Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking a Multi-Functional Financial Analyst for a position in Grand Prairie, TX to develop and review baseline budgets for the Material/Subcontracts department. Duties include:
Prepare monthly/quarterly Estimate to Complete/Estimate at Completion (ETC/EAC) updates,
Target Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) requisitions prior to release to buying community,
Participate in sales forecasts and monthly analysis of actuals,
Support Global Supply Chain in all financial aspects,
Perform detail analysis of parts movement and financials when required,
Interface with program and estimating group for proposal activity,
Preparing Basis of Estimates (BOE),
Reviewing all bill of material pricing,
and assist Control Account Managers (CAMs) on Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) programs.
Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Work and Powerpoint.
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
Financial Budgeting or Forecasting experience.
Bachelors Degree in Finance or related discipline.

Would you like to be a part of a diverse and growing team which contributes to the development of a system which is critical to our National Defense? At the Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) is a very fast paced and dynamic environment looking for a Systems Engineer to join the Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) team.
The successful System Engineer in this role will have the ability to be flexible to support various tasking on short notice.
- Focus on supporting the development and review of interface documents, system/subsystem requirements, Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM) development, and author and perform formal and informal engineering reviews
- Provide use case briefing development support to junior systems engineering team members to enhance use case skills in the department
- Perform the work under the direction of the Systems Engineering Lead, various product owners and require interfacing with team members, C2BMC management, and government customers to ensure high quality products are generated on time and within the resources available
Additionally, responsibilities include:
- Adhering to DOORS processes and procedures, reviewing the content and details of technical products, and acting as a technical interface to MDA working level counterparts on an as-required basis
- Be actively involved in the efforts associated with Agile development including iteration planning, statusing, and agile team leadership

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $82,200 - $157,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

The Work
- Provide Systems Engineering leadership to ensure a disciplined system engineering approach to the definition, development, and analysis of the system capabilities
- Based on understanding of the design and results of comparisons, use related systems engineering tools and documents to analyze, understand, and propose changes to systems engineering analysis, user CONOPS and system operational concepts, and system and interface requirements specifications in support of C2BMC
- Work towards future BMDS capabilities such as sensor management, tasking, cueing, and discrimination architecture
- Participate in developing, executing, and analyzing the results of various tests of the software in a lab environment as needed
- Role would include coordination of engineering disciplines in resolving system-level issues
- Learn, understand, and represent the point of view of the warfighters, operators and systems owners, and see that it is properly respected throughout the engineering efforts
- Works as a member of the systems engineering team to develop innovative solutions to existing and new problems in their areas of expertise and ensure that the requirements of the system are understood and implemented in a correct manner. This is one of five team leadership roles within the Systems Engineering team part of the Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) Resource Management Area (RMA).
As the Platform for Requirements, Interfaces, and System Modeling (PRISM) team lead, responsibilities include management of the daily operations of the PRISM team, including proposing, planning, and executing the work of the PRISM team. The team lead: - Is the first line of leadership for all PRISM team members and reports to the SE Engineering Manager
- Is responsible for maintaining accurate metrics of team progress - Supports all team staffing responsibilities, including interviewing new candidates, dealing with team performance issues, and supporting team member growth and development

We are seeking a Mechanical Systems Test Engineer on the Orion Program responsible for the coordination of all aspects of test preparation and execution.
Summary of Key Duties for this position:
- Mastering and maintaining proper test conduct and test processes
- Obtaining Certified Test Conductor certification
- Learning and understanding the Orion spacecraft assembly, integration and test flow and the associated processes including test execution, anomaly resolution, and paper closure.

- Perform and Participate in assessments and audits on processes and procedures to ensure compliance to specifications, engineering drawings, procedures and ISO-9001 / AS9100.

The Supplier Quality Engineer will primarily focus on defect prevention and elimination at the supply base and at Lockheed Martin production facilities.
The Supplier Quality Engineer will apply quality principles in all aspects of the production life cycle from procurement, receiving, installation/assembly and final acceptance/delivery to eliminate disruptions to meeting customer requirements.
What You Will Be Doing
Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Applies quality principles in the areas of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation, program performance, reliability, inventory control, and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality for make and/or buy products.
-Performs technical evaluations including product requirements, specifications, models/designs, drawings and procedures.
-Collaborates with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and customers on quality related issues to ensure quality standards are in place.
-Engages in product failure investigations, material review board decisions and corrective/preventive action.
-Ensures corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and/or are compliant with requirements.
-Develops strategies and systems designed to improve internal and/or supplier performance and productivity.
-Evaluates quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.
-Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment; conducts product quality tests, performs statistical analysis to assess products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.
-Engages in supplier selection process and maintain certification programs.

THE WORK
As the Director of Maritime and Land Training Solutions (MLTS), you will lead a portfolio of programs delivering products and solutions to enable the armies and navies of the US and allied nations to achieve their most challenging training missions. Some of the key programs include Vehicle Tactical Engagement Simulation System, Advanced Gunnery Training System, UK Combined Arms Tactical Trainer, Synthetic Training Environment Live Training Systems, Aegis and FMS training, and the Army TADSS (Army training aids, devices, simulators and simulations) Maintenance Program (ATMP).
This role will be responsible for developing and driving the portfolio growth strategy, marrying live, virtual, and constructive training with commercial technology to deliver more realistic training and mission rehearsal to our customers worldwide. The selected candidate will drive program performance, advance digital transformation, and deliver on financial commitments for Maritime and Land Training programs.
Furthermore, the Director will also be responsible ensuring a culture of belonging and trust for the direct and matrixed employees supporting the portfolio, maintain strong positive relationships with internal and external customers, while modeling our core values to do what's right, respect others and perform with excellence.
Position responsibilities include:
- Deliver cost, schedule and technical performance of the Maritime and Land Training Solutions portfolio by achieving LRP and program commitments
- Develop and implement the growth and technical strategic plan for the mission area
- Implementing Digital Transformation throughout the mission area
- Ensure customer intimacy that allows for rapid innovative and affordable product solutions to support 21 century warfare and JADO training missions

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience managing a portfolio of domestic and international large-scale development, production, and/or sustainment programs
- Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills and experience leading diverse, multi-national, distributed and virtual teams
- Possess proven program strategic planning, proposal and business pursuit experience
- Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of program financial measurements including Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
- Proven capability in building effective customer relationships/customer intimacy with domestic and international customers

- Experience with Other Transitional Authorities (OTA)

Description:
You will be the Aircraft Production Planner Scheduler for the Cannon Air Force Base, NM area and must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
What You Will Be Doing
As an Aircraft Production Planner Scheduler embedded with a SOF GLSS Program Team, your duties will include:
- Responsible for the management of an efficient and cost-effective logistics system that interfaces with all supply, transportation, and Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) maintenance functions necessary to support an MQ-9 operating location.
- Support Air Force Special Operations Command MQ-9 units worldwide and requires daily customer interaction.
- Act independently, with only general direction, to accomplish task order requirements.
- Utilize Enterprise Supply System (ESS) processes and procedures to manage the flow of controlled government furnished equipment.
- Responsibilities include but not limited to: ordering or requisitioning, status verification and tracking, issuing, cancelling, storage, coordinated movement, distribution, inventory, and disposal of parts and materials.
- Maintain, manage, and verify status of on hand assets using applicable ESS reports and listings.
- Responsible for receipt of, processing and shipment of the Due In From Maintenance assets within the authorized time frame, management of Awaiting Parts and cross-cannibalization assets, and complete reclamation and demilitarization actions of condemned repair cycle assets as required.
- Maintain a uniform storage and materials handling system that meets prescribed government objectives.
- Operate and maintain an integrated aircraft maintenance unit support section.
- Responsible for strict control, accountability, and complete inventory of assigned Consolidated Tool Kits and support equipment, management of broken/spare/unserviceable tools, turns in and picks up Test, Measurement and Diagnostics Equipment items requiring calibration.
- Monitor and maintain assigned Custodian Authorization/Custody Receipt Listing and E-tool support equipment accounts.
- Obtain, manage, and control all Hazardous Materials and Shelf-Life items necessary to perform daily aircraft maintenance activities through the government HAZMART facility.
- Acquire or arrange for deliveries of required materials to support local and deployed/exercise operations.
- This position may require OCONUS deployment.

Basic Qualifications:
-At least four (4) years of experience in Tool and Equipment Management and/or Materiel Management Support equivalent to U.S. Air Force Maintenance Support Section and/or U.S. Air Force Supply System.
-Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledgeable of applicable maintenance directives listed in Air Force Instruction 21-101.
-Possesses the ability to cultivate relations and building partnerships at all levels within LMCO.
