Basic Qualifications:

- 3 years experience working with state income tax laws and procedures.

- 3 years experience preparing state C Corp income tax returns.

- Ability to perform tax research.

- Proficiency w/Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel and Word (features include: VLookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Multiple Worksheets, Tables, Templates, etc.)

- High level of accuracy, attention to details and ability to work with a team

-Effective verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with peers, customers, and managers.

Desired Skills:

- CPA and/or Masters Degree in Tax, Accounting, or related discipline

- 2+ years experience with a Big Four or large public accounting firm experience

- Familiarity with ASC 740 and SARBOX

As a Receiving Inspector, you will work hands-on supporting multiple production centers in Courtland Alabama through the inspection and processing of mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical parts and systems.

What will you be working on?

-You will be Inspecting products/materials for our production centers that are from approved LM suppliers or other LM sites and will validate the workmanship, dimensions and ensure documentation conforms to the product requirements.

-You will disposition parts for test or outside inspections based on inspection plans or program requirements

- You will perform acceptance or rejections and generate non-conforming documentation (Q-Notes) for hardware that does not meet product specifications or requirements

-You will perform inspection and handling of Hazardous materials/chemicals

-Support other areas of Quality as required

- Participate in Failure Review Boards (FRBs) and provide guidance on Range reportability concerning the Tracking, Telemetry, and Flight Termination Subsystem electronics.

- Support on-site as needed for FBM In-Tube Conversion at the Strategic Weapons Facilities and serves as the technical guidance on Range reportability for TMK related issues during conversion.

- Interface with the Air Force's 45th Space Wing.

Basic Qualifications:

To be successful, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.

- 1 year of professional experience in Supply Chain Management (i.e... Procurement, Subcontract Administration, Subcontract Management, Negotiation, and/or Category Management).

- You will need to be a US Citizen, andbe able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

This role will offer you the following daily challenges:

Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages for review, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures. May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.


This position does not support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Rocket City USA, one of the greatest places to work: Huntsville, AL , and be expected to work in the office.

Basic Qualifications:

To be successful, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

- 4 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management (i.e... Procurement, Subcontract Administration, Subcontract Management, Negotiation, and/or Category Management)

- You will need to be a US Citizen, andbe able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Desired Skills:

To be successful, ideally, you should also have:

- 6+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management (i.e... Procurement, Subcontract Administration, Subcontract Management, Negotiation, and/or Category Management)

- Working knowledge of acquisition policies with associated knowledge of FAR / DFAR / LMAP requirements

- Experience with supply chain activities to include procurement systems, production schedules, and IPT structures

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Supplier Quality Field Representative (SQFR) for a position based in Maryland

The position will require working flexible hours and frequent travel to support suppliers across the United States. The SQFR will operate from a home office located in the geographic area near the locations mentioned previously.

A Supplier Quality Field Representative for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control collaborates with internal quality, engineering and manufacturing functions and suppliers to ensure quality standards and product requirements are met. Ensures supplier contract requirements are implemented and verified.

What You Will Be Doing

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Monitors quality control activities and systems at supplier facilities and maintains feedback loops. Performs surveillance ensuring supplier's conformance to company and program requirements. Performs source inspections (both in process and final), first articles, manufacturing process validations, source surveillance and special process audits, as applicable.

- Conducts supplier risk and capability assessments. Monitors supplier performance.

- Provides internal and supplier support for root cause and corrective/preventive actions related to supplier discrepancies.

- Supports supplier failure investigations as required.

- Ensures control of supplier nonconforming items, conduct analyses, and monitor effectiveness of corrective actions at the supplier.

- Must be able to effectively communicate and interface with Suppliers, Quality Program Management, Engineering, Supplier Quality Management, Subcontracts (Buyers) and Government Representatives.

Candidates may be required to work in a manufacturing environment that would require standing and the use the appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (protective footwear, eye / hearing protection, or other protective equipment designed to protect people from workplace hazards).

A typical candidate has 8+ years of professional experience.

This position entails 75% travel.

This position is part of the Quality Management team supporting F-35 aircraft Contractor Logistics Support and maintenance operations at Grottaglie Naval Air Station, Italy. The position is responsible for conducting routine and Safety of Flight Process Compliance and Maintenance Standard Evaluations to ensure compliance with applicable technical data, engineering drawings and contractual requirements to provide aircraft that are in good mechanical condition and safe to fly. The position also requires support of Italian aircraft carrier when deployed.

Additional requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Requires experience in inspection of aircraft ground handling/servicing; component removal/replacement; scheduled and unscheduled maintenance; Time Compliance Technical Directive (TCTD) execution.

- Requires the ability to evaluate process compliance, write/review Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) reports, perform root cause analysis and validate quality plans, processes and responses.

- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, and trends including failed process, recalls, corrective actions, and validations.

This position reports to the Director of Business Operations Tactical Missiles and will be responsible for the financial management of the Archbald site. This includes partnering with various functional leadership including Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Contracts and Supply Chain teams to ensure daily operations and strategies align with policy and achieve the cost and schedule goals.

The selected candidate will serve as a member of the senior leadership team and contribute to setting strategic direction of the Archbald business. The ability to identify future trends/risks, recommend alternative methods and implement selected action plans is required.

What You Will Be Doing

This position will lead the coordination of financial estimates for Long Range Plan (LRP), Bid & Proposal activities and monthly financial outlooks for Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash, as well as quarterly Contract Status Reviews (CSR). The candidate will also provide financial leadership to various program reviews including Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and Performance Assessment Reviews (PARs). Together they will partner with the Program to ensure the accuracy in developing and reporting Estimate at Complete (EAC) for the program and a fully integrated IMS. This includes evaluation of risks and opportunities, critical path analysis, performing rate impact analysis and understanding impacts of changes on program baselines and EACs.

This Information System Security Officer (ISSO) position will support the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) in developing, maintaining and overseeing the cybersecurity of assigned F-35 systems at Orlando, FL. Typical responsibilities of the ISSO include:

- Ensuring all applicable cybersecurity policy, plans and procedures are followed.

- Ensuring required cybersecurity controls are implemented and validated, to include continuous monitoring actions for assigned systems.

- Supporting the development and maintenance of cybersecurity related plans, procedures and guidance.

LRASM program is seeking a circuit design engineering & technology manager for the program area. As an Engineering & Technology (E&T) Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for the management and development of their team, support of department initiatives and directorate undertakings, and driving technical excellence, affordability, and program execution.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Circuit Design Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Providing technical coaching and mentoring, work assignments, employee career development, continuous ongoing feedback, and being their employees advocate in opportunity discussions.

- Coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessments, salary planning, recognition/disciplinary actions, and engineering competency development.

- Supporting program development, execution of program requirements, adherence to engineering development processes, promoting customer focus, and serving as the technical conscience for their program.

- Having strong knowledge in circuit card design experience.

- Prior Electrical team and/or multiple discipline integrated product team experience is required.

- FPGA design experience is a plus.

Candidates filling this position will need a US citizen and will need a clearance at the level specified in -Clearance Level- or will need the ability to get a clearance if not specified. In addition to meeting security clearance requirements, candidate may need to be approved to work Special Access Program (SAP) prior to start of employment.

Basic Qualifications:

- Circuit Card Design and leadership experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Self-Starter Personality; Ability to multitask

- Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams - Full Lifecycle Development Experience

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical systems/programs

Desired Skills:

- Electrical or Circuit Card Design experience.

- FPGA design and/or verification experience is a plus.

- Supplier management experience is a plus.

- Experience with failure investigation in electronics is prefer

- Strong Interpersonal Skills

- Control Account Manager (CAM) experience

- Earned Value Management Experience

- Engineering management or Engineering team lead experience including task planning, budget management, subcontract management and/or employee development and mentoring

- Proposal Development Experience; Basis of Estimate (BOE) Development

- Process Improvement and Affordability experience

- Strong business acumen, management influence and whole systems thinking

- Existing or Former MFC employee is prefer.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
