with the business unit strategy

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in, Materials Science, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline and desirably with 8+ years' experience in a similar role.

-You are proven SME in equipment development, process development, process characterization and have a strong proven track record in innovation and project/program management.

-Must have excellent project management skills and a history of co-ordinating workload, including multiple complex process characterizations & equipment across an Advanced Manufacturing team at various levels

-You have experience using DRM practices including DFMA, Capability and Control

Experience in the design, development, and manufacturing of catheter or lead products.

Metal joining experience: resistance welding and/or laser welding or similar metal joining technologies.

Polymer joining experience: hot die, laser, and/or RF/induction or similar polymer joining technologies.

Adhesives and epoxy experience.

Nice to Have

-This role is primarily technical in nature; thus we seek someone who is passionate about Engineering concepts and principles - someone who gets a thrill from how and why things work.

-You are a seasoned professional in engineering development with extensive engineering knowledge and skills in some or all of the following: Concept development and selection, technology evaluation, driving innovative solutions to complex problems, process design and development, design for six sigma principles, CAD (Solidworks preferred), statistical techniques, process validation and control, catheter shaft fabrication (braiding, coiling, lamination)

-Good communicator and fluent in English, with a high level of enthusiasm and motivation. Travel up to 25%

Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

• Design, implement, and optimize automation tools to verify embedded software products.

• Work closely with software development, product engineering, product marketing, quality and the systems teams to ensure the product works as expected from end-to-end, both pre- and post-release

• Promote good software testing practices at every stage of development.

• Have a hands on experience and deep understanding in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) testing.

• Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains standards for software systems quality operating methods, processes, and procedures.

• Conducts evaluation of software systems activities including requirements, design, development, documentation, integration, test, verification and validation.

• Reviews software systems design, change specifications, and plans against contractual and/or process requirements.

• Reviews include applicable specifications, materials, tools, techniques, and methodologies.

• Develop automation scripts using some of the following languages: C/C++, Javascript, or Python

• Perform root cause analysis for defects.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Designs, develops, debugs, and implements software test frameworks and test scripts.

• Determines required level of testing based on software requirements.

• Develop test plans and protocols in accordance with regulatory environments.

• Partner with software development as part of sprint development.

• Coordinate test activities with our vendor partners.

• Work in an agile/scrum environment.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related Engineering or Sciences field

• 4+ years of experience for embedded software testing with a bachelor's degree

• Or, 2+ years of experience with a master's degree

In this exciting role as aSenior Clinical Research Specialist (CRS)you will have primary responsibility in the development and execution of clinical studies and for developing and overseeing clinical strategies for effectively assessing performance related to the ongoing evaluation of product safety and effectiveness following market release. You will lead study management duties and drive processes to meet the milestones of complex clinical studies/projects for assigned clinical programs to evaluate performance, safety, and effectiveness of products and to satisfy applicable regulatory standards and Medtronic internal requirements for clinical studies. Work with the Clinical Management to satisfy applicable regulatory standards and Medtronic internal requirements for clinical studies. Assumes project management responsibilities for selected studies and site management activities as needed.

This role utilizes their broad range of experience in managing the technical execution of the trial and manages trials of a higher degree of complexity and may be global in nature. This role works independently and under only general direction. The position provides work direction and strategic oversight of personnel supporting their trial.

Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities:

• Oversees, designs, plans, and develops clinical research studies for products that are under Clinical Investigation.

• Prepares and authors protocols and patient record forms.

• Conducts registered and non-registered clinical studies of products that have been determined to satisfy a medical need and/or offer a commercial potential.

• Oversees and interpret results of clinical investigations in preparation for new device or consumer application.

• Oversees and manages operational aspects of clinical trials in conjunction with project teams and in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP), good clinical practice (GCP) and specific country regulations

• Prepares and manages clinical trial budgets.

• Serves as liaison between program management and planning, study team, and leadership

• Provides work direction to a cross-functional team which includes site managers, monitoring, safety, stats, and others

• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.

• Responsible for clinical supply operations, site and vendor selection.

• People working within region/country may also have the responsibilities that include:

• Represents Medtronic from a clinical research respective within the country / region and also collects feedback from local customers and authorities.

• Builds and maintainsoptimal relationships and effective collaborations with various internal and external parties.

• Drives local evidence dissemination & awareness.

This Clinical Product Specialist is based in Phoenix, AZ and will cover a multistate territory that includes Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Idaho and Montana.

Responsibilities include:

• Acquire and maintain expert-level knowledge of Medtronic Pulse Oximetry & Capnography Products.

• Develop and deliver educational forums to regional teams, collecting input from the teams, and building clinical acumen.

• Ability to perform advanced clinical technology presentations and articulate scientific discussions around the Medtronic ACM portfolio in designated key strategic accounts.

• Collaboratively manage key accounts with the Account Exec, building and maintaining clinical champion relationships.

• Able to handle multiple complex tasks, prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in addition to interpersonal skills that will allow you to be successful in a matrixed sales structure.

• Align with product marketing teams to support collateral material and programs for existing portfolio as well as new product launches to meet strategic goals.

• Attend regional, zone and national meetings in support of corporate initiatives working with ACM marketing and sales training department as needed.

• Execute on New Product Launches focused on areas of responsibilities.

• Elevate Account Executive team clinical acumen on various aspects of Medtronic ACM Products and Technology.

• Consultation and participation with local regional sales teams in the evaluation of new and existing products.

• Conduct demonstrations (side-by-side) and evaluations for Nellcor, Microstream, and wearable continuous monitoring technologies.

• Function as a supporting contributor in the HealthCast portfolio initiatives as directed.

• Creates and maintains a SFDC database of key account information, including Pipeline, account profiles, opportunities, and any other pertinent information. Performs special projects as requested.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed clinician (RN, RRT, CRNA, ANA, AA, CC Perfusionist),

OR

• Associate's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a licensed clinician (RN or RRT) within the acute care hospital environment

• Field sales/clinical experience in an acute care setting.

The Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist will play a key role in support of sustaining the Advanced Energy product portfolio. Sustaining regulatory responsibilities include reviewing product labeling for regulatory compliance, assessing and documenting decisions for device changes, reviewing new and modified regulations and guidance documents, ensuring accuracy of device technical documentation, and supporting regulatory compliance activities. The Senior Specialist has primary responsibility for compliance with US and EU regulatory requirements and partners with the international regulatory affairs group to support regulatory submissions worldwide for electrosurgical devices (e.g., electrosurgical generators, vessel sealing devices). This position is most suited for individuals with a broad background covering the total regulatory life cycle of medical devices.

Location: Remote from the U.S.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Directs or performs coordination and preparation of document packages for regulatory submissions from all areas of company, internal audits and inspections.

• Leads or compiles all materials required in submissions, license renewal and annual registrations.

• Recommends changes for labeling, manufacturing, marketing, and clinical protocol for regulatory compliance.

• Monitors and improves tracking / control systems.

• Keeps abreast of regulatory procedures and changes.

• May direct interaction with regulatory agencies on defined matters.

The Senior Quality Systems Specialist develops and maintains quality assurance programs to ensure that the performance and quality of Medtronic products conform to established standards and agency guidelines. Primary job responsibilities include CAPA management, audit program management and Quality Management System improvements.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Provides oversight for the maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.

• Provides expertise and guidance in complying with policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and internal regulations to assure compliance.

• Product Servicing QA activities support - Technical Service Bulletins, Equipment Out of Tolerance Reports, Service procedure maintenance.

• Supports audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings and liaises with auditing groups through all stages of the audits.

• Prepares reports and/or necessary documentation (e.g., Corrective and Preventative Actions) and provides to applicable stakeholders.

• Supports the quality assurance programs and policies maintenance and modification regularly.

• Drive Quality Management System (QMS) & product continuous improvement through CAPA management. Elevate issues to management as appropriate.

• Coach new CAPA owners through processes and best practice.

• Develop and maintain Compliance policies supporting the Risk Management program.

• Support process improvement projects and assessment of quality plans.

• Support management during external/internal inspections and participate in the management of external/internal inspections.

• Maintain working knowledge of domestic and international medical device regulations and guidance documents and their impact on Medtronic's operations.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or technical field with 5+ years of work experience in Engineering and/or Quality OR Master's Degree Engineering, Science or technical field with 3+ years of work experience in Engineering and/or Quality.

• Expertise in CAPA compliance & investigation techniques.

• Auditing experience to 21CFR820.30, 21CFR820.100, ISO13485, IS0 14971:2012, CMDR, the Medical Device Directive and MDSAP.

• Training in Risk Management, ISO 14971, hazard analysis, and Design FMEA.

• Must work well in cross-functional teams and be a self-starter.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Computer literacy must include proficiency with MS Office and experience with networks and applications.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Engineering, Program Management, or Compliance

• Lead Auditor Certification to ISO 13485:2016

• ASQ CQE, CQA, CSQE and/or CRE certification.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME

• Bachelor's degree

• 5 years medical device sales experience or 5 years total sales experience with a minimum of 2 years of Medtronic sales experience

D ESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong preference toward local candidates with cath lab sales experience

• Prefer sales experience in capital equipment sales, surgical sales, and in-hospital pharmaceutical

• Medical device sales is especially preferred but not required

• Completion of a strong sales training program

• Demonstrated high level of sales performance in a highly technical, competitive, and volatile environment

• Demonstrated skills in account, inventory, expense, and budget management

• Demonstrated skills in sales planning, organization and execution

The CoreValve District Manager will plan, direct, and lead sales activities and assist with sales training for Medtronic CoreValve System and future catheter-based therapy technologies. The CoreValve District Manager develops and implements a strategy for sustainable business relationships and therapy growth to include achieving revenue targets and profitability while achieving safe growth for Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR).

In addition, the CoreValve District Manager will be responsible for the overall hiring and on boarding of sales representatives and clinical specialists, mentoring team development, implementing retention strategies, and collaborating with the local Medtronic sales and leadership teams within the cardiovascular group (CVG).

A DAY IN THE LIFE: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hire, develop, and retain sales representatives and clinical specialists in support of achieving business objectives

• Ensure the district's field team is properly credentialed at all hospitals for vendor credentialing and has access/good standing to hospitals

• Develop and maintain a high performing organization

• Oversee district structure/organizational planning; identify qualified accounts and proper order of rollout with territory alignment and compensation considerations

• Manage individual territory customer interface while on boarding talent

• Oversee all performance management responsibilities; feedback/coaching, development planning, employee training, objective setting, performance reviews, etc. in support of the therapy development staff

• Manage and achieve annual operating planning/quota, budgeting and forecasting for the therapy development team within the district

• Ensure the field reports all product and procedure complaints to the appropriate departments according to Medtronic policy

• Ensure staff is trained and abides by Medtronic mission and ethics policies, and business conduct standards

• Document formal field travel within district with proper follow-up and quarterly rep/clinical reports

• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to Sales and Clinical team through field visits, observation, and measurement of results. Performance responsibility includes safe growth with outcome accountability

• Establish plan quotas for each territory in region; ensure that strategies are in place to meet and exceed plan

• Ensure all sales and marketing programs are communicated and implemented and coordinated

• Expertise with subject matters involving healthcare economics, upstream and downstream product portfolio, clinical data and the competitive marketplace

• Drive team work between Medtronic CVG sales organization and other internal constituencies to improve communication and sharing of information and resources

• Monitor and control expenses to include proper allocation of customer inventory

• Develop, maintain and provide solutions for customer business needs

• Effectively build a positive working relationship between Medtronic CoreValve and key accounts

• Attend/develop curriculum for quarterly district clinical/sales meetings and attend key society conventions as requested

• Communicate developments in best practice techniques and technologies, impact of education programs, competitive activities, and customer response back to the CBT Business Unit

• Cultivate and maintain excellent internal professional relationships with education, marketing, clinical, regulatory, quality, supply and R&D teams

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

In addition, the CoreValve District Manager will be responsible for the overall hiring and on boarding of sales representatives and clinical specialists, mentoring team development, implementing retention strategies, and collaborating with the local Medtronic sales and leadership teams within the cardiovascular group (CVG).

A DAY IN THE LIFE: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hire, develop, and retain sales representatives and clinical specialists in support of achieving business objectives

• Ensure the district's field team is properly credentialed at all hospitals for vendor credentialing and has access/good standing to hospitals

• Develop and maintain a high performing organization

• Oversee district structure/organizational planning; identify qualified accounts and proper order of rollout with territory alignment and compensation considerations

• Manage individual territory customer interface while on boarding talent

• Oversee all performance management responsibilities; feedback/coaching, development planning, employee training, objective setting, performance reviews, etc. in support of the therapy development staff

• Manage and achieve annual operating planning/quota, budgeting and forecasting for the therapy development team within the district

• Ensure the field reports all product and procedure complaints to the appropriate departments according to Medtronic policy

• Ensure staff is trained and abides by Medtronic mission and ethics policies, and business conduct standards

• Document formal field travel within district with proper follow-up and quarterly rep/clinical reports

• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to Sales and Clinical team through field visits, observation, and measurement of results. Performance responsibility includes safe growth with outcome accountability

• Establish plan quotas for each territory in region; ensure that strategies are in place to meet and exceed plan

• Ensure all sales and marketing programs are communicated and implemented and coordinated

• Expertise with subject matters involving healthcare economics, upstream and downstream product portfolio, clinical data and the competitive marketplace

The CoreValve District Manager will plan, direct, and lead sales activities and assist with sales training for Medtronic CoreValve System and future catheter-based therapy technologies. The CoreValve District Manager develops and implements a strategy for sustainable business relationships and therapy growth to include achieving revenue targets and profitability while achieving safe growth for Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR).

In addition, the CoreValve District Manager will be responsible for the overall hiring and on boarding of sales representatives and clinical specialists, mentoring team development, implementing retention strategies, and collaborating with the local Medtronic sales and leadership teams within the cardiovascular group (CVG).

A DAY IN THE LIFE: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hire, develop, and retain sales representatives and clinical specialists in support of achieving business objectives

• Ensure the district's field team is properly credentialed at all hospitals for vendor credentialing and has access/good standing to hospitals

• Develop and maintain a high performing organization

• Oversee district structure/organizational planning; identify qualified accounts and proper order of rollout with territory alignment and compensation considerations

• Manage individual territory customer interface while on boarding talent

• Oversee all performance management responsibilities; feedback/coaching, development planning, employee training, objective setting, performance reviews, etc. in support of the therapy development staff

• Manage and achieve annual operating planning/quota, budgeting and forecasting for the therapy development team within the district

• Ensure the field reports all product and procedure complaints to the appropriate departments according to Medtronic policy

• Ensure staff is trained and abides by Medtronic mission and ethics policies, and business conduct standards

• Document formal field travel within district with proper follow-up and quarterly rep/clinical reports

• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to Sales and Clinical team through field visits, observation, and measurement of results. Performance responsibility includes safe growth with outcome accountability

• Establish plan quotas for each territory in region; ensure that strategies are in place to meet and exceed plan

• Ensure all sales and marketing programs are communicated and implemented and coordinated

• Expertise with subject matters involving healthcare economics, upstream and downstream product portfolio, clinical data and the competitive marketplace

• Drive team work between Medtronic CVG sales organization and other internal constituencies to improve communication and sharing of information and resources

• Monitor and control expenses to include proper allocation of customer inventory

• Develop, maintain and provide solutions for customer business needs

• Effectively build a positive working relationship between Medtronic CoreValve and key accounts

• Attend/develop curriculum for quarterly district clinical/sales meetings and attend key society conventions as requested

A DAY IN THE LIFE: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hire, develop, and retain sales representatives and clinical specialists in support of achieving business objectives

• Ensure the district's field team is properly credentialed at all hospitals for vendor credentialing and has access/good standing to hospitals

• Develop and maintain a high performing organization

• Oversee district structure/organizational planning; identify qualified accounts and proper order of rollout with territory alignment and compensation considerations

• Manage individual territory customer interface while on boarding talent

• Oversee all performance management responsibilities; feedback/coaching, development planning, employee training, objective setting, performance reviews, etc. in support of the therapy development staff

• Manage and achieve annual operating planning/quota, budgeting and forecasting for the therapy development team within the district

• Ensure the field reports all product and procedure complaints to the appropriate departments according to Medtronic policy

• Ensure staff is trained and abides by Medtronic mission and ethics policies, and business conduct standards

• Document formal field travel within district with proper follow-up and quarterly rep/clinical reports

• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to Sales and Clinical team through field visits, observation, and measurement of results. Performance responsibility includes safe growth with outcome accountability

• Establish plan quotas for each territory in region; ensure that strategies are in place to meet and exceed plan

• Ensure all sales and marketing programs are communicated and implemented and coordinated

• Expertise with subject matters involving healthcare economics, upstream and downstream product portfolio, clinical data and the competitive marketplace

• Drive team work between Medtronic CVG sales organization and other internal constituencies to improve communication and sharing of information and resources

Provide technical, educational and sales support to assist the district in meeting assigned Coronary Renal Denervation (CRDN) sales and customer service objectives. CRDN seeks collaborative candidates who are patient-centric, passionate, and who represent the same wide variety of life experiences as our patients. MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales Support and strategy for CRDN business units.

• Support the regional CRDN sales strategy as set forth by the Area Sales Director; working with sales representatives and managers of all business units to achieve business plans.

• The DM and Area Sales Director may include primary responsibility for sales if no other sales representative is assigned to the business unit.

• Develop and maintain therapeutic and device operation knowledge; apply this knowledge to the development of well-written, clear, and concise reports

• Develop search strategies to identify and obtain existing, relevant data (internal or external)

• Work with librarian(s) and other data retrieval specialists to develop literature or data search strategies and protocols & review, appraise, and analyze literature search results

• Address deficiencies and or answer questions from regulatory agencies as needed

• Create and manage project schedule for each document/ identify task to be assigned to other colleagues. Manage multiple, varying sized projects concurrently.

• Work in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to determine appropriate clinical evaluation strategy; may provide input to clinical trial design

• Identify potential evidence gaps or risks to existing data and work with stakeholders to assess options, track, and communicate risks as needed

• Stay current on clinical evidence landscape and provide guidance to teams on sufficient data

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of clinical evaluation best practices and regulatory agencies' guidelines on clinical evaluation requirements

• May lead the development of policies, procedures, and/or process improvement initiatives for the group or clinical department

• Interface with regulators and may lead discussions and develop strategies with cross functional stakeholders to negotiate and influence regulatory reviewers on the clinical evaluation

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma and a minimum 8 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing - OR-

• Associate degree and a minimum 6 years of work experience in the healthcare, field sales or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing - OR-

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant industry, healthcare, industry, marketing, or medical education experience considered where there is specific focus on awareness and education or medical project management.

• Knowledge of angiograms and anatomy of the heart

• Previous experience as a Cardiac Rhythm Management Clinical Specialist

• Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and system tracking.

• Strong project management skills and experience coordinating and executing marketing programs.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Strong work ethic

• Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry.

• Excellent customer service skills and problem resolution skills.

A Day in the Life

Provide technical, educational, clinical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Technical Support / Clinical Support

• Represents Medtronic CAS during ablations procedures to provide troubleshooting and other technical assistance

• Receives technical inquiries by customers. Researches solutions to questions or problems (e.g., Catheter, Console, Generator support)

• Educational Support

• Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to AFS products and related procedures.

• One-on-one training sessions

• In-service education programs

• Seminars and/or outside symposiums

• Assists RM and field training department in educating/training new Clinical Specialists and Account Managers

• Provides training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel

• Sales Support

• Updates sales representatives concerning procedure. Immediately notifies Account Manager regarding issues or problems requiring follow-up

• Serves as effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support

• Promotes the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures

• Understands national, regional and territorysales objectives. Works in partnership with Account Manager to achieve exceed goals

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma PLUS a minimum 11 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in cardiac field

OR

• Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 9 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in cardiac field

OR

• Bachelor degree PLUS a minimum 7 years work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in cardiac field

• IBHRE or RCIS or RCES Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Preference will be given to local qualified candidates and candidates with Medtronic experience

• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of four years' work experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales

• Pacing school/ATI-like training program in addition to BQs

• Proven track record with technical training assignments

• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical / clinical support

• Supports ENDO org activities such as quarterly organizational calls, SharePoint site maintenance, team resources, monthly ENDO meeting;

• Assist leaders in managing timelines, deadlines and deliverables as needed;

• Support projects and initiatives as necessary for assigned leaders.

Must Haves

- Proven strong administrative and self-organization skills: a starter-finisher with persistence and attention to detail;

- Great verbal and written communication;

- Competent in using variety of IT systems and programs at the same time (MS Office, etc.).

In this exciting Product Development Engineering Technician role, you will be part of the dedicated, experienced, and high-performing team at the Medtronic Energy and Component Center (MECC) in Brooklyn Center, MN. At this facility, we design, develop, and manufacture components used in Medtronic medical devices.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Start up and operate equipment independently according to approved parameters to support R&D builds

• Safe handling of chemicals and equipment operation in accordance with EHS policies

• Adjust tooling and processing parameters as required to meet experimental targets and criteria according to R&D build plans

• Actively monitor machine operation to detect identify and address defects or machine malfunction

• Perform and develop product testing according to approved methods and standards

• Complete Author and submit all required documentation, or electronic data entry

• Provide feedback on tooling, machine performance, product testing, and issues to engineers, supervisors, and management

• Provides technical support to engineers to achieve improvements in cycle-time, yield, unit cost, quality, safety and compliance of production and operations processes and products

• Prepares documentation on build reports, study plans, and other QMS (Quality Management System) required documents to support project work using Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Monitors instruments and equipment and collects operating data, including calibration, inspection, testing and repair activities, to assist in making on-line adjustments to instruments, equipment, or products.

• Analyzes and resolves malfunctions and deviations of instruments and control systems to identify and resolve problems.

• Conducts, analyses and prepares reports using metrics from salvage tracking, trending, reporting and root-cause analyses.

• Maintains process designs to optimize process, equipment and facility use while conforming to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

• Ability to work with limited supervision, including problem solving, providing solutions to issues, and implementing improvements

Requires minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; may require vocational or technical education and advanced certification in addition to prior work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior operating experience of coating, mixing, web handling, or other small scale chemical manufacturing equipment

• Prior knowledge or experience in the medical device industry

• Prior experience in R&D, pilot scale operations, or manufacturing environments

• Prior experience Experienced designing using CAD software or a willingness to learn it

Location: This role will reside in Fridley, Minnesota and will work per the hybrid guidelines (3 days in office).

This role will be part of Medtronic's corporate legal department and provide administrative support to the Enterprise Legal Regulatory (ELR) team, which includes 1 Vice President, 2 Senior Legal Directors, 1 Senior Legal Program Director, 1 Legal Director, 2 Senior Program Managers, and a mix of 12 additional lawyers and paralegals. In this exciting support role as a Project Coordinator V, you will be responsible for providing support for the ELR team, comprised of three Centers of Expertise in FDA/Life Sciences, Health Law, and Environmental Health and Safety. You will report to the Vice President and Chief Regulatory Counsel that leads ELR. The individual will provide budget support to the team, help support diverse projects, provide administrative needs from calendaring to planning periodic virtual team meetings. The role will have a broad network across functions (Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical Safety, Environmental Health and Safety), and regions and businesses. Responsibilities will flex based on business needs to enable strong organizational impact.

The position will require strong skills related to 1) word processing with speed and accuracy; 2) managing significant volume of legal documentation; 3) database entry; and 4) solid organizational and prioritization abilities.

The responsibilities and key accountabilities may include the following:

• Provides general administrative support including calendar management, organization charts, setting up meetings and compiling information relevant to supervisor's assignment.

• Facilitates Townhall meetings and event logistics.

• Administers inter-department processes including assigning training and Purchase Orders.

• Responsible for coordinating travel and submittingexpenses.

• Provides organizational related support or service (administrative) for leaders within the organization in the delivery of support services or activities.

• Provides project or program support to Enterprise Legal Regulatory

• Serves as liaison between ELR and other functions, operating units, employees and external organizations.

We work in the space between marketing, engineering (mechanical/electrical/software), clinical, UI/UX, regulatory, and quality to bring these experts together to collaboratively design medical device products.

You will lead, direct, and organize Systems Engineering activities in converting business and customer needs into solutions through concept ideation, system designs, trade studies, data analysis and modeling. After driving concept designs, you will take concepts from ideas to products, through defining architectures, requirements, features, interfaces, and user workflows for how all these devices work together in the system.
