GENERAL FUNCTION
The Materials Handler provides merchandise that is stored in the Distribution Center for distribution to new and existing stores. The Materials Handler works closely with the picking team to resolve issues and helps expedite high priority orders.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receives incoming merchandise/product.
Processes merchandise/product per the established procedures.
Stocks merchandise/product to the appropriate location.
Picks merchandise per the established procedures and replenishment schedule.
Prepares merchandise/product for new stores.
Prepares merchandise/product for shipment.
Investigates short pick or inventory discrepancy for root cause.
Helps coach and train new associates.
Works closely with the leadership team to expedite high priority orders and ensure order accuracy.
Completes projects as assigned by DC Supervisor and/or Manager.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ year(s) of experience
Excellent mathematical aptitude/numerical recognition
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested by Supervisors/Manager
Ability to communicate/cooperate with DC associates
Ability to interact professionally with both corporate and non-corporate personnel
Ability to use material handling equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.)
Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds
Ability to work in a stand/walk position for up to 10 hours

GENERAL FUNCTION
The Sr Manager is responsible for building and managing relationships with Key Account provider groups. Key Accounts are defined as large provider groups (20+ locations) managed under a singular corporate relationship. This role will be responsible for Key Accounts by collaborating both internally and externally to ensure relationships are strengthened; ensuring resolution of critical, high volume issues; executing business reviews as needed; supporting ecosystem-level assessments and diagnostics. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree
8+ years business experience, preferably in provider relations, or sales/account management

Ability to work constructively under pressure and think analytically in regards to operations and administrative processes

GENERAL FUNCTION
IT Security Analyst will support governance, risk, and compliance initiatives and perform key day to day activities to help secure data, information and generate output that illustrates the existing security controls. The analyst will create risk responses, acceptance or mitigation, for Management and external Client inquiries that properly illustrates how organization is enforcing established security controls to secure data and manage risk. GENERAL FUNCTION
The Assistant Manager ensures the delivery of the Target Optical Way and the Guest Experience. The successful employee will demonstrates leadership competencies such as clear communication, team building, thinking critically, collaboration, and driving results while styling our guests.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Partners with the Optical Store Manager to build plans to deliver profitable store sales measured by current objectives.
Delivers the daily sales goal by flawless execution of the WOW! Guest Experience behaviors.
Ensures, influences and inspires the team to deliver a simple, fun and in-style fashion experience by modeling the Target Optical Way.
Provides floor leadership to ensure that guests will receive a -best in class- experience by providing guidance and direction to team members.
Creates, lives and teaches the culture to build brand awareness by attracting new guests daily from the Host to Optical.
Supports the Optical Store Manager with maintaining professional business partnerships with the Target Optical doctor and Target Host.
Proactively recruits, interviews, trains, develops, motivates and retains Brand right Optical Team Members (OTM).
Supports Store Manager with Team Member accountability by providing Team Members with Coaching and Development to deliver the WOW! Guest Experience through regular touch bases.
Supports Store Manager to ensure eSchedule, Guest Retention, Guest Driving Behaviors and all current Brand initiatives are in compliance.
Partners with Store Manager to ensure all operating policies and procedures are followed at the highest level to include merchandising and store presentation, timely and accurate implementation of approved marketing programs and promotions, the accurate completion of all sales transactions, and utilization of all sales strategies and resources.
Models the Target Optical Personal Style Dress Code.
