Schedule: Friday - Sunday 6am-6pm
Pay: $16.50/hour (+ $1.75/hour shift differential)
GENERAL FUNCTION
The Distribution Clerk performs general warehouse activities including but not limited to picking, packing and shipping
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receives incoming merchandise/product.
Processes merchandise/product per the established procedures.
Stocks merchandise/product to the appropriate location.
Picks merchandise per the established procedures and replenishment schedule.
Prepares merchandise/product for inventory accuracy
Prepares merchandise/product for shipment.
Completes projects as assigned by DC Supervisor and/or Manager.
Other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED
6+ months of distribution experience
Excellent mathematical aptitude/numerical recognition
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested by Supervisors/Manager
Ability to communicate/cooperate with DC associates
Ability to use material handling equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.)
Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds
Ability to work in a stand/walk position for up to 10 hours
Ability to interact professionally with both corporate and non-corporate personnel
Prior experience in distribution center/warehouse preferred
Optical knowledge and/or worked in a production environment

GENERAL FUNCTION
The Assistant Manager I is a core member of the leadership team that drives Sunglass Hut's success. The Assistant Manager I works in partnership with the Store/Multi Store Manager to oversee all the daily functions of the store, including selling, coaching, merchandising, talent acquisition and retail excellence.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilizes all company tools to deliver sales plan, develop associates and achieve company objectives.
Utilizes reporting tools and business acumen to identify and address gaps in performance and to capitalize on successes.
Provides ongoing coaching for all associates that supports their growth and development while creating an inspirational and motivating work environment
Acquires talent by utilizing networking and recruiting skills and conducting interviews in partnership with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
Seeks out opportunities for self-development as defined in an individual development plan.
Spends a majority of the time on the sales floor.
Develops and maintains Customer relationships by maximizing all company tools.
Consistently executes the brand standards.
Maintains store merchandising standards including any updates or changes.
Knows product knowledge and uses company learning tools to stay current on new products in both fashion and performance.
Ensures execution of operational policies and procedures.
Ensures clear communication to their team of brand strategy including all promotions, contests and incentives, etc.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The Account Manager implements and executes sales strategies for specified Footprint Account customers in their assigned region.
The Account Manager drives building business relationships with customers and building brand awareness, equities, and supporting brand standards for designated brands.

Supports Footprint Accounts with development of new businesses and management of prospective Footprint Account customers by helping with account setup.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of previous account management, sales, or marketing experience in the Footprint channel
Experienced in onsite account sales presentations
Broad understanding of account sales management and good business judgment
Strong communication skills with ability to interact and negotiate effectively at all levels within the organization as well as with customers
Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
